Yeah I just ordered from them on the 29th last month and I contacted them because it had not shipped yet when I contacted them on the 3rd of this month. Not too long after that it said "Shipped". Well, it has been 7 days and no package. I called the *********** in ********, ** and was told the same thing as others have said which is they get a bunch of calls all the time saying where is it and **** said that they put your shipping tracking number on a manifest and the reason it still says package acceptance pending is because it was never there on the pallet they got. Again, let other people, I have did that contact form and no response. So I filed a dispute for refund with my bank and we will see when that happens. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!! I never will again. Glad I came here to see the reviews because it is interesting the *** is dissolved from another review and that is terrible. Wish I came here first to see what has happened to this company and I am very dissapointed to see how bad they are now. If I order again online, I will find a better company with better rateings. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS NOW DISSOLVED *** COMPANY.Review from John C

I have ordered from this company in the past luckily my items I received worked in an intact. I have a defective item I ordered this last time it took forever to receive it I have emailed I have done everything I can do I have called the number that I find on the Internet the only thing else I know to do is drive there at least I live there in *******. I would never order this company and I would definitely recommend anybody ever mentions the word vape to me I am going to warn them immediately do not ever deal with budget vapor these people are crooks ripoffs and cod artists and I'm going to have a good talk to them when I drive down there i'm probably going to have to call the sheriff's office and have somebody ****** me down there that's how mad they've gotten me bunch of crooks lowlifes intentionally steal and *** and conned and mislead peopleReview from Amanda M

I have emailed this company multiple times and NO response! I placed a huge order and system shows that it shipped but **** never received it! The local post office in their city said they have had MANY complaints about this company! They will take your order, take your money, pretend to ship it by creating a **** label - then ignore your inquiries just long enough to get your money in hopes that you will just forget about it! Terrible to say the least. It's a shame because they do have good products and pricing and could do very good - especially with all of the competition out there!Review from Brittany S.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS NOT AN ACTIVe BUSINESS. ITS DISSOLVED. Their LLC is not even active. This company has been dissolved. I’m not sure why they have an active website still taking credit card orders. You can look up their LLC on sunbiz. I have filed a dispute with my credit card. This is unacceptable for business to collect money and taxes as well as shipping. When in all reality it’s not even operating. I have also filed a report with the attorney general.Review from Laura M

Budget Vapors Will never order again ! Placed my order on May 21st which was on a weekend , which the site did say would take longer, but it's been over a week now. I've messaged them once and haven't heard anything. I checked on an email it said shipped i went back another time to check and it said processing. Now it says shipped again but it doesn't show me any Shipping number. I can't even email them anymore. How do you get in touch with them ? I paid with a credit card.Review from Ralph M

Literally purchased an item from them yet no confirmation email, no tracking number. How can you take money out of someone account and give them nothing??? I use to buy from them all the time years ago. Now I'm wishing i shouldn't have.
