      I'm a graduate from Capscare Academy for *********** Education ******* as a Registered Nurse (RN) however I just recently passed my NCLEX exam February 2024. I am still waiting for transcripts.I live in ********** and need to endorse my license. I contacted the school for transcripts and I was told to submit my request through PARCHMENT site, which I did and made all fees required. My initial request was on 02/29 then submitted 3 more request on the parchment site on 03/18.I was told after 4 weeks of constantly reaching out to nursing director who intend asked me to reach out to the education departments head Mrs. ****** through email at **************************************************. She Mrs. ****** asked me to call the school's answering service and ask for them to submit the request for a transcript by creating a ticket to the transcripts department which i did. They also advised i email the transcripts department at [email protected] these 8 weeks ordeal, the answering service *****************) often answered my call to tell me sorry no updates on your request, call next Thursday. I was to check only once a week on Thursdays per their instructions because the transcripts department apparently works only on Thursdays. I have spoken and exchanged emails and text messages with the Director of Nursing *********************** *****************) and she will always refer me to Mrs. ****** who wouldn't respond to my emails nor the transcript department respond to my emails. I had asked them on several occasion if i owe the school any fees but no response received from them. I am supposed to be working in ********** as an RN but i can't because my school has refused to send my transcripts to **************** and to me. I have no certificate from the school proving i attended school there though i have passed my board.All I need is to move on with my live, my family is going through so much as a result of this. Please help me, I don't even want to think race is involve in this.

      I am LPN to ADN graduate. I requested for my transcripts and diploma on 1/5/2024and 1/14/2024 to myself and ******************. No respond and this is holding me up on my admission and taking classes. Again they refused to send my transcript to DC board of nursing for endorsement Please I need help.

      My wife *********************** went to school at Capscare. It's a online nursing school in *******. She is finished with everything and up to date on all payments. For some reason the school is holding her and others transcripts hostage. She has been asking for her transcripts for well over 6 months and the school has not sent them. She is losing money due to her passing her boards and the employers needing to see her transcripts. We are seeking law hep to file a class action lawsuit with her and others due to the loss of pay, because the school will not send their transcripts to the places they need to go. Therefore, they are being denied jobs because they can't show their transcripts. This is our last ditch effort before finalize with an attorney to file the lawsuit.

      I have called capscare on numerous times to get my official transcript, they told me to go on their site, and apply to parchment, which I have done twice now, still havent gotten my transcript. Parchment had to cancel the first one, because capscare did not reach out to them, so I could get my transcript. All I want from them is my transcript, that is it!

      I attended this school completed my RN program passed my boards the school will not release my transcript so I can attend my BSN program. I requested my transcript on 12/15 and was told they would be releasing transcript on that Monday then when I tried to reach out to them on Monday I was told they were on vacation when I finally looked at the website the vacation period did not start until December 22 to January 9 th. Fast forward while at work today January 9th Ive called multiple times no response, no response or to my emails either Im just so overwhelmed I want to get my transcript and move forward. Ive been reaching out to get my cap gown and other items purchased for over one year the staff have been giving me the run around keep asking me my size or saying they have a new company their using but never sent anything then when I asked can I have a refund the staff stated they dont give refunds only school credit but how will I use it . I cant get a refund through my bank because it was last year I was told Id have to take them to court. Update 3/6/23 Hello my name is ******************************* for RN student I graduated class of 2022 I passed my Nclex December 14 2023 I requested transcripts to go to ****************** and *** for the RN to BSN program on 2/14 the transcript of another student was submitted to not mines the transcript for *** was never submitted through parchment yet tried reaching out to the school no response

      I am a graduate of capscare academy as a Registered Nurse from their LPN to RN program of 2023,and I have been trying for a very long time to get my Diploma. I have called continuously until the **** was so rude she hung up on me and blocked my number. All I am asking for is my diploma. All monies have been paid in full. I have passed my RN NCLEX. I keep getting the run around I purchased my diploma in old app and I also purchased it on parchment website still no results. All I want is my diploma iris delaying my progress to get jobs and further my education. All I want is my diploma when I receive it I will not contact capscare again but i am going to keep on calling until I receive it.       This school has received multiple complaints that concur with mines. They are not honest nor transparent about their current standing with the State Boards of Nursing. Yet, they continue to enroll students and collect money. If they know that students outside of ******* Will Not Be able to receive licensure to work where they reside due to their status, why aren't they rendering this information prior to accepting money. Then, after you dedicate and exert yourself to finish school, and pass the ****** Capscare REFUSE to release your transcript, WHY?? Inaddition, they don't answer the phones, or respond to emails!! This is disrespectful, disregarding and heart wrenching! How are they getting away with this?? All of your joy is being stripped away from you, and they show No Remorse. I am literally in tears, what do I do with a license for a RN, that I can't use in the state where I have lived all of my life?

I passed my ***** RN on the first try back in September 2023. I owe no financial obligation nor do I owe any academic obligations. I have passed all my courses and completed my clinicals which helped me greatly in successfully passing my ***** RN on the first try; I have my RN license.I applied for a license by endorsement through the state ***************** and they are requesting my transcript from Capscare Academy.I requested for my transcript via Parchment twice. One was on August 3, 2023 (Document ************ as well as my graduation certificate (Document ************; I never received either one. I put in another request for an electronic transcript on November 9, 2023 (Document ID: ********* to be sent to ***************************************** ***** of ******* ******************************** which was never sent. It's been 5months since my initial transcript request and 55days since my second transcript request and all to no avail. I've called the school several times regarding my transcript and several tickets have been put in, and still nothing was received, I just keep getting the runaround. I last called and spoke with ******* on 1/12/24 and he stated "per the ****, ************************ requires students to wait a period of 6months after passing the ***** for endorsement approval before transcripts can be approved."I called the ************************ and *************************, according to them, they have no time frame for endorsement or any stipulations for this 6month waiting period.At this point the time frame since requesting my transcript is absurd, and the misinformation being given to students is bogus. There should be no reason for my transcript to be held.Please look into this matter for me as my application for endorsement time frame is running, I need my transcripts.

      I graduated from Capescare Academy Healthcare Education 08/01/2022.On August 8, 2022, I emailed (my instructor) ************ to request that form "Certification of Professional Education" be filled out.I would complete section 1 and section 2 would be completed by the school and that form along with my transcript would sent to:*************************** Nurse ************************************************************************ or email: ****************** Nevertheless. I was frustrated but I still waited to see if the info would be sent.On 2/27/2023 I emailed Mrs. ***** M about my diploma because she seemed to always return my emails. Her response was, she will forward my emails to the ****.Communication between school reps was bad. When you attempt to email the school, the emails to whom I emailed before never replies back or no domain name exists ie:gigi@capescare I requested my diploma for several months to see if maybe I can use that as proof to show that I graduated ******* school.March 14, 2023 I receive a text message and call from the school director saying that the diploma was sent and that I would receive it on March 17,2023 which I did.Fast forward to 01/02/2024 I reached out to the same phone that text me (954)260**** and told her I needed my transcript to be sent to ** ***** of ******* to which she replied that I needed to go through parchment.Parchment Document Id:Termafol I paid the fee for the document to be sent. Please honor your end and just send my transcript to as well as the Certification of Professional Education form 1 and 2 which I emailed to transcript@capescare and find it in your heart to do the right thing and send my name to the ** ***** of nursing please.No the school is staying that they are no longer sending transcripts to ** ***** of nursing This truly unfair.

      I ordered my transcripts in October and needed to get them sent to the ************************ urgently and I would call them everyday and I would constantly get the runaround. I truly do not understand it taking over a month to send an email. It's literally keeping me from working and supporting my family. I've never dealt with such unprofessionalism.
