I discovered thatProfessional Debt Mediation, Inc. has reported a debt on my credit report that I do not owe. I did not authorize them to report any information regarding this alleged debt. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue directly with the agency, the problem persists.I have not received any formal communication or documentation from Professional Debt Mediation, Inc. verifying the legitimacy of this debt, nor have I agreed to any terms that would justify their actions. Their unauthorized reporting has negatively impacted my credit report and caused undue stress.

Called to finalize a one time credit card authorization form, and the phone call was disconnected twice before I got through. So on the third try, I got through and I asked is there something wrong with your phone line and the agent there said apparently not, we're on the phone now and he said hurry up because I have stuff to do. I felt that was rude of him really to push me off the phone making an excuse for a problem on there side of the phone line, and I told him that is was being recorded and he said I don't care what you do with any recording that you may have, and he also said after that am going to let you go now, I was just thinking that we have been on the phone for less than 3 minutes. Very unprofessional for people trying to settle debt. I would not recommend this business firm to be used. Asked to speak to a manager and no one could be found, that he is on the phone right now leave a message at ext ... , I said pretty much I would wait to be connected and the higher up on the phone said bye now like every thing was settled with the way I was spoke to. Just a bunch of games to be played when someone disrespects you on the phone for a company that hires employees with a low self esteem looking to **** good wages for poor service.

If I could give negative stars I would, just received a call of some African American woman from this company calling me about a past apartment which has nothing to do with me. And she was hostile as heck and I asked who was speaking and she answered and then she says I need to verify my info for her to further talk and I said no thanks and she says in a even more hostile tone OKAY!, THATS YOU THEN. What the he**? Im so sick of people, I swear I wish I just wish thats all Im going to say. Do not call my phone again if yall do not want to owe me some money.

Professional Debt Mediation, Inc. is collecting on behalf of a scumbag corporate university apartment landlord and let me be abused by my roommate. He didn't believe a word, and he had put me in there with him despite him being cis and me being transgender. I had dipped after paying my last month of rent. I left my room PERFECT and slipped the keys in the dropbox before leaving to a homeless shelter. The landlord had my email and never even notified me on there that I had the debt. These guys came along months later on my credit saying I owe Vivio money. I shouldn't, and never received any kind of notice beforehand! So I dispute it on credit karma, nothing, they still want my money. The thing is is I am on SSI, which isn't to be collected from, and it is my ONLY source of income. They are legally not allowed to collect from that, so I filed a complaint with CFPB. This was there response before CLOSING IT SO I COULDNT REPLY. JSUT SO THEY CONTINUE TO LOOK GOOD! THIS RESPONSE:"Company's Response Based upon the name, address and telephone number provided, we are unable to find information matching the information provided. Can you please provide the name of the landlord the debt is owed. Also, the name as it is listed on the lease."CFPB does not permit you to list your personal information outside of the *** box. This is discrimination on Professional Debt Mediation, Inc.'s ********** collecting from me CEASE AND DSESIST, or I will *** for discrimination on gender identity and disablity. Not kidding. Leave me alone.

I am shocked that Professional Debt Mediation **** would have such low quality employees. It is with concern that they exhibit a pattern of subpar performance and unprofessional behavior. They should learn a thing or two about treating people with dignity and respect. How can a company call themselves PROFESSIONAL if they employ people that reflect otherwise?

PDM is very rude they called my phone and did not state why they were calling all they said it was a debt collections. When I asked them what it was for they said it was an attempt to collect debt. I told them not to call the number they were calling because it is state government issue phone and they proceeded to continue to call it back to back until I had to block the number. They are very rude and not even a debt collection agency they are bullies and I will not be bullied.

Received notice of collection from this company for an old apartment I lived in with my ex-companion who had agreed and been paying the old balance off. When I ask for proof of debt. I get a letter back that states 1. PDM is not a debt buyer. We collect on behalf of our above referenced client. 2. As a third party debt collection company, PDM does not add any fees to your account 3. PDM is under no obligation to provide proof of our licensing in your state or information concerning our surety bond. You may feel free to contact the appropriate authority in the state which you reside to obtain this information. So, based on these statements from PDM, are they or are they not a collection company because I see a lot of double speak there. I will not do business with these people I do not care who they think they are. They are a debt collection company. Period. I pay only the original creditor for any ******** received and confirmed. ***, had they responded in a more professional manner, I might have paid what little balance was owed to them. But now. no way no way no way. They can keep their high faulting manner all to themselves. It's companies like this that make good debt collection companies look bad. They certainly earn that F rating from the BBB.

Professional Debt Mediation PDM are crooks. In January 31st of ********************************************************* the amount of $1803.15. Never denied I owed and was willing to pay the apartment complex afterspeaking with them during court and was agreed upon by the man. On March 12th, 2019 I received a letter from PDM dated March 8th stating that the company who sent my debt to collections called to increase the amount owed to $2745. My debt was sold to the highest bidder and they refused to settle at the original amount. I received a quite rude and disrespectful response through *********** regarding the increase. I do not believe the company increased the amount, PDM did!

PDM professional Debt Mediation. Is Rude. They try intimidating you when you speak with them. Don't believe anything they say. Get it in writing before paying them any money! Make them email a letter that your debt is paid off.

Unprofessional and very rude. When asking for proof of a signed contract theyll send paperwork but not with my signature, which technically shows theyre trying to collect a debt null and void contract.
