Terribly experience - was told one thing by the southern boy salesman and then well over a month later was told they cannot do that. ******** kept saying he'd look for a solution and would get back to me. 2 weeks of back and forth and promises and finally I was able to get him and his sales manager boss on the phone. The sales manager's answer was to threaten me physically vs. coming up with a solution and getting us what we ordered. He then proceeded to hang up on me and not bother to professionally work it out. What a crock these guys are.

**************** is simply upset because our sales rep made a mistake and sold him a Sliding Door with Internal blinds, but unfotunately the size doors he has does not offer that option with our manufacturer so we do not have the ability to order. We did offer to cancel the doors and proceed with his windows, proceed with everything but with an obvious reduction in price due to the inability of getting the internal blinds, or cancel the entire project with an obvious full refund of his deposit (which is ultimately what was done) but he did not like any of the options and proceeded to become irate. His claims to being threatened are 100% FALSE. There were multiple people in the area listening to the call and they all said the same thing. Our sales manager simply requested the opportunity to meet with him and apologize in person for the confusion. I'm not sure what he thinks could be "professionally worked out".This is a genuine case of someone not accepting that someone made a simple mistake that we could not overcome and making a major issue of it.

This is absolutely the best prices you re going to get!!!! That comes from 2 other companies I got estimates from, one actually saying they pay more for the same product then their entire cost. The product is top of the line and instillation was quick and professional. The best part was customer service. When I ran into a family crisis the owner of the company that I only spoke to ones stepped up with unbelievable help and concern from his heart without even being asked went above and beyond for my family. Amazing company! If your looking for honest people with great quality and prices I recommend them!!!!

Im retired military and trust me. Dont use this company. Not going into detail but what a waste of my time dealing with this company. Their salesman comes on as a southern boy who really wants to help you. Dont fall for their trap.

As a Veteran myself, trust me...******************** signed an agreement for us to replace one geometric custom window and was told at the time of the sale our lead times on windows have been significantly impacted and currently his window would be expected in April. He then called our office to inquire when to expect the window. When told the middle of April (as previously informed) ******************** became extraordinarily belligerent toward our office staff and after listening to his rant with expectations that simply did not coincide with what we would be able to do we realized he must have the misconception that we simply made glass and would be able to custom make it here locally versus the fact he ordered a complete framed window that is manufactured in a plant in WV. So ******************** and our office manager agreed to cancel his order and allow him to get what he wants from a different company.

Do not use this company unless:a) You enjoy being lied to.b) Dealing with rude, unprofessional individuals.c) Dealing with a franchise owner who will not talk to his clients.d) Not being valued as a customer.Original contract was signed 3/21. Going on *********************************************** sight.This company has been to my house 11 times. Each time it doesn't have the correct windows, windows that are wrong sized, windows that are for a different job, windows that are not glazed for a bathroom. They have remeasured my windows 4 times. I have spray foam hanging off several windows that one of their "professionals" sprayed while no one was at home.When they did magically appear, they leave trash and debris in my yard.Office staff is not professional in any way possible. Was told by one stellar member that " 10- and 11-month installs are not uncommon". They also have an imaginative way of disconnecting the phone while you're talking or on hold.I have asked on several occasions to speak to the owner of the franchise only to be told by office staff "he doesn't speak to customers".I had to call the Corporate HQ in Alabama to have someone actually call the owner for some assurance of the mess and inconvenience they have caused me. In conclusion, if it costs more to do your home it is worth the dollar's. The less aggravation and inconvenience will be well worth it. Also use a company that is a BBB member. This company is not.

******************** continues to exaggerate beyond imagination challenges with his project. The "11 times" we have been to his house to resolve even a portion of his concerns, he creates a new one and tells us if we do not have the parts to fix that item, then just leave and come back when you do. He has been exceptionally rude and belittling to everyone on our office staff for no genuine reason. We have NEVER had an issue with imaginative disconnection of calls. Our call recordings reflect the exact opposite and seem to only happen to him and no one else has the same issues. He has been communicated with by everyone that needs to communicate with him. All of his remaining issues will be resolved in as timely a manner as product manufacturing and his schedule will allow.
