I bought my 2017 frontier in 2018 7 miles on it, I didn't even have ****** miles on it when the paint started bubbling and chipping off. in sept ************************************************************************************ up an appointment for paint. ***** was so bad they had a hard time finding time to paint my truck. I called the once a month for 11 months. always another excuse. Dealing with the service manager ****. he told me not to worry it was covered, it going to take more time. so MORE months of waiting I talked to another person who told me my warranty was not covering it, I told him I needed a copy of that warranty, and he told me i couldn't have one. so i called the warranty company an asked the for the paperwork i had sign about my warranty he also told me I couldn't get a copy. now that my truck is nearly paid for i will pant the truck myself!!. I JUST WANTED TO LET PEOPLE KNOW NOT TO PURCHASE THE WARRANTY , THEY DO NOT PAY, EVEN IF THE FINANACE PEOPLE ASSURE YOU THAT YOU HAVE BUMPER TO BUMPER COVERAGE ITS BULL.

Worst car dealer experience weve ever had in 40 years. We gave them a $2k deposit for a 2021 ***** CX-9 listed on the internet, We drove Almost 400 miles and they knew we were coming that far, we stayed in a hotel the evening prior, and when we showed up in the morning they couldnt even find the car on the lot. It had been taken to another one of their dealers across town. We went to the car and it was dirty and when we test drove it it shook so bad the salesman was apologizing. The car was nothing as advertised. Couldnt believe how inconsiderate they could be to someone they knew was coming from so far away. We got our deposit back and went to ***************** in ******* which was one of the best dealer experiences weve ever had. Same make and model for less money in great shape and even ***** certified

This is in regards to end of lease buy out. They tried to charge over $1,400. worth of dealer fees not listed on my lease agreement. I did my research and found it is not legal to do so! I should be paying the payoff amount plus $300 fees and taxes according to my lease, that's it! I was told they could not change it. They were trying to take advantage of because I did not know the procedure at that time. You do not need to go to the dealer to pay the lease off AS IS, just call finance company. For me it was Nissan **************** *** and send a check directly to them with fees and taxes they will transfer paperwork and mail the title to you.I'm sure the finance mgr at the dealership knew this but was trying to scam me for extra money!!Check out ********************************* report with action 10 news on end of lease overcharging.

Horrible customer service! They were literally going to leave my cousin outside if she didn't sign the paperwork & get the car b/c it was after hours! She did, but the Michael ******* was SO RUDE!!! He literally told my sister if she didn't buy it today she couldn't go back in the morning b/c the car would NOT be sold her in the morning. He was a prick! So so rude!! I was on the phone with her for 2 hours. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!! Worst treatment I have ever heard & I've ever experienced! He was not understanding & a total jerk! He kept tapping his fingers, slamming the keyboard keys, and making sighing sounds. He did not explain the difference in interest rates to her & made it seem like it was a complete waste of time.
