  This place is despicable. First, our rental car was wrongly towed by the property manager of the complex we were staying at for backing in with no prior notice. Although we were very upset about this as we are visitors to *******, and did not see any physical signs we were willing to the pay the fee to get our rental car back. After finally being able to reach someone from the company, we were told that our rental car was at a specific location. Upon arrival, we were told that the car is at the yard but, we werent able to retrieve because someone from the rental car company has to come out and get the car themselves. After calling the company, they told us that they could send us a release form to give to the tow company so that they can release the car. The person representing the towing company refused and said that it wasnt acceptable, they are only accepting someone from the rental car company itself. Then, we were told to find the car on the lot so that we could retrieve any personal items that were left inside. After walking around the entire lot and pressing the car alarm button, we couldnt find the car and when we told the tow guy that, he disrespectfully said, if you want to retrieve your car, you need to go look for it in the yard. I believe this was the most unprofessional experience Ive ever had. We kept circling the property to find the car and after almost 20 min, still nothing! After asking everyone involved about the whereabouts of the car and no one was able to provide a valid confirmation, we resulted in calling the cops to report a stolen vehicle. There was no visible/available manager/supervisor to help us out with this situation. After involving the police, we were told that our car wasnt even at the location that they first told us it was. They told the police it was at their other location after we asked them multiple times to confirm the right location initially. This was ridiculous! Their location isnt even an officially property!!

  Disgusting company. Completely awful through and through. Towed my car that was parked legally and then made it so difficult to get it back. Tell your employees to start learning about customer service and stop smoking weed out front of your building

  Illegal towing cars and threatened the life of a news reporter over trying to pay by card, zelle or any form of payment besides cash because it was not available. Ill lay you down and get away with it too! Horrible morale and horrible company.

  Horrible and unprofessional company. I complained to the Manager that **** was very rude when I called to ask about my car. The manager blatantly lied and said theyve never had a complaint about Crack head **** and that this is the first hes heard of him being rude. I look at their reviews and the reviews are all the same, saying **** is rude and the towing company is a scam. Beware if this company. I would love to start a petition to get this company out of business.

  Horrible company. Avoid them at any cost. Theyve illegally towed my car and then SOLD IT claiming that my car tag didnt belong to me when I had the title in my name. When I showed them my documents so I could retrieve my vehicle they refused to give me back my car and proceeded to sell it without my consent. Theyve also stolen my belongings out of my car on a different occasion when my car was legally parked in front of my home in my assigned parking spot parked in a forward fashion. Theyve also threatened me saying they will cause me physical bodily harm if I dont come to the **** yard and pay for my car. Horrible business to say the least. The owner and the employees are all the same low life druggies stealing cars off of private properties for a quick buck. They sell weed on the premises and smoke weed on the premises as well as carrying illegal firearms they have no licenses for on their person. This business needs to be shutdown immediately or needs to be stripped of all and any contracts they may have. They are a a hindrance to society and need to be removed as soon as possible. Avoid avoid avoid.

  Scum bags Wrost place ever have no type of care for handicap individual so my grandmother car got towed for parked in handicap with no ******* which of course it was my fault it was an accident went to go pick up the vehicle very rude drivers all outside rolling up their weed and smoking weed outside and then the same supposedly lot monitor guy from *********** who authorize my grandmothers car to get towed was also out there hanging out smoking weed with the drivers this is all a scam theyre all in it together but anyways they said my grandmother had to go upstairs to get her car I kept explaining to them that my grandmother is handicap and shes in a wheelchair they said they dont care that they were not going to release the vehicle to me unless she goes upstairs and signs for the car but lets not say how the building is not handicap accessible and there is no elevator so how do they expect my grandmother to go upstairs and shes in a wheelchair and there is absolutely no elevator and no ramp to access the building so when I threaten them that I was going to call the police they released the car to me I didnt even have to show no ID because they were scared because all of the marijuana and them out there smoking This business need to be shut down asap and I called the next day the owner is just as bad as the workers I will take this further asap
