Unfortunately for this company they are not in control, they simply are following a plan or job and have very little say as to how they accommodate customers; or in this scenario people who’s cars have been booted. I’m in West Palm Beach and I spoke to a driver ****. He didn’t have much information or ways to help but his supervisor called me quickly as the situation escalated. ****** ****** explained to me throughly why the booting had occurred and why I did not show in the system. This was a novice mistake on my end and I owned that. Although I was appreciative that Mr. ****** kept his composure and offered a solution. I appreciate his efforts. Truthfully the HOA is the issue with this type of problem but they hire third parties because they don’t want to do the dirty work of customer service. The fee is $65, very minimal, but what I wanted was a chance to not let it happen again and Mr. ****** Explained that to me. It’s the HOA in certain areas, giving you vague information, causing you and I to figure it out. I rated a 4 because I was given a solution and explained why the problem happened and how to prevent it.

I paid for parking and I still got a boot. No one from the company answers the phone and they just use the answering service. Going to put a complaint in to the ************* about this company. Had to pay $65 to get boot removed when I paid for parking and showed them I paid for parking. The person who removed the boot told me its a common issue only in the lot I parked in.

This review is not 1*. It is 0*.I live in a HOA townhouse and was moving from one property to another within the community that day. I had just arrived back from UHaul with a moving truck and parked it outside my garage with the backdoor of the truck door open, to indicate that we were in the process of loading. I closed my garage door as I have two expensive bicycles and bicycles are routinely stolen from garages in this community. I went upstairs to start bringing boxes down. The truck was not blocking other peoples homes or garages/driveways and the road to the side of it had ample space for others to pass.I was booted while I was in the process of bringing boxes down to my garage. I am absolutely appalled that they would do this to a removals truck that had just pulled up.I tried calling the company and the phone operators absolutely refuse to let me speak to a supervisor. Emailing the company gets no response. Surely its illegal for any business to have absolutely no recourse in a matter like this?Worst of all, when residents call friends in with security the guests are waved through without a pass. When they park they are booted. Sounds very much like a scheme where the security guards get a little reward every time a car without a pass is booted. How on earth is this company allowed to operate? It is literally daylight robbery.
