      ********** which is listed as the business's phone number is an invalid phone number that I called numerous times. I also tried contacting ovation credit services through my personal case advisor email and phone number with extension ***** Error/invalid every time for months now. No matter what method or anywhere on the internet I can't get ahold of the business. Is this a legit company? I am concerned of identity theft. The reason for contacting them is refunds for unprovided services.

      I started with Ovation in March of 2023. Recently I found out that they were starting to lay off people in April then Closed in June. I never received any updates from this company and nothing was done to my credit. I want a full refund!!!

      I signed up for credit repair services in October 2022 - April 2023. I have paid my monthly fees. When asked for an update in after no response for several weeks. I am now being told that the company is going out of business I have had ZERO increase to my credit score based upon this companies "work". They charged me for 6 months of services and I did not have any disputes successfully help resolve the issues at hand. I paid hundred dollars with no tangible benefit to me - I still have all the same derogatory marks on my credit report. Services were not performed or produced as initially advertised. I emailed my case advisor, called customer service various times to file complaints and request a refund due to the services not being delivered as promised.

      Ovation Credit Services (the company) promised to improve my credit score. I still have no credit score at two reporting agencies and on the third, my credit score is lower. The company announced that it was ceasing operations on 30 June 2023. The company charged my bank account $76.30 today, 13 July 2023, after I had paid $109.00 per month, February through June, without results. I am seeking a refund for all payments, because the company did not improve my credit.

      I started with Ovation in January of 2023. They claimed to remove negative items from my all three bureaus of credit report to help me be able to purchase home. They weren't doing well in the communications department. Every one had a different story when they called me or I called with questions. My case was only effective to my Transunion report After a few months, I inquired about my experience report. Then they had am issue with documents I sent them My current address is in someone else's name. So, I had no bills in my name other than my insurance. They said the *** wouldn't accept that. They continued to take money from my account On April 10, 2023, I received this Dear ****** ******, At Ovation Credit Services a LendingTree company, our customers are very important to us and we want to make sure we are doing all that we can for you to get the best results possible. Unfortunately, we had a problem processing your payment today. In order to prevent any interruption on your case, please give me a call at your earliest convenience. Thank You, Shannon Oajaca I contacted them telling them I am no longer interested in Ovation. Please close my account because I was no longer happy with their services. THEY TOOK MONTHS TO LET ME KNOW THAT MY ADDRESS WASN'T GOOD BECAUSE I HAD NO BILLS AT MY PRESENT ADDRESS. I got billed on July 1, 2023. They took $153. They closed without even finishing my case, but took money from account. They are now closed and there's no way to contact them. I sent an email,but they are taking NO CALLS.

In reviewing your account it looks like their were some billing issues preventing us from being able to do more for you since April, 2023. However, we do not want our valued clients to leave our services unhappy and unfortunately we are closed and we cannot continue to dispute inaccurate or possibly unverifiable accounts on your credit report. I have refunded your last payment of $154.00 back to the card we have on file for you. This refund can take between 3 to 10 business days to be returned to your bank.

      I signed up for credit repair services at the o January 11 2023. I have paid my monthly fees. When asked for an update in after no response for several weeks, my case advisor ****** stated she was out on a medical leave for several weeks and to give time for her to "catch up". I am now being told that the company is going out of business, that i am responsible to continue to oay until they shutter their doors and have had ZERO increase to my credit score based upon this companies "work" the obly increases I have noted have been routine from my on time payments as well as a payoff that i initiated and completed. I am out several hundred dollars with no tangible benefit to me. Serivices were not performed or produced as initially advertised

      I paid for this company to repair my credit and paid $103 a month for more than 3 yrs and they just sent me an email that they can no longer provide me with service after June 2023. Without any specific reason offered any recourse. I want my money back a some kind of refund. Can’t take all that money without finishing.

      We are sorry to hear you didn't now have this experience. Our billing process is to bill for work completed after the work has been completed which was why when you closed your case you had a final bill for the previous months work. I apologize if this was not explained as it should have been. 

      Due to the misunderstanding I have refunded the final payment back to you for a total of $76.37 back to the card we have on file. This can take 3 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

      Your account is closed and nothing further will be charged to you.

      I hired Ovation Credit to help with credit repair in December of 2022. January, I was notified that because of the state I am residing in (**), they can not charge me for services, but that they will continue to work with me until December 31, 2023. I recently received another email that this service will end in June of 2023. I am highly disappointed by this as, the promise to help was not fulfilled. I feel they knew this as, monthly calls with managers happened only once. I really was not able to work thru or understand their portal for clients. They really did absolutely nothing but send letters for dispute, yet my concerns went unanswered and unwanted. I am not asking anything from them but to help repair my credit to ATLEAST *** score by having items removed that they promised would be removed. Thank you

      I hired this company back in January. They said it would take 45-60 days to see any results and I could cancel anytime with no issue. It's been over three months now. Each time I call I am given different information with regards to what is on my credit report and what they have successfully gotten removed. Today when I called they said that they had successfully disputed negative line items for both my ****** ******* and a ********* **** owner with a similar name incorrectly attributed to my account. I asked the woman why it is that the previous time I called I was also told that my ****** was removed, but that when I applied for a mortgage recently the broker said that this was totally false, that it appears on all my credit bureau accounts. She did not have a good answer and insisted they were taken off. I asked to cancel my account and then she told me that if I did that, they would put back some of the negative line items they had taken off and that would hurt my credit. I said, wait a minute, I thought they were already taken off. Are you saying you can put them back? She said yes, some would go back if I cancel. I said I thought you said we could cancel anytime. She said she was going to transfer me to a manger to explain better but instead, after a few minutes wait, the line just disconnected. I called back several times with no answer and on the 4th time the message said they were now closed. I was trying to cancel my account today, the 21st, because I get billed again for $109.00 on the 22nd. After this I called ******* to see if either of the two lines items were actually removed and they said no, that the company had not asked to have them removed correctly and so absolutely nothing was removed. I want my money back for the past three months and I do NOT want to be charged a 4th time for $109.00 when I tried multiple times today to cancel and was disconnected and then put on hold with no answer multiple times before they closed.

Our process can take between 6 to 8 months to see optimal results and it looks like you were with us for 3 months.
