    I was not given complete information in order to make a decision about whether or not to use this shop for my transmission rebuild. They implied it would be done in 4-5 days but it was two and a half weeks later before it was done. Then it took over 3 hours for payment of services to be processed due to seeming incompetence of staff. They also lost my bank card while i was waiting for them to process my payment. I asked mark if he was the owner and he told me that he didnt even work there full time and then proceeded to tell me about some other business venture he was a part of. I asked for the owner of the shops name and contact information and mark told me he doesnt have contact information because the owner "lives out of the country". I continued to press him for contact information and was given no names or numbers. Kelly who was "processing" my payments and who lost my bank card, seemed to have cognitive difficulties as she was hard to follow in conversation and often times made statements that did not make any rational sense. I regretably involved the cops just trying to find out what my rights were because they had kept my vehicle for so much longer than they said they would and the payment processing was taking literal hours and i was very nearly in heat exhaustion bc the sun and lack of a/c in their front office after 3 hours of waiting was starting to make me sick. As a former substance abuse counselor i suspected cognitive issues could have been attributed to drug use or perhaps mental health issues/traumatic brain injury? I dont know what problems these folks are navigating in their lives and i have compassion for whatever it is they are going through but i believe they have no business operating their shop the way that they do and i hope to warn and discourage the rest of the community to go anywhere else but here for their work. I am also concerned about the quality of my transmission considering how challenging it was for them to run my payments.

    Service: Transmission Wish I could give a 0 star review! HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STEER CLEAR OF THIS $HIT$HOW!! BBB will be getting involved! ?? Don't get tricked by her fictitious *FALSELY FORGED* reviews!!! Have a blessed day! ????

    I had my 08 Bmw towed into this shop and was told it would be 1895.00 how every the Owner stole 100.00 from my card.and told me it would go on the bill. My car was there on June 30 all the way till August 5 they pull the Transmission out of it and never fixed it so when I got there to pick up the car it was in parts. And I ask her about the parts she tell me that she didn't know any thing about it. So I called the cops when they got there she will not cply with the cops so they have her on video. She has been given out fake names to the public. That her name is Kelly and that is not her name her real name in Nicole . The cops has file a complaint with the state on this company my bmw is torn all apart. I have filed a lawsuit on this company. They are not with the BBB. If anyone need to filed on this company I will help you out .I have all the pictures to back me up and also the cops. I will inform all the people that I can to let's go after this company.

    Customer called Alltech stating he purchased a BMW for $800.00. It was towed in. Car was in very poor condition. We agreed to do the Transmission rebuild RDI, (Removal Dismantle Inspection) Labor Special for $1895.00 not including parts. The customer seemed upset to learn that BMW transmission parts would cost him more money. He signed a Contract with these terms and conditions.
    We tried to work with him on a payment plan. He stated that he could not see spending another dime on the car. We agreed to put everything back so he could tow the car. He called the police for no reason at all. We complied with our policies and procedures. Alltech Transmissions wishes the customer all the Best.

    All the info was wrong that Nicole is reporting. 1st of all you have been using fake name and you never told me anything. You tell all ur customers that ur name is Kelly also the cops has everything on video and you would not work with me on getting things done I've filled a civil lawsuit again this company. Also if you look on the BBB you would see that all the customers has went through same thing . Will see you I. Court and am bringing all the other customers report with me

    1st of all if you go back and look at all the BBB reviews you would see that am not the only one that Kelly company has did this to . Everything has been video by the Pinellas county sheriff Department. She would not come out to talk to me and the sheriff. Also she has been giving customers fake names it's on video by the sheriff. I've have filled a lawsuit against this company also the sheriff Department has filled one to . If you go on BBB review you would see that this company has a background doing this to customers. But I will not give up

    07/19/2022 Very poor customer service. This is an update from November December 2021. Still unable.to get warranty service from original work. Also broke shifter bushing and is still held together with zip tie that they used when they broke it. ***** said they are not going to do anything for me because of my negative review. If I changed to good review they would fix. Amazing
    Told 5 min job at several places. **** said have to remove whole tranny to fix shifter cable and I would have to pay for it. DONT EVER TAKE ANY VEHICLE THERE. NOT 995 REBUILD. MORE LIKE 3500 MIN. EVEN CHARGE 265 FOR ATF

    We just called ******** not knowing she submitted this contrived fabricated complaint. The service adviser asked her if she can bring her vehicle in later this week for an appointment because all our lifts are taken and we are very busy. Obviously, we are a great Transmission Shop hence all the business we do. We have bent over backwards to assist her. ******** was informed that it would take approximately 1.5 hours. She said is it FREE, we said yes. We told her she will need to leave the vehicle a day. Shen hung up after screaming & swearing at the operator. We do not tolerate abuse. Everything including the prices she posted are not even accurate. The Alltech Team

    I received their call. I was cordial as I have 2 witnesses. Told her I could not leave as prior obligations. I said I would gladly wait. I never screamed or cursed at her. When she began to get derogatory asking what is wrong with me I just disconnected. I will have to take this matter to small claims to get resolved as this has bad vibes for me to leave my vehicle without witnesss. I also have text messages to verify that there is no fabrication of how the operations are run there

    Customer came here causing a loud commotion. As the builder explained her Transmission is operating great. We were doing her a favor. The Linkage is outside the transmission and is not under any warranty. Nothing is wrong with her transmission. Customer refused to leave the vehicle for the amount of time required to change the shift linkage. There is nothing else we feel we can do to make her happy. We are sorry. It's one of those cases where no matter what you do you cannot please the customer.
