      Worked for this horrible company, they still havent paid me my last check. they actively tell employees if there is an upset customer or someone requesting a refund to just transfer them to an endless queue that never gets answered. Owner is a POS, doesnt communicate, Discriminates within the company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS

      On December 23, 2023, I spoke with a male representative from All American Mobile Detailing in ******* asking for a quote to fully detail my wifes vehicle in ************* for Christmas present. The representative said they worked with companies located in ************* who could detail her vehicle so I purchased a gift certificate for $199 via credit card. For the last several months, Ive tried to contact someone from All American Mobile Detailing to set up an appointment, but have not heard back from anyone. After further research, I realized the phone number is disconnected and there is no viable email address. It appears the business is no longer in existence. I am asking for a refund. Thank you!

      I worked remotely for this company for $160 / day and they have not paid me I worked for them in February 2024 I am not at risk of loosing my house due to being behind and no contact from them

      I purchased and scheduled an at-home mobile detailing for my truck. I paid through their website. When my appointment date arrived and no one showed, I called the number I received in the confirmation text. I also emailed the address found on the website. After many attempts, I received no response. I filed a complaint at BBB. The company responded to the complaint, apologizing, saying they were new ownership, and offering a gift card for the full value to schedule a new detail. I stupidly fell for it. I tried to use the gift card voucher emailed to me (attached) and the links are disabled and so is the website. Scammed again.

      I scheduled an appointment for car wash/detailing for 05/17/24 but no one came. I reported the issue an hour later. Two weeks later I called the company again because I did not receive a refund and they said a refund request was never made. I called again in two weeks and was told I was in the system for a refund. I call every few weeks and no one answers - just a recording that Im number one in the queue.

      In Feb 2024 I made an appointment to have my car detailed by All American Mobile Detailing. The appointment was for March. The company took a credit card number and charged my card right away, even though the appointment was not for another 6 weeks. I then had to cancel the appointment, which I did about 2 weeks BEFORE the appointment. However, I did not get any of my money back. I called the company three times, each time I spoke to someone and they promised that the money would be refunded. To date, 7 months later, I still have not received my refund. When I try to call the company, I have been put on hold for a couple of hours.I would like my money refunded.

      I scheduled to get my car detailed on April 9th 2024. The cost was approximately $300. Their representative came out and started to clean and wax the car. It was clear the person they sent out had little to no experience in waxing a car. They put the wax on the car but never buffed it off. I had to instruct the person what had to be done. I called All American Mobile Detailing and explained the issue and we worked out a settlement where they were going to refund the value of the wax job. I agreed to pay for the work done cleaning the inside of the car. I was supposed to receive the refund within 2 weeks. I still haven't received the refund despite calling multiple times, each time I was told the payment would be processed that week. I continued to try calling now and am stuck on hold and never get talk to someone. I'm just looking for the money they agreed to refund me $97.89. I have the email that defines the settlement we agreed to. Thank you.

      This company is a scam and there are reports of this company changing their company name whenever they are caught. They are scamming customers and their employees. This is a link to them being caught on the news but they keep changing their company name to keep the scam going ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************** . I did a job interview with someone from the company and told him that his company was on the news for their scam and he lied and acted confused. It appears that he shut his website down which is ******************************************************** once mentioning that he was a scam. This website link will take to others complaining about his company. *************************************************************************************************** . In the comments on that website users claim ******************************************************** has scammed under the names: All-American Mobile Detailing / AAMD Buff's Mobile Detailing Poseidons Boat Detailing LLC Top Notch Detailing / TN Detailing Mobile Detailing Brothers Detailing *********** They scam on ********** and may be scamming under other names.

      06/04/2024 - Company was paid $1,491.62 to detail 2 Shuttle Buses. They never came out to do the service. I cannot contact them over the phone as they never answer. I tried filing a chargeback and they rebilled the card.
