Horrific experience - I am 56 and have managed entals for years. NEVER EVER dealt with a. COMPANY run so poorly. In June I called for imple snake drain of bathroom. Filthiest smelliest workman (hate to say it but they were horrific) came in. - -- never took shoes off (even though I have a sign) worked for about an. hour to unclog simple shower drain - made SUCH a mess, chipped a tile and permantely stained my white threshold to shower. This is a nice newly remodled bathroom - I sent in photos and they have not responded. I called today and the DISPATCHER HUNG UP ON ME. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I purchased my first hot water heater from them about 7 years ago.It went bad in about 2 1/2 years so they came out and installed a second one for $550 as it was covered up to 6 years.Well the 2nd water heater lasted 2 years so they returned and installed the third 40 gallons ***************************,again another charge of $550.This one did not last 11 months and was rusting and leaking on the bottom of the tank.I talked to the supervisor and he refused to replace the tank and said it was because of your water softener and you needed a PRV.(Which nobody has in Hillsborough County). So I called the manufacturer,*************************** and they told me that the *************************** was entered as a brand new install. They did come out the second install when I informed them that it was leaking and installed a expansion tank, which was never calibrated to my residential water psi and was not the correct size tank as it should have been the 4 lb unit. The manager refused my request and said he was done.Even though I spent over $2500 dollars with is labor and water tanks.I informed him that the manufacturer *************************** said my water heater was listed as a new unit and was therefore covered under the 6 year warranty.I did contact the ************************* department and norm psi was 105 psi for ******* ******* and mine registered lower then that. *** from *******

Rooter-Man is not responsible for your existing plumbing, or manufacturer issues. This is clearly stated in our Work Authorization. We did not tell you we were done we told you we were not responsible for your existing plumbing, or manufacturer issues- which is an industry standard.

We were willing to cover the unit under warranty if the manufacturer approved it, but explained you would be responsible for labor, again- an industry standard. You never called us back with any further information from ********. We cannot resolve issues with half the information necessary.

Thank you for taking the time to recount your version of events to the public, and allowing us to share ours as well.
