I have been with this company for 7 months. I am being constantly harassed by my creditors on my accounts and they tell me they have not been contacted by anyone from SS. Now, due to massive delinquency on these accounts, all of my other credit sources have closed my account. I cant even borrow $100. My credit has been ruined by these people and I want something done about it.

Ms. ****** I am **** **********, I am the owner of Signature Servicing LLC. My company assists attorneys in different states with the debt settlement process. You signed an agreement with ******************** Services in *********. Mr. ******* has reached out to all your creditors. He even negotiated a settlement with ********, the collection agency, for your upstart loan. That was your largest account. You owed $8913, and he settled it for $4012. That is a 45% settlement that you agreed to. We are currently negotiant with the rest of your creditors. Once we get an offer from them for an acceptable settlement, we will settle your next account. Creditors stating, they we never spoke to them happens all the time. I really think we will be able to settle all your debts ahead of schedule.
As far as your credit score goes, unfortunately when you do not pay your creditors on time and in full your credit score will drop. There is nothing anyone could do about that. But once we settle with all your creditors your credit score will increase. But you are right, as long as you are in this program your credit score will suffer. That is why some of our clients choose a 12-month program.
Like I said we have settled your largest creditor. The rest of the creditors will fall in place. You enrolled in a 44-month program you have 37 months left. You will be completely out of debt in 37 months or less and at that time you can begin working on your credit score.
Still if you are unhappy, I will discuss with Mr. ******* a refund. He will refund everything to you other than anything that has been sent to Velocity. Call me anytime on my personal cell **********. Or email me if easier ****************************************************************
    I am here to help.
    Thank you.

They've been calling me off and on since July/August. I noticed when it came from a ************ number. No messages left, just ***etitive phone calls. On Monday, September 30th when I had no service due to the ******* outage. I received a call from them after 5pm. The *** told me I applied for a loan back in June that was denied because I never gave them my ***. Ironically they have my work email which isn't used for that purpose. But she couldn't tell me a date or how I applied and told me that it was long time ago and that I FORGOT. I asked for a manager she hung up. Called back spoke with a rude boy, we played phone tag with me dialing and him consistently hanging up or declining my calls. Then spoke to **** who gave me info on frankly funding services and Clarity Debt solutions. I asked for a manager, he put me on a silent mute and eventually hung up. They called me ALL DAY YESTERDAY 10/3/24 demanding my SSN, no one could transfer me to a manager because they either work from home, work in an office, the managers are in a meeting or in ******* or the managers don't take calls they do callbacks. One even told me they were closed and he couldn't assist me even tho they called me at 6:45. I never called these people. I didn't do any debt consolidation in June. What I did do is with another company. They're harrassive, rude and they need to stop calling my phone demanding my SSN, not even telling me the call is being recorded for training and quality purpose (was told that they didn't have to tell people they're recording calls - Reps ************* and no one is giving me any information on this company but bogus website, phone numbers that go to a voicemail and not even in a queue. The one *** told me he doesn't know what an EIN is and couldn't provide it. They need to be stopped. ************ ************ ************ ************ ************ (main nnumber 9/30/24)************

Lesans Ramsey-My name is Tony Pascarella I am the owner of Signature Servicing LLC. I am sorry about all the troubles you are having. But Signature Servicing is a backend debt settlement company. Meaning that we do not solicit business. None of the names or phone numbers are familiar to me. It looks like the calls you are receiving are coming from the northeast and I also see one call from Texas. My company only has 1 location, and we are in south Florida. Did someone say they were calling from Signature Servicing LLC.?

Over the years I have heard of unreputable salespeople trying to get consumers personal information and when the consumer asked them for the name of the company they worked for, they used the name of a reputable company.  If you look at our signatureservicing.com web site, we let consumers know that we do not solicit business and if someone asked for your personal info to never give it. I am sorry this happened to you. Any information you may have, can help me find out who these people are and put an end to this. If we can find out who they are it may protect a consumer in the future. Please call me anytime Tony Pascarella 7189540310

    Hello Tony,

I did look at your website because it was what was provided to me when the others had called. No offense but the website looks sketchy to me. And a lot of the hyperlinks aren’t working or lead to nowhere. That’s a red flag to me. Same goes for the franklingfundingservice.com website.

the names I got was Sekena (?), Carlos, Nick/Nicholas, Akim, and May-nor.

the numbers I gave where the ones they called from. A few told me they work at home/remotely. The others said they work in Boston. A couple said they work under a third party that provides customer/call center services to your company and they reach out to people who have visited your website or Franklin funding. I’ve visited neither. The fact they have my contact information and my work email is sketchy and a need for concern.

I'm sorry sir. I do not know what is sketchy about my website. signatureservicing.com. The first thing our site opens up with is a statement that we do not solicit. We even speak about never giving your information to anyone. It reads that if anyone asks for your personal information saying that they are from Signature Servicing call us immediately. Does that sound like a scam to you? I do not employ any of those names that you reference. Also, none of those numbers are associated with my company. Unfortunately, some unscrupulous companies look up the names of good companies and give you those when they are trying to get your information.  I gave you my personal cel number. You can call me anytime to discuss. I will help you in any way possible. I am very sorry this is happening to you. Tony

    Customer Answer

    Date: 10/10/2024

    Tony,

First off, I never heard of your company until whoever those people are started calling me. Going to your website, that statement pop up is sketchy to me. I'm not calling another random number. I did call the (866) 595-2941 which took me to a weird voicemail. SKETCHY. Your website looks like something from 1995 dial-up internet. Sketchy. If you are a reputable company I'd expect you have a better looking website. It doesn't have to be flashy or cost a lot but it definitely shouldn't look like a 8-bit set up. But that's my personal opinion but it look just as SKETCHY as franklinfundingservices.com. I researched both of your "companies" and the reviews weren't good and I even attached a screenshot from your Instagram that hasn't even been updated since 2022 and facebook not since 2021. The complaints from the BBB doesn't make me any more comfortable in anything you've said. Then you provided your personal number SKETCHY. One I'm not calling your personal number. You give that out too freely. Secondly I don't want you to have my number either, because I don't know you. You might be professional in this chat, however that may be a different story outside of BBB territory.

I gave you names and numbers. I don't care if they work for you not. But the fact they know your business, you need to look into who your employees are and focus on doing a cease and desist with whoever these people are. Have you called the numbers?? Honestly that needs to be your focus and asking them why they're using your company as a way to scam people and get their social security numbers. Ironically enough, after I reached out to the BBB regarding this matter, the harassing calls stopped. That doesn't sit right with my soul. That's a red flag.

    Business Response

Sir- This can go on forever. I'm sorry my website looks "Sketchy." If I was selling cars or fireworks, I'd have a website full of fun things. But as I told you we do not solicit here. If you look at the site, I am explaining to consumers the good and bad of debt settlement. It's not a glitzy web site. Telling people as soon as the site opens to be careful with their personal info is not "Sketchy" As far as it being "Sketchy" that I give you my personal contact info. I do not give out my personal out easily. This is MY company and if someone has a problem with something we have done I demand that people speak directly to me. That is the least "Sketchy" thing in the world. All companies should operate like that.  I know you will find this "Sketchy"' but I think you should go on one of the free credit reporting sites and make sure no one has pulled your credit without your approval. Check to see that there are not any loans that you do not recognize. Also, even if there are no new loans you can look at the enquiries and see who was looking at your personal information. At that point you will find out the company who solicited you. It will show the company name, phone number and email address.  Like I said I am sorry this happened to you. I am always here to help you in any way.

    One I'm not a sir.

Secondly. It is sketchy. Im still trying to figure out why you haven't reached out to any of those people. For your information I've already pulled my credit history and I'm working with a debt consolidation firm. These calls started before I began working with them. I haven't taken out a loan and no one else has. Tony I'm not some irresponsible kid. I wouldn't have contacted the BBB if I was. I reached out because I already called your company. I don't appreciate being harassed for my social security number.

But as a consumer, I'm telling you there's an issue. Me calling you isn't going to solve the problem. If these people don't work for you... you should be more concerned why they have so much of your information especially information that's not on the website or online. That you should be more worried about. However like I said, since I've contacted the BBB the calls have stopped. If you don't find that odd, then you don't really care about your business. It's already apparent in this interaction we had that what's really important like stopping people from claiming to be you (so you say) and do your part in preventing them from reaching out to other people.

I reached out to this business to consolidate debt (credit card debt). I heard of this company through someone that did the same years ago. Fast forward to my agreement for them to start the process and having from a financial coach during my process. I tried calling prior to my first July payment came out. Could not get anyone on the line. I tried to call the message says something like "our representatives are busy on the line, thank you for your patience" then disconnects. I called the direct number of the man I set up service with and he said to try again tomorrow if it does it again he will get his manager on the line. July payment came out. I received an email from my coach in August. I replied with my requested documents and asked a question regarding the process. I received an auto reply and to this day no response to my question. I tried to call more times in August, the same message that says something like "our representatives are busy on the line, thank you for your patience" then disconnects. I tried diiferent times of the day to double-check and confirm what I was hearing. I tried the guy I set up with direct number, he has not answered pr called back since that last time we talked. I was supplied a *** account login to check my credit debt progress. I logged into this account and there is no activity to see.... There was a customer service number for that site. I called it and received the same type of message that disconnects. It literally hangs you up. I then called my bank thr same day to put a stop payment on their auto drafts. I am afraid my credit will be affected more by them. I do not want any future contact with this company. I also want to wipe them from attempting to get anymore money for me. I hope there is a way I can prevent them from destroying my credit. Even though they have not provided me the services agreed too. I am completely blown away by this.

I wish you good luck going forward. If I can ever be of any help to you, please reach out to me anytime.

I signed up for debt consolidation plan with Signature Servicing LLC on 6/17/2024. I cancelled it by certified mail on 6/21/2024, signed and accepted by Signature Servicing LLC on 6/24/2024. They ignored my cancellation letter. Then tried to change the cancellation letter receipt date. They illegally took the money out of my checking account. Then, they promised a refund, but, never notified their partner (CFT) that handles the money services to issue the refund. I expect a FULL refund of $812.89 or I will take them to court, then they can pay my legal fees.

I received a partial check for $782.94 from Signature Servicing LLC banking partner CFT.   The total payment should have been $812.94 which is what they took from me in servicing fees.   I cancelled this program well before any fees could be started.   I expect to be refunded the $30 taken from me.

Also, CFT is associated with Signature Servicing LLC debt consolidation program, so they are business partner.  I did not independently sign up with CFT.  It is part of the Debt consolidation program paper work that Signature Servicing LLC provides with their contract agreement.

I hired Signature Servicing to settle and negotiate my debts. I was told this would not affect my credit with overdue accounts. It is very difficult to get in touch with anyone at this company. I paid them monthly and I wanted to know my payoff and settlement so I could pay it. They told me my payoff was over $7,000 which I thought was wrong. They did not settle with Discover and now I was served papers to appear in court. Discover is suing me. Nobody would explain things to me. Nobody would contact me. I paid over $6,700 to them. They charged me about $2,000 in fees. I asked for help to know what was paid and what was not. Never got responses. I live on a fixed income and was not happy with the service. I stopped paying them until someone could explain why my stuff hasn't been settled. Nobody could tell me where my money went. Nobody could tell me what was paid and what was not paid. They assured me in the beginning they would settle all my debts. They did not settle and I was still paying. Now I'm being sued. I want my debts taken care of or my money back. All I have wanted all along was to pay my debts and fix my credit. Now this is almost impossible to do.

Started working with Signature Servicing to help me with mounting debt. I was told that this would:* not have a huge impact on my credit..... * I would be able to see activitiy on my account of all payments and how much monies were beign accrued. can't see * and most importantly. I was just served a summons to court as i am being SUED by ************ which is one of the accounts that I entered into the program.... over a year ago....i pay out over 680 per month to these people to get me out of debt.... what i am really doing is paying for my life and credit to be destroyed. I thought this was a credit counceling program... bait and switch is what it really is.

Fees and monthly payments were collected for two accounts that were not settled. It was an agreement that no fees would be collected from the account until a settlement. This was for interest to grow so that when the accounts were settled, there would be enough to pay it off. The notice given only applied to the amount that is in the special purpose account.Again, from my understanding from the initial conversation and the paperwork, fees are only taken after an account is settled. It is illegal to collect fees before then as pointed out by the initial representative. Before the request to cancel services, only one of those accounts was settled, Achieve; one account was removed after ******************** would not talk to Signature Servicing; and *********** was not to be negotiated until May as informed by *******-Customer Service representative. Since October 15, 2023, $376.50 has been deducted from my account under the terms of all three accounts were guaranteed to be settled. In February, I received a summons to court for Leaders and I contacted Signature Servicing. I did not hear back from Signature Servicing until April and was told that they could not negotiate with ******************** that my terms would be reduced to 20 months and my monthly payment would be around $300 moving forward. The payment was not adjusted until I called back and the amount was drafted from my account. I now have a very low credit score and visit to court as well as court costs due to the instruction given by Signature Servicing. If I had been informed that Signature Servicing could not negotiate with ******************** in the beginning, I could have worked something out with them. I put a lot of trust in Signature Servicing and have been let down. The only right thing to do is refund me for the payments made which totaled $2,635.50. I was told by ******* that the Achieve settlement would be reversed and will be sued therefore, my payments should be reversed as well.

I also included the general ledger from the account that was supposed to completely free. Each month fees were collected

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. ****, the business owner was kind enough to ***** me a full refund. I am currently waiting for the transaction to post which should happen within the next business day. He was very pleasant to deal with and very prompt. He did exactly what was agreed to. At first there was an error but he made sure to keep his word which was very honorable. Thank you for help in this matter.

2020 Georgia Code Title 13 - Contracts Chapter 5 - Defenses Article 1 - General Provisions 13-5-5. Fraud Fraud renders contracts voidable at the election of the injured party. I demand a full refund immediately. 1. I was told this process would not cause negative payment history due to "great relationships" with the credit bureaus. 2. I was told that I would be funded for the loan amount of my total debt after 4-6 months. These were both false statements. I would have never entered this program as it does not make sense nor could it due to my current situation.

I signed up with this debt settlement firm 06/02/202 and they made oral representations that were backed up by the written contract. They failed to perform on its duties once the debt settlements were negotiated so that more than 3 years later my credit score is still terribly negatively affected by their lack of performance - even though I have paid off all negotiated debt already.BUYER BE WARE - in my experience this firm has not been ethical.

********************* is not a client of Signature Servicing LLC.(Please see attached) ************ signed a retainer agreement with the *******************. Many law firms around the country engage us to assist them with the debt settlement process. I have left ************ numerous voice mails asking her to contact me directly on my personal cel phone so I can point her in the right direction.I also think another attorney group may have taken over for the *******************,possibly thats where the misunderstanding is coming from?
I am only here to help but I do not understand if she is unhappy with my company why she refuses to take calls from the owner of the company? She can call me anytime **** **********. I will put her in touch with the law firm she signed up with and they will be able answer any questions that she has about the process.
Since ************ never signed an agreement with my company and is not a client of ours, please remove this complaint.

    Complaint: 20838611

I am rejecting this response because:

    1.  ************************ is saying my contract was not with Signature Servicing.  See the attached contract.  Signature Servicing performed 100% of the work on my case since 6/1/2020 to current date.    What ************************ sent to you as the "contract" is only 4 pages, whereas the actual contract is 17 pages.  The significant missing pages that ************************ did not provide to you are:

    a)  Exhibit C, page 7, confirming a third-party, presumably Signature Servicing, would "perform debt settlement services" on my behalf.  Signature Servicing was the only party that communicated with me in this case leading up to, and then my signing the agreement 6/1/2020.

    b)  Page 11, Notice of Cancellation Rights.  This document states to send the cancellation notice to ":***** Law Firm, LLC, c/o Signature Servicing, LLC.   Signature Servicing performed 100% of the services related to this agreement and is responsible for lack of performance and other negligence.

    c)  Unmarked page number.  Consumer Authorization and Disclosure Statement that I signed 6/1/2020.  This document authorized Signature Servicing, LLC to access and share my personal information for the purpose of settling my debt.

    d)  The appended agreement with *********************** pages 1 through 4.  I have confirmed with *********************** that ****************** law firm had zero communication with it and that 100% of the communication was via Signature Servicing.

It is my belief and opinion that Signature Servicing uses law firms as a 'front' for just this reason - so they can tell entities like the BBB that the "contract" was not with them.  However, I was and am indeed a 'client' of Signature Servicing since 100% of the communication on my case since inception has been through them.

    2.  My communication since I sent my first complaint to Signature Servicing, more than a year ago, on March 29, 2022, has been with their employee/agent ****************************  I have numerous numerous email communications and records of phone calls with *********************  In my experience and belief, ******************** has attempted to intimidate me from seeking resolution of the very negative impacts to my credit rating directly caused the actions and the inactions of Signature Servicing in its breach of the intent of the agreement.  I would never have signed onto this program if they had revealed that my credit report would be negatively impacted to this extent.  I can explain further if needed.

    3)  I asked Mr. ************** repeatedly, in writing, for the phone number of the business owner.  He never provided it to me.

    4)  ******************** advised me in writing that he/they would not communicate with me any further and that I should contact the *******************.  I did contact Attorney ***** and was advised they have not represented Signature Servicing for years.

    5)  On 11/7/2023 ******************** inadvertently sent me the name and phone number of the new law firm in an email including "This is the attorney who oversees her file. He took over for the *******************."  I believe Mr. ************** intended that email for the owner and not for me.

    6)  I contacted the new attorney, emailed him my immediate concerns, and have a scheduled appointment with him this week.

Additionally, in my email and oral communication with ******************** he repeated said that if I only asked "nicely" for help in resolving my credit report issue that a)  his owner would have gone out of  his way to help, and b) he himself would have gone "above and beyond" to help resolve the credit damage they themselves have caused.

Since when does a service provider stipulate such conditions to perform the duties it was required to perform, that it was paid to perform?

    Sincerely,

    *****************

    Complaint: 20838611

I am rejecting this response because:

I did talk with attorney *********************** last Friday, 11/10/23, but he said he is NOT representing Signature Servicing at this time.  I have scheduled another call with **************** this afternoon, 11/14/23.  .

I will be retaining legal counsel and I will also be sending Signature Servicing an email today about the CitiBank account that is showing it is currently in collections.  This was not supposed to happen and is causing me additional harm.

Please be advised that the financial firm I hoped to join has DECLINED to onboard me because of the two specific matters on my credit report that was directly caused by Signature Servicing - JPMC and CitiBank.  These two matters need to be cleared up by Signature Servicing immediately.

Signature Servicing also needs to immediately provide the information that I previously requested.

    Sincerely,

    Hello on 11/14/2023.

Please see the attached letter from Signature Servicing on its letterhead dated 3/29/22 where they directly contradict the denial by the owner that I was NOT their client.

I hired this firm in March to provide debt settlement services. They have withdrawn $606.83 from my checking account with ********** each month since then. Each time I try to contact them I get nothing but messages. I cannot access my account online, nor can I locate their website anymore. Trust Pilot assured me that this company was legitimate. A representative from Signature Servicing called me to apologize for the confusion caused by their portal.  He directed me to the person with whom I needed to discuss my case and concerns.

Therefore, I rescind my complaint, with your kind indulgence.  I feel much safer knowing that the BBB is one the job.

    Respectfully,
