I ordered this product may 20 2024 I have them all my information and went forth paying ever week. They produce was on the way and then there was a problem with delivery . So they third again. Still problem with delivery. So now Im in touch with them via email and they are just telling me there was a problem delivering. So they sent them the warehouse in *****. They want me to wait till they receive the item back in ***** fo send it back. So I email them to keep the product and return my Money. They said they cant because i refused the package. I did not refuse any package. I stood outside and waited for days just to get the package. I just want a refund. Because they arent even sending them back out. This whole transaction began at the beginning of March. They had a BOGO special on a shoe that was said would help with my Neuropathy. With tax, shipping and handling, I spent approximately $80.When I received them in the mail, I did not receive any packing slip, stating the company, the pricing, etc. I tried them on and the shoes were very uncomfortable.I Messengered, that is how I received correspondence from them, about the shoes and what was needing to be done to return the shoes and getting a refund. At this point they asked me what the order number was for the purchase. I had to inform them that I had not received anything from them with an order number.On June 16th, I receive an email about the 30 day return policy. I wrote back to them, attaching my first correspondence, which was March 7, 2024, about needing to return the shoes.This was a ******** purchase. My mother ordered shoes from a website called Hike Footwear. They were offering a special, where you got a discount if you bought two of the same shoe. She ordered two pairs of one color, two pairs of another color, and one pair of boots. We received one pair of each of the two colors, plus the pair of boots. That is, three pairs in total, when she had ordered five. I emailed the company, explaining that we did not receive the number of pairs of shoes my mother ordered. They emailed back, with a rather dismissive email, saying that she had received the correct number of shoes. I emailed again, including a screenshot of the order, showing the number of shoes.They never replied. I hope that this complaint will help keep other people from being fooled by this company, or even that my Mom might get back the money she paid for the two pairs of shoes that they didnt send.Thank you!Initial Complaint

I purchased three pairs of these shoes. They were advertised on social media. When I put the first shoe on when I received the order the bungee string secure holder snapped off and broke. I tried multiple times to reach the merchant and when I finally did, they asked for a picture, which i sent and they said that it wasn't snapped off and that I could fix it myself. They were wrong and now in addition to the broken shoe, I have two other pairs that I have not even worn and want my money back. The company has refused and blocked me from ************ to make comments to others not to buy because they do not have a return policy and if they do, it is not disclosed. I purchase a pair of Hike sneakers on June 18, 2024 that cost $53.95 however, they were not what I expected so, I contacted the company SP Hike FOOTWEAR SHERIDAN ** ************ and got a response from ***************************** who advised me that there is no return office in *** and gave me 3 options; 1. 50% Partial Refund: We're prepared to offer you a maximum partial refund of 50%. This will help offset any dissatisfaction you may have experienced with your purchase. And a 20% Discount Code: Additionally, we'll provide you with a 20% discount code that you can use towards your next purchase with us. We hope this gesture demonstrates our commitment to your satisfaction and loyalty.2. Free Replacement Product: Alternatively, we can offer you a free replacement product of equal or lesser value. You're welcome to choose a different model, as long as the price is the same or lower than the original price of your order.3. Full Refund: If you prefer a full refund, we kindly ask you to return the package to our overseas warehouse. Purchased a pair of shoes on 6/30/2024. Shoes arrived to my house by mail on 6/11/2024. The shoes did not fit well and I reached out to return shoes on 6/13/2024. Instructions on the website only list to email the company at ************************************ and no address listed to return shoes. The company lists a 30 day window for returns. I heard no response and emailed again on 6/15/2024. Instead of responding to my email, the company sent me another email response to the email I had received tracking my order to let me know the fit has been an issue and are going to offer me either a new pair of shoes or 30% back to just keep the shoes I received.Customer Answer

I heard back to two of my emails. The first two doc are the first email offering to give me 50% of my purchase price or to ship the product to *****. The second email offers 30% back due to an issue with how the product fits.
Given the costs for shipping and time spent, I feel like I will need to take the 50% that was offered. I do t know what this will mean for my submission but I wanted to keep you updated on the response.

On June 6, 2024 I ordered a pair of footwear from Hike Footwear. As went to pay for the footwear, I was asked to buy another footwear at a sale price. I said i would. I paid for all of the footwear. I noticed a problem with the second set of footwear. (sale Priced). I immediately contacted ****. The informed me the order was already processed. I had to wait for the order to arrive and contact them. Instead of letting send the the footwear back, they offered me a pair of socks. I ordered size 9 and received size 6 requested refund and shipping address email via email and was told to keep the size 6 and donate and then order the correct size . I ordered a 4O and 41 since I did not know my size a,in with some insoles . I was charged for all 3 products .Shoes took forever to arrive and nothing fit and they are very cheap quality . I called the Florida number that came with package and it was answered by soneine who could barely speak English and we got disconnected quickly.Then communicated by email again and it was stated that if I want to push the return I would be responsible for High shipping charges since it would have to be returned overseas at ,My cost . These are ver poor quality - I was scammed . Do not buy from this company on line .I have now been charged $179..83 and cannot get a refund . I had purchased I ordered the buy one get one free that reeled me in. 6.12.24 Both pairs of shoes are short in the toe area. I had emailed 6.21.24 with no response. THIS IS DAY 5 After reviewing the website in detail, it shows that you have to send a return request to an email since they don't list the return address.I received a email with a request for thee correct size. No one emailed me back tonlet me know my request is being processed. After several attempts Hike still has not made my situation right. I wish I had reviewed better before purchasing. In this financially unstable climate, this is a hit for me. I fractured my foot last year and have been looking for walking shoes with comfort. They got me don't let them get you. I should have looked on Trustpilot before purchasing not everyone had a negative experience. I just need larger sizes. Even with sizing up, these walking shoes were too small. I was hoodwinked deceptive practices sending out incorrect sizes to justify keeping a consumers money is wrong.
