      Initially I would have given the company 1 star, but they made everything right (2 times) and communicated with me timely and repeatedly. I bought a groupon for 2 metal 16x20 pictures. They weren't packaged well and were bent during shipping. One of the pictures had a border on it (you have to have a border when you add any writing) and you could tell that the picture was not printed level because the border was not evenly spaced. I was disappointed in the lack of vibrancy in the pictures. They told me that this was because it was printed on metal, but I had one of these two pictures printed on metal from another company and it was much more vibrant. They offered to print the same pictures on the same size canvas (cheaper option) so that it would be brighter. Even though the canvas was a cheaper option, I was ok with this since I hadn't originally paid full price, but then I didn't get the metal look which I wanted. The canvas was brighter, as they promised it would be, and didn't have to have a border like the metal print. However, the canvas buckled because it wasn't fully stretched, so we had to unstaple it, stretch it, and restaple it (thankfully my husband was able to do this). They reprinted one of the metal prints, but sent me the wrong picture. They did another reprint and sent me the correct picture. So after 4 shipments, I ended up with a non-bent metal picture and a bright canvas picture. It cost more to put a picture hanger on the back so I just used one of my own. I was disappointed that they only offered a partial refund at the beginning of this whole process, even though I had 3 issues on the first print. The groupon allowed for the prints to be affordable and the canvas was beautiful. Just know that if you want a vibrant metal picture, go with another company. Shipping was quick for a personalized item. The first associate did not seem to be fluent in English. However, I was able to call and got Anna, who was very kind & professional. Thanks Anna!

      I have bought at least a dozen of these wonderful photo slates from PrinterPix. I get the voucher on Groupon because it’s a great deal, the only trouble I have ever had is sometimes getting the voucher to work, and today, for the first time, I had trouble with the placement of one of my photosOn the website. The customer service is phenomenal, every time I have ever had to reach out for help, they have assisted quickly and thoroughly through chat. The photo slates are absolutely stunning, they make a perfect gift! They are packaged with care, and they are one of my favorite decorations in my house.

      My review seems to have disappeared from here as if it’s resolved AND it’s not. I was emailed a coupon to purchase a medium sized photo blanket for $8.99. I clicked the link and went to the blanket, loaded all the photos, created the blanket, went to check out, put in the code, and it came up as being ineligible. I wrote to Printerpix customer service, forwarding the email with the coupon to them. Their response was that the code was expired. I wrote back asking how it could possibly be expired when I clicked on it less than five hours after having received it. When I made my complaint in here, they repeated that they code was expired but they didn’t explain how it could be expired in less than five hours. They finally emailed me and offered to sell the blanket to me for fifty-percent off. That would be about $35 or more which is substantially over the promised $8.99. Then they asked me for a copy of the coupon. I let them know that I had forwarded it to them in the original email thread and forwarded it to them again in the same thread that had the coupon email already attached to it. The response then was that they had to bump it up to another department. That was about a week ago and I have heard nothing yet (except to get more of their spam emails). PRINTERPIX - IT IS NOT NOT NOT RESOLVED BY YOU JUST SAYING IT’S EXPIRED. THERE WAS NO EXPIRATION DATE ON THE EMAIL AND I ATTEMPTED TO USE THE CODE WITHIN FIVE HOURS OF HAVING RECEIVED IT, SO DO NOT MARK THIS AS RESOLVED!!

      I would not recommend this website at all! I purchased a gift 16x20 photo collage and the date was wrapped under the frame! I spent a lot for this gift and their site is not user friendly! Especially fir first time buyers!! Customer Support was not helpful at all - no one to contact directly- has to email them. I asked if they could just replace my initial request corrected for the money I had spent for this and they came back with an offering of 50% off my next order! I will never order from this site again and do not recommend it!

      I bought a ******* to this company. When I placed my order, I paid extra for some upgrades. When I got my order, the upgrades were not there. In other words, I got ripped off & it was horrible. Contacting the company was extremely difficult. I tried for weeks. Unsuccessful! Big rip off! Poor quality!

      I'd give Printerpix zero starts if I could. The customer service of this company is appalling. I have been requesting a status update on my three orders for a week now. Of course the website says I can call, live chat, or email, but the links only lead to email, and no one has responded to my query through email.

      I paid for two photo blankets and a photo book. The photo blankets have apparently been produced and shipped (confirmation on shipment thanks to *****), but I have no idea what is happening with the photo book, which was ordered 10 days before the blankets. Daily emails have not produced any response.

      Lack of transparency & customer service. I ordered a product on Nov. 28, 2022 with a 2-9 day printing turnaround and a 2-3 shipping time. The product shipping label was printed two days later and that was the end of it. Three attempts to contact them over the past 10 days and I still have not received a personalized answer to my questions, "has this been printed" and "when will it be shipped". It's been almost three weeks since they printed the label and FedEx still has not received this product for shipping. I would like my product by Christmas or a refund on my order.

      I had a very horrible experience with this company, I would never-ever recommend them to anyone. I ordered two photo books, the first order came in two weeks late. When I finally received the books, 20 out of 40 pictures had the head cut off. When, I called Customer Services they told me that's the way I send the pictures. There is no way I send them that way because, I previewed the pictures before I submitted it. I told them the pictures are too big and asked them if the order can be resend without the heads cut off. The Rep told me I have to pay an additional payment because, that order was already completed and that they couldn't adjusted that order, that I had to create and place another order. After going back and forward with the Rep, I made another payment and guess what??? I didn't have to create another order apparently the Rep was able to open my previous order and make the corrections. I was so upset with them that I had a family member place another with different pictures. When, the new order/books came in 17 out of 40 pictures was not printed. Well, I finally received my replace from my first order, and I only received 1 book instead of 2 books. When I called Customer Service, the rep wanted me to take pictures of the box, stating that there was only one book shipped. The agony of the whole situation was that these pictures were of my mom who passed away in March 2022. If I would have known that they would have mess up my order not once, not twice but, three times, I would have never place an order the first time. So, for those that wants to place an order with this company, my advise is to order from another company. Signed a very, very unhappy camper.
