      Vacation Villas is the biggest financial mistake my parents ever made. They can no longer afford the ownership because of the never-ending assessments and maintenance fees. They called and asked if they could relinquish ownership and were immediately told no. I have read there are options but none were offered. Please advise if anything can be done to Zero give back not sell to release my elderly parents of the criminal financial burden.

Upon further review the inquiry is about a different resort that ours. This information was forwarded to ************************** on 6/24/24.

      Included in the price are shuttles to the Parks. Ours never came and the manager on duty called for another one to take its place. We still waited 1 1/2 hours for another one. I felt the staff could have done better by us, it was a very long wait with 2 babies.
      I would like to add the pool area was very nice but the units themselves are run down and grubby. I was there about 8 years ago and they were grubby then also. Units scantily equipped. 6 people, 4 days; 6 plates, 6 bowls, 6 coffee cups, 6 water glasses. No extra TP, found that out the first morning! I told the staff I wasn't coming to the office every day for fresh TP before they would give me a few extra rolls.
