      Wish I wouldve came here first for reviews. Order a picture blanket for mom for Mothers Day and its dirty. I contacted them and sent them pictures and they told me to wash it. Ive sent them 2 more emails to inquire if it needs to be dried cleaned and no reply. I honestly dont think this blanket would make it through a delicate wash or Dry.

      I ordered metal prints as a gift allowing myself PLENTY of time. After almost two weeks of hearing NOTHING, I reached out. My ticket was responded to with a very generic 'we're still working on your order' and promptly closed. When I asked more questions, the agent was clearly copying/pasting a very disengenuine 'sorry for this experience' without answering a single one of my questions. She couldn't tell me what happened with the order and refused to give me a timeline. I responded back asking for her supervisor and she promptly closed my ticket again. That happened TWICE. Me reaching out, them just closing the ticket.I got another *** who said 'there was a production glitch' and that my order would be worked on. At least I got some kind of answer. I gave it another week. I heard nothing. I again wrote back. He promised me he would put me on 1-2 day shipping due to the error. Great! I emailed again. I got another very generic 'great news ' Funny thing is I placed the order on 3/25 and at this point were in the back half April. The next morning I did the order status check again and it said the order was processed on 3/26. Complete ********.I later got an email that said the order was shipped. According to what they promised it should have been in my hands (worst case scenario) 3 days later. Yeah that didn't happen. The shipping was never upgraded as ************ would think with all these problems, they would have refunded the order. ****. Finally, ****** ******* offered a $10 site credit (as if I would want to place another order with this dreadful company). UNBELIEVABLE! I still had a little fight left in me and he finally agreed to offer HALF of my shipping cost back to my credit card. How very freaking generous. They must be awfully close to a shut down because I can't see how they are in business. This has been one of the worst customer service groups I've ever dealt with.

      Horrible horrible horrible. I purchased a photo album for $106 on 4/14. I paid $44.90 for fast shipping and priority to be delivered by 4/18 (as stated on the order pageonly reason I even did rush delivery). I get the confirmation email after placing the order saying it will be delivered 4/23. That is not what it said and not at all what rush delivery is. It basically was advertised as 3 day delivery (and I have proof) after realizing it wont be delivered in time I reached out (5+ times) calling the number online and emailing. They refused to tell me that my package will be delivered on time and so I told them I want to cancel it (within their cancellation policy. which is that one has to reach out within 1 business day after placing the order). They kept giving me excuse to not cancel it even though no updates to my order was made (I have proof). They are violating their cancellation policy and withholding my money of getting my money back + canceling the order. The responses I get are the same everytime which means they are robots and not at all customer service people. I reached out to the bank and told them the situation that other people complain about the same thing. This business NEEDS to go out of business because its unethical and illegal to withhold money from a customer if they are in their rights to cancel an order and are adhering to the policy. I wish I had never bought from here.

      Corrected my address on my order and they still sent it to the wrong address. Two months later, I ask them for my money back but they are only offering to replacement it. It was a calendar.. so now Im not getting my monies worth due to THEIR s**** up. They sent a picture of where it was delivered and I told them I could prove my front door doesnt look like that. ******** customer service. Jokes on them because Im an influencer and Im about to go IN on their review

      Do not use. Terrible customer service with generic answers; not willing to help. I placed an order & paid $78 EXTRA to have it rushed, with an arrival date of 2/1/25 (per their rush shipping listing date). It arrived on 2/3/25, 2 days late. I contacted customer service & was told it arrived within their window, which is inaccurate & false advertising. I tried to explain their website told me the expected delivery date, and got the same generic email back. Clearly, they dont care about helping make it right. Do not expect any help from them.

      I do not recommend ordering from Printerpix! I ordered a huge canvas and several of the pictures are very blurry. I have contacted them numerous times and all they keep saying in each email is that they take pride in each print and inspect each order, which if they would of inspected my order they would have seen how blurry the pictures were. It has got to be the canvas that they use. I will never buy from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone!

      I wish I had taken the time to check reviews before placing my ******** December 2024 I ordered a 36 x 24 metal print. Before placing the order, I emailed Printerpix to ask what wall mounting options were available. The reply I received was that I would see an option at checkout for wall mounting. OK, good. However, when I got to the checkout process there was no such option presented. Because the payment had been made, I immediately emailed, with order number, and requested whatever wall mount was available. Furthermore, I indicated I would certainly pay for the add-on to my order. I wrote more emails pleading, please include the wall-mounting option to my order. Finally, my print order arrived. No mountingg hardware was *********** more emails requesting the wall mount. I indicated I was willing to pay additional shipping.A week ago I received an email response that Printerpix did not offer wall-mount hardware. Printerpix misrepresented (lied?) that the order screen would present the option to add a mount to my order. Again, no such option presented itself. No complaints about the print itself, but it still sits on the floor against the wall on which we planned to install the ******** appears PP was more interested in preserving the sale rather than being honest up front. Fraudulence in its purest form. Caveat emptor!!

      My daughter ordered photos from her brother's wedding and not only was the quality poor but the prints were bent or ripped in the corners. We have tried reaching out to this company since February 14 by email and telephone - and no response. My daughter sent all the information and snapshots of the damaged photos. Still no response. I would not recommend this company to anyone!! At this point, we are ordering from a different company and want a full refund!***** H and ****** A PrinterPix Order #********

      Bought photo albums 2 months ago that has not been shipped at this point. I have reached out to the company many times and have not gotten a refund or the product I have paid for at this time.

      Website descriptions of products are not accurate. Company fails to provide accurate shipment information in a timely, reasonable manner. Does not call as they state they will. Refuses to adhere to advertised garuantee on website, refuses to refund for fully defective batch of unusable product. Refuse refund despite sending photos multiple times as said is required via email, chat, and then email again after even more phone calls; With all photos displaying known issues addessed for all items, of poor image quality, incorrect image color, additional eyesores by the company on every canvas - which was not part of the website description which has proven to be descriptive and misleading. In addition to all items being defective and of unusable quality; despite sending photos of multiple items displaying physical damage/ defects upon arrival, Company is claiming only one out of 7 of the fully defective and unusable items qualifies for a replacement. Half of my order has still not arrived Despite paying additional money for expedited shipping as all of these were required on a deadline. Company never called back with missing shipment information as they stated they would. Company is refusing to refund for defective items, etc.
