    We signed a contract to have all of our windows replaced including a rear door on October 2, 2024. The wanted $15,000 up front for the project costing us roughly $20,000, and I approved that. January 2025 rolls around and they replaced only the windows saying the wrong type door came. They also need to replace a viewing window on the side of the front door. I was informed that the company they use for financing had changed. They said to apply and they would pay off the 1st loan for $15,000. (They still havent done that). The 2nd loan got approved and they took the entire amount $25,000. It is now April 29, 2025still no $3,500 door and they owe me about $13,000 for over drafting. As of today they dont respond to my texts or return phone calls. This is the worst experience Ive ever had in my 70 years. Im considering hiring a law firm and sue for elder abuse. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! All do is lie, **********

    Terribly experience - was told one thing by the southern boy salesman and then well over a month later was told they cannot do that. ******** kept saying he'd look for a solution and would get back to me. 2 weeks of back and forth and promises and finally I was able to get him and his sales manager boss on the phone. The sales manager's answer was to threaten me physically vs. coming up with a solution and getting us what we ordered. He then proceeded to hang up on me and not bother to professionally work it out. What a crock these guys are.

    **************** is simply upset because our sales rep made a mistake and sold him a Sliding Door with Internal blinds, but unfotunately the size doors he has does not offer that option with our manufacturer so we do not have the ability to order. We did offer to cancel the doors and proceed with his windows, proceed with everything but with an obvious reduction in price due to the inability of getting the internal blinds, or cancel the entire project with an obvious full refund of his deposit (which is ultimately what was done) but he did not like any of the options and proceeded to become irate. His claims to being threatened are 100% FALSE. There were multiple people in the area listening to the call and they all said the same thing. Our sales manager simply requested the opportunity to meet with him and apologize in person for the confusion. I'm not sure what he thinks could be "professionally worked out".This is a genuine case of someone not accepting that someone made a simple mistake that we could not overcome and making a major issue of it.

    Ha!! I have to agree with Le S regarding the southern boy salesman ! It is a total trap The whole company is a sham !! Lie after lie after lie. They actually come into your home and lie to you. I unfortunately assumed that boy was a reflection of what I would be getting from this company. My bad. ***** C is also correct in mentioning that the owner will NEVER call you. Poor office girl just says he doesnt come in much. Great!! Way to do business! I dont know who is responding to these bad reviews, but they are lying too. I assure you. If you notice, they only have a 2/5 rating here for a reason. Pretty sad when you have to keep trying to make yourself sound as if youve done nothing wrong and everyone else is to blame for your poor workmanship, your terrible communication skills, and your shameful behavior and deception. My story is like the others: Long wait times, no call backs, wanting money before the job is done, shoddy product, but most of all LIARS. I cannot abide liars. It does not surprise me they are not BBB accredited. I believe I will be filing an official complaint here shortly if the liars dont do as promised and the job is complete within the week. Also happy to call ******** 9 for assistance as well. How will you respond to my review? Hopefully as an upstanding veteran that is a man or woman of their word.

    This is absolutely the best prices you re going to get!!!! That comes from 2 other companies I got estimates from, one actually saying they pay more for the same product then their entire cost. The product is top of the line and instillation was quick and professional. The best part was customer service. When I ran into a family crisis the owner of the company that I only spoke to ones stepped up with unbelievable help and concern from his heart without even being asked went above and beyond for my family. Amazing company! If your looking for honest people with great quality and prices I recommend them!!!!
