I'm another customer they sold me a A/C with warranty which months later compressor give up, once they find out compressor, etc.. is bad they not call me back, not answer my calls or message, when call from a different numbers they say the boss is out of country..not sure for how long ??..Beware, file a complaint legally for the expenses not follow the warranty.Review from Carlos R

a/c broke after a month being installed, owner gave me the run around and said thats my problem now. I have the warranty paper that they gave me. I will be filing a small claim in county court.Review from Giselle G

Had an ** system installed with this company. A few days later the ** was not cooling. We contacted the company countless of times . No answer. Sent text messages and calls due to the fact that we have a baby at home . My son was sweating . Its was uncomfortable and an overwhelming heat. Our system was reading 81 degrees at one point. It was becoming unbearable. Finally had a response after we suggest showing up to the company headquarters after so many attempt calls and messages . They simply told us it was our problem. Please dont use this company. they have no heart, not even for a baby. Horrible customer service and they wont honor the warranty.Review from Louise B

My best friend's mom purchased a unit from this company less than a year ago. The condenser is dead. I called them, and they stated that they needed a copy of the invoice from her. I said she lost it, and that it is there responsibility to keep that on record. Then they said they are not in the office. I called today during business hours and the woman that answered the phone said that she needs the invoice and when I stated that they should legally have a copy she then said "I do not speak English". I asked what the license number was to the company and the name of the person who holds the license. She hung up on me. I work for an HVAC and this is completely shady. The model and serial number on the condenser was removed, so I couldn't check to see if the system was registered. They are now not taking my calls, and my friends mom is now left with having to pay for something she just purchased less than a year ago! I would leave a zero star review, but that is not an option.
