I made a purchase of 2 Quansit Huts from Duro Span this Spring and made a deposit of $7,000. Before the delivery date I had to find someone to do the concrete slabs, so I got 3 bids. The amount turned out to be around $80,000 because it required footings to pass code. This was out of the question. I then called the salesman to cancel the order. He said I could cancel, but I would have to give up my deposit. I pleaded with him, as I had just gone through a lengthy divorce and couldn't afford to lose the $7,000. These buildings are mass produced and there is a long wait to get them. I am now living in a tent. Not ok.

**************** purchased two Building Kits on November 17, 2021 as evident by a fully signed and fully executed contract including completely signed terms and conditions. The Buildings were to be delivered late March or in April 2022. We made a number of calls to **************** requiring simple information regarding her address and location where the Buildings were to be installed with no response from ****************. Our calls and emails to **************** went unanswered until Monday March 28th at 6:23 pm EST. On March 29, **************** was told the Buildings were ready to deliver and was told she would have to forfeit her deposit of $6000.00 as specified on the fully signed contact with signed terms and conditions if she was unable to take delivery. After 4 months of trying to reach ****************, she than decided to cancel the order that was already built specifically for her and her property. As specified by the signed and executed contract the right to rescind was way past the allotted time. Had she been responsive this could have been avoided. Under the Circumstances we had no other choice but to get the Buildings ready to ship.We could have required her to pay more as specified by the legal fully signed documents. Evident by Ms. ******* statement of a $7000.00 deposit that does not exist. She did make a $6000.00 deposit
