Greenway Nissan had the gall to tell me that I didn't have the extended warranty that I paid for on my sales contract. Now they have sold to ***** Nissan and will not release all of the customers they sold warranties to ***** **********************. I literally have to drive out of town to get my air conditioning repaired by them ($3,000 repair) & pay a $100 deductible to them when my policy is for zero deductible just because it's not the dealership that doesn't exist anymore they are s******* me. When a company sells to another , that buyer is purchasing the goodwill of all of the previous customers. ********************** has screwed ***** Nissan and I pray to God that ***** sues Greenway in civil court for millions. They have done such a disservice to all of the customers who are being left as roadkillReview from Alma J

I purchased my 2019 Nissan Altima brand new in 2019. Immediately the check engine light sensor kept coming on. I repeated taking my car to this dealership for several years for the same problem. They simply turned over the sensor and told me everything was good at least 5 times . Now that the car is not under warranty they are saying it needs to be replaced. I contacted corporate and they are not willing to pay to have it fixed . They are saying because it is out of warranty. This should have been fixed before the warranty expired. This is a horrible way to treat a customer who has purchased 3 cars from this dealership.Review from Shay S

ZERO STARS!!! I signed up for information about a car online. In all, 4 different people darn near harrassed me about my interest in the car by messaging me, calling, texting or leaving a message about the car. As if that wasn't confusing, I set up an appointment to see the car. Spoke to an agent in person (none of the people that contacted me over the phone) and told him what car I wanted. He went away to get the car so I can test drive it...IT WASNT EVEN THERE! It was advertised as available and it wasn't. So ok he said it was in transit and gave me a round about time it would be in. I implored him to contact me when it was in. I was really wanting to buy this car. Just needed to see it in person. Contacted this live agent every day to make sure it was there and not sold. He assured me he would let me know. The end of a week and a half comes. No car. No message from the live agent. Get this...ONLINE, THE ***** CHANGES 4 TIMES! I took screenshots of the price increase while I'm waiting for this car to "arrive at the dealership". I call the dealership to check on it. He knew my name when I asked about the car so someone knows something about this situation enough to know my name. He says the car was supposed to be there 3 days ago and he will check. He will have a sales agent call me back. No one ever did. The live agent never responded to my last text about the car. After all of this, a few days later, the car disappeared from the website as if it were sold after I had been in contact with them. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I tried and they played me.Review from Jan B.

A routine oil change and brake check at Greenway Nissan, led to our car door being wrecked there. They stated they would fix the damage in 2 weeks because it was their fault. After 2 weeks, they still had not received the door, so I agreed to a used door. They said it would be there the following Tuesday. We suggested contacting our insurance to handle the situation but the service manager was adamant that we didnt. The door didnt arrive until Thursday, (they sent it to the wrong dealership.) I was promised that it would be done by the end of the day, only to learn that by 3 they hadnt started working on it. I got a text Friday morning, saying that it was ready. After picking it up, there was a loud grinding noise that had not been present before. I took the car back and the repair ******* said he would drive it. He said that it was just the muffler and he would drive it out of state. I wasnt sure but I trusted him, and decided to make the drive. Fortunately, I was able to make it safely.Once home, we took it to a local mechanic. He said the passenger front wheel bearing wasnt tight, and that the bearing and the CV shaft were ruined. That bill was over $600. Also, on the itemized bill from Greenway, we noticed an ~$400 charge for the damaged door that had been taken care of. The service manager said they only owed ** ~$100 dollars because they had given ** discounts on the ~$2700 bill and he would also reimburse ** for the wheel bearing issue. We also noticed oil leaks where the car was parked, which was new. Also, windshield fluid was low and a boot around the front drivers tire was hanging down. I called consumer service for Nissan, who filed a report. A follow up email said I would have to deal with the dealership, who would call within 48 hours or if not, I could call. They never called, so I called and left a message, but I never received a return call. Now, they wont answer. We have received the $600 check, but nothing for the door reimbursement.Review from Tierra P

Purchased my car back in February 2022, Ive called and complained about the loud noise from the breaks the front and side camera was not functioning, and the engine light stayed on. After every service call I had to come back and was told something different every time such as the engine light is on because the loose camera wire. So they fixed it . Then it was it just needs an update, this time oh now you are out of your maintenance agreement and you have a loose wire need a toonup and if you dont pay almost $1700 your car will continue to shut off. I beyond upset when Ive working with them and went with all of their solutions but now Im tired after today because ******* that was assisting me up and left and from the time I got there 9:40am to about 3:00pm no work was done on my car and I was offered a reschedule and was informed the few times I came the diagnostic machine was broken.Review from Daniel Reyes

Unfortunately, Greenway Nissan of Jacksonville, DOES NOT reflect honesty, integrity, transparence, or honor during any business agreement, even when came directly from his management level. It is a surprise that managers at this facility go so deep on that kind of improper and unprofessional conduct that it damages the reputation of the NISSAN brand. The Greenway Nissan dealer lost credibility and trust on Jacksonvilles population. I dont blame any client that file a complaint and concern on this facility. What is more surprised for me, is how Nissan Corporate allows this kind of improper behaviors happens again and again in their own organization without realizing how terrible damage this facility is causing to his BRAND and IS NOT DOING ANYTHING TO MITIGATE IT! Does Nissan Corporate have visibility or Nissan Corporate really care about the permanent damage this facility is causing to his organization? I cannot have the answer of that question, but Me, as a Sr ******* and a Businessman, I would said that somebody from Corporate should be doing something since this facility (Greenway Nissan of Jacksonville) is strongly damaging the great reputation of Nissan for the lack of honesty, lack of integrity, lack of transparency and lack of honor when their leaders and their representatives are conducting inaccurate sales agreements. As a happy previous owner of a great Nissan Murrano, I was willing to buy a new 2023 Murrano again since I was satisfied with the vehicle. It is sad because I really like the vehicle, but I cannot deal with persons that does not show integrity and honesty. I prefer to explore other brands Nissan Corporate, you have great vehicles, just a friendly advice, please, take notes and protect the reputation of your Brand, since a dealer here at Jacksonville is not reflecting the NISSAN Corporations core values.Kind regards,************* BsME, MEM, MBAReview from Agatha L

March 2021 I purchased a 2017 **** edge.8 months later check engine light came on.the big problem was misfiring causing leakage of coolant into the engine.the vehicle was taken to the **** dealership and I was told the only solution was a new engine.the car didn't have a warranty on the engine.i feel that better transparency was needed.the car was only 5 years old.should have been a recall on that issue.i love my car it was perfect for me According to my finances.more transparency needed.Review from Christy C.

My Nissan Pathfinder has been in the service department since November 2, 41 days they have had my vehicle. My vehicle was supposed to be ready last Thursday, never heard a word from them and I couldnt get anyone to answer the phone when I called. Finally on Friday they call to tell me my transmission was complete BUT i know have issues with the catalytic converters and if I drive that vehicle out of there Id be back in the same boat with another bad transmission. Of course I think theyre yanking my chain but at this point I need my car so we tell them go ahead and fix it. We call again on Monday to find out when its going to be ready and my service guy off on Monday. Im just fed up with the whole situation and want my car back. 41 days is long enoughReview from Kevin K

The services **** doesn't listen. They fix what they want. I brought it in to get the air idle set, they put motor mounts in it. I called them several time and told them not to. But they did it anyway. If you nissan needs services. Take it any where else. Not greenway nissan.
