This school has received multiple complaints that concur with mines. They are not honest nor transparent about their current standing with the State Boards of Nursing. Yet, they continue to enroll students and collect money. If they know that students outside of ******* Will Not Be able to receive licensure to work where they reside due to their status, why aren't they rendering this information prior to accepting money. Then, after you dedicate and exert yourself to finish school, and pass the ****** Capscare REFUSE to release your transcript, WHY?? Inaddition, they don't answer the phones, or respond to emails!! This is disrespectful, disregarding and heart wrenching! How are they getting away with this?? All of your joy is being stripped away from you, and they show No Remorse. I am literally in tears, what do I do with a license for a RN, that I can't use in the state where I have lived all of my life?Initial Complaint

I passed my ***** RN on the first try back in September 2023. I owe no financial obligation nor do I owe any academic obligations. I have passed all my courses and completed my clinicals which helped me greatly in successfully passing my ***** RN on the first try; I have my RN license.I applied for a license by endorsement through the state ***************** and they are requesting my transcript from Capscare Academy.I requested for my transcript via Parchment twice. One was on August 3, 2023 (Document ************ as well as my graduation certificate (Document ************; I never received either one. I put in another request for an electronic transcript on November 9, 2023 (Document ID: ********* to be sent to ***************************************** ***** of ******* ******************************** which was never sent. It's been 5months since my initial transcript request and 55days since my second transcript request and all to no avail. I've called the school several times regarding my transcript and several tickets have been put in, and still nothing was received, I just keep getting the runaround. I last called and spoke with ******* on 1/12/24 and he stated "per the ****, ************************ requires students to wait a period of 6months after passing the ***** for endorsement approval before transcripts can be approved."I called the ************************ and *************************, according to them, they have no time frame for endorsement or any stipulations for this 6month waiting period.At this point the time frame since requesting my transcript is absurd, and the misinformation being given to students is bogus. There should be no reason for my transcript to be held.Please look into this matter for me as my application for endorsement time frame is running, I need my transcripts.Initial Complaint

I graduated from Capescare Academy Healthcare Education 08/01/2022.On August 8, 2022, I emailed (my instructor) ************ to request that form "Certification of Professional Education" be filled out.I would complete section 1 and section 2 would be completed by the school and that form along with my transcript would sent to:*************************** Nurse ************************************************************************ or email: ****************** Nevertheless. I was frustrated but I still waited to see if the info would be sent.On 2/27/2023 I emailed Mrs. ***** M about my diploma because she seemed to always return my emails. Her response was, she will forward my emails to the ****.Communication between school reps was bad. When you attempt to email the school, the emails to whom I emailed before never replies back or no domain name exists ie:gigi@capescare I requested my diploma for several months to see if maybe I can use that as proof to show that I graduated ******* school.March 14, 2023 I receive a text message and call from the school director saying that the diploma was sent and that I would receive it on March 17,2023 which I did.Fast forward to 01/02/2024 I reached out to the same phone that text me (954)260**** and told her I needed my transcript to be sent to ** ***** of ******* to which she replied that I needed to go through parchment.Parchment Document Id:Termafol I paid the fee for the document to be sent. I ordered my transcripts in October and needed to get them sent to the ************************ urgently and I would call them everyday and I would constantly get the runaround. I requested a transcript from Capscare to be sent electronically to *** for admission on Nov 1st but they have failed to deliver the transcript. When I finally got hold of someone on the phone after several days of phone call attempts, the person told me I had to wait for forty-five (45) days for an electronic transcript release. This is absurd. All other institutions that I have requested transcripts from submitted their transcript within 24 hours. I have lost several admission opportunities due to the inaction of this school. Moreover, most colleges are declining transcripts/credits from this school. Hospitals are not giving work opportunities to students of this school, it is frustrating and embarrassing. Authorities need to investigate why this school which is not accredited or approved by any agency is allowed to continue to operate and to deceive people and waste their time and money.Initial Complaint

On February 1st 2023 I requested through parchment my official transcript to be sent to ************************************ document ID ********, requested again through parchment on 3/16/2023 document ID TWXFEOYQ, requested again through parchment on 08/14/2023 document ID TWM7SIDM up to now none of these request have been answered. Have made multiple calls and sent multiple emails , sent email on 3/7/23, 3/22/23, 3/24/23, 4/12/23, 4/13/23, 4/21/23, 5/9/23, 5/18/23, 6/7/23, 8/9/23, 8/14/23, 9/6/23, and 9/13/23. Have also communicated to the **** of Capscare Academy to resolve this matter without any success only to be told to communicate with the transcript department. Have applied to University of ***** in ********* end of January and up to now Capscare did not sent my transcripts to this college. I have been trying to endorse my RN license from *********** to the **************. I haven't been able to work nor endorse my license because of, ********************** are not sending the requested additional educational documents by *********** of nursing. The original requited day was March/2023, 2nd request day September/2023. I called, I texted, and I emailed several times but still they not sending the requested documents. I passed NCLEX exam and received RN license, which I could not even use because the lack school respond on time. It is over 6 months. Firhiwot DobboNo it is not okay. I do not have enough time to wait. My RN license from ** will expire 7/31/2024 and I cant renew the license without practicing on the field. Board of ** needs 3 8 moths to verify Capscare documents/transcript to complete endorsement process. I do not want to lose this license. I work very hard; I invested so much time, and money to get this license. It does not seem like ********************** care enough for the students license nor time. I have been waiting since March 28/2023. 8 moments waiting period without practicing is too long. Getting a piece of educational document should not take this long at all. It is unacceptable excuse. My life and my better future are on hold. I have been out of school over year and all opportunity is passing me by all year long.

On 09/08/2023 an electronic transcript was ordered from Capscare Academy of Healthcare Education through Parchment and no transcript was delivered to the ************************* as ordered and instructed. I ordered a transcript on March 28, 2023 via parchment to be sent via email to another school. I emailed, called several times, and texts multiple times and never received transcript. The processing time then was 15 business days, never received it. I placed a new order via parchment again on July 29,2023, awaiting transcripts. Im wondering why other people I know are receiving their transcripts within 1 to 2 days, but there keeps being an issue for me. I graduated in 2019. Im a registered nurse, who doesnt owe any fees, why am I not able to get my transcripts? I keep getting the run around. When someone does finally answer the phone they take down a message and tell you they are escalating it through the transcript department, like the school is that big.Customer Answer

They finally sent my transcript August 13, 2023 after posting a review on their ******** page. They said they never talked to me, but once I sent the screenshots of the emails with the dates and the text message logs on their hotline they blocked me, but sent my transcript. Its sad to have to go through this for a transcript that you paid for and you dont owe the school any money.Customer Answer
