      If I could leave 0 stars I would. I did a large order of prints for mother's day, father's day, and a birthday. I paid extra for the add ons of HD print and logo removal and when I received the order the pictures were incredibly grainy. I have reached out to customer service several times about getting a reprint and even reuploading the photos if needed and each time I have sent them an email I get one response and then they never respond to my follow up. I'm not kidding every single time. At this point I don't even want a reprint I just want a refund but again they don't reply to my follow **** Very disappoiunted will not be using them again and I DO NOT recommend.

      Avoid at all costs. This business is a complete and utter scam. Ordered photo albums over a month ago and still have not received anything. Its now weeks beyond the estimated arrival date provided when initially purchasing the albums. This was meant to be a gift for my groomsmen but its clear it will not be received before my wedding even though I ordered these months in advance. Everytime I reach out to customer service, they give me a wild and made up excuse like its being held up in customs. or we temporarily lost your order. Now reading other people's reviews, I see it happens to everyone on every order. Just do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this company.

      I went to place an order with Printerpix. They sent me a coupon with a banner staring "up to 70 % off" and 3 places on the coupon telling me I got 70 % off. Before entering the coupon code provided, the price was 50% off. When I entered the coupon code the price never changed.After several emails back and forth with *************************** of customer support, he admitted it was an error from the tech team. He couldn't and wouldn't reduce my order by the $8.58 to bring it to the 70% off.I included screenshot of the coupon.**** sent me another screenshot of a similar Fathers day advertisement doing the same thing.This is fraudulent advertising and most people probably don't do the math to see they are getting 50% off rather than the 70% off the the coupon states you got.I will not do business with this company. And want other consumers to be aware of their misleading tactics.5 emails and he saved the company $8.58, I see a promotion in his future.Date of experience: June 03, 2024

      Ordered a photo book 7 weeks in advance for my wedding which should have be adequate time to receive the book. A confirmation email told me my project would go into production the next day. After 3 weeks and no update, I reached out to the company and learned my book would go into production the next week. They misrepresented their actual production time. After 5 weeks, I reached out and was told my order was lost in production and had to be re-ordered through their system. I stressed the fact I needed to have the book within two weeks for my wedding. I was told by at least a 1/2 dozen employees that the book would arrive in time to used at my wedding. A week before the wedding, I got a notification that it would ship within 24 hours, but it sat in their warehouse for an additional 5 days until I called and demanded it be mailed immediately. Employee promised me it would go out that same day. I called the following day, because had yet to show with the tracking number that it indeed was still sitting in the warehouse. The following day I called again to verify it had left the warehouse, which it had, but the same employee Id talked to the previous days, knowing full well I needed the book for my wedding had shipped the book economy mail. After expressing my extreme frustration with their service, he told me he contacted **** and change to overnight shipping. I should see the book within the next few days. That was a complete and utter lie. It was just a way to get me off the phone. Its been a week since that phone call. My wedding passed, and I still dont have the book. I had to scramble last minute to come up with another option. I was so incredibly angry and disappointed. This company is completely incompetent or they choose to do unethical business. I would absolutely NEVER choose to give this company another cent.

      DO NOT USE!!!!!! I paid to have my order expedited to the top of the queue, as well as expedited delivery. Not only was my order received late, but it was also damaged from what looks like glue sticking two pages together completely ruining the photo book. I was in contact with four different people from customer service. They all promised they would resolve my issue and not a single one ever replied to let me know they would refund me or reprint my order, so I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

      If I could leave zero stars, I would. Next time I will do my homework before I order from a company because it seems that everyone experiences the same issue, or at least similar when ordering from this company; shipping. I should have received my order five days ago, as it was going to be a birthday gift and I still have not even received the apparent e-mail stating that it has been shipped with a tracking number. I have tried to reach contact with this company every single day, and it is hit and miss if I get a response. If I do get a response, it is the same thing every time "Your order is in its final stages, and it will be shipped in ***** hours." I feel as if this is a fraudulent company and cannot be trusted with further purchases. The inconsistency breaks a trust barrier between a customer and a business when the business fails to provide definite answers. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company!!!!

      We deeply regret using this company and their services. We ordered metal prints and paid extra for mounting kits, HD and for the logo to be removed, but didn't receive mounting kits for either of the photos and the quality of the prints were not as described or advertised. The material was cheap and damaged upon delivery. The quality is so bad if the sun hits the image in anyway, it is completely washed out. We reached out to customer service for a refund since we do not wish to keep our order nor do we want to have Printerpix reprint. ****, from customer service responded initially, until we insisted on a refund nearly two weeks ago. We haven't heard anything since.Disappointed to say the least and we will be sure to spread the word not to use this company, period.

      Same experience as others, first time was supposed to be delivered by Christmas, paid for expedited shipping and received 12/29. This time was supposed to be received prior to 2/14 with economy shipping, paid for expedited to guarantee it was here in time. 2/13 and product hasn't even been shipped, all the company says is they will escalate it. Two days of that and would not take that for an answer, was told manager would be handling it but managers do not speak to customers. However, a supervisor can call me while I am at work and cannot answer, maybe tomorrow and they can refund the expedited shipping. Oh, and I should have it shipped by 2/16 and then will get it by the end of next week. Do not waste your time or money. Not worth it at all.

      I wish I could give negative reviews. Never order from here! I never write bad reviews but this one is something else.I ordered 27 calendars for my clients on Nov. 16th. I received 20 of those calendars on Dec. 11th. Mind you these were Christmas gifts. I called everyday for two weeks and was lied to by every person I talked to that I will get my 7 remaining calendar by Christmas. They said dont worry its in the final stages everyday. Guess what? I didnt get my calendars by Christmas. I had to order calendars from ********* to get my clients a gift in time for Christmas. I continued to call for a week after to see when they were coming and they continued to say it was in the final stages of production. *********************** a manager said I will get a full refund for all them and they will still ship the remaining calendars. They said it will take 5-7 business to get it. This email was sent on Dec. 28th. Then out of nowhere the calendar were shipping two days later. After the 5-7 business days I still didnt receive my full refund. Of course how conveniently I received my 7 calendars within the 5-7 business days I was supposed to get my refund. I called after the window was over wondering where my full refund was, and *********************** said because I received my calendars the finance team rejected my refund. Its an absolute joke. They messed up and just wouldnt make it right. The last time I called I wanted to speak to *********************** and they said he wasnt in and transferred me to another manager *********************. It was just *********************** impersonating another person. I continued to call everyday for 2 months and finally they gave me my refund. Absolute worst company Ive ever bought from and will never ever buy something from them again. Stay away!

      I ordered a photo book as a gift on 2/6 and paid extra for rush handling, as well as $29.99 for expedited shipping so that the order would arrive by 2/14 as promised by website marketing. I received no order updates since placing said order. I attempted to use chat support and email with no responses. I called yesterday (2/12) and was told the order was processing and that they cant guarantee it would arrive on time, despite my paying for the rush and expedited services. I still have not received any email updates for this order. Use another photo printing place. Dont use printerpix. Im incredibly disappointed. I only read the reviews on their website and should have looked further before utilizing this business.
