I called wastepro to make payment spoke with Ashley she was very rude all I said was they charge a large amount for over the phone payment she got upset told me to call that's not all went weeks when they didn't pick up my trash every time I had call so I didn't make and service was done that's I won't pay also left message for she called I also posted online but still not goodBusiness Response

I am very dissatified with the way they conduct their business and customer service. As a business owner I am very disappointed in their customer service. We have had their service for years and they are the worst. I will be going to corporate after this review. I contacted them on Wednesday 7/27/22. Kindly told the woman over the phone what the issue was. The issue was our trash hasn't been picked up for three weeks at our location. She did not care. I asked if their was a manager and she told me I had to reach out to my representative Dennis ******** She gave me his email and then told me she would make someone come out the next day. It is now Monday and no one has still picked up our trash. Also Dennis has not responded to my email. I emailed him again pictures. He responded to me saying I needed to call the office and pretty much there is nothing can do. This is outrageous. Please see the pictures attached.Business Response

I've been waiting 4 weeks for a trash cart they were supposed to replace but instead they took it away. So I've had no trash cart for 4 weeks. Bags are piling up on my driveway. I've been lied to twice about being on the list to get one 'tomorrow' and it never shows up. I've called them 6 times, every time I call I'm on hold for at least 10 minutes.I need a trash cart asap, and a credit for the last month of no service.Business Response

I've had service with WastePro for over 10 years and since 2020 the service pick up became unreliable, to the point that their weekly service became more of a monthly service. In June 2022 they didn't even show up one time for pick up. In July I called to cancel and for immediate pick up of my waste bin. I was advised that a credit would be sent and the waste bin would be picked up. After several calls and emails the waste bin is still outside by the curb. At this point, I'm not trying to seek remedy for the poor service rendered the past 2 years. I would like for someone to pick up the bin and I would like the credit for at least the last quarter that was paid.I've also received notifications from my HOA regarding this waste bin which continues to be by the curb.Business Response

My dumpster has not been picked up in 13 days and I have called multiple times and have been told they have to check the drivers video evidence before they can come back. They sent a truck today and he picked up the wrong dumpster. I told them this and they say driver disagrees and they did pick up my dumpster. I can't believe that they think I am lying about this. They said they would get back to me today and confirm video evidence. Its after 5pm and no phone call. No email. This is awful customer service for someone who used their service for 10 years. This should not be this difficult, but you can always tell the quality of a company in how they solve issues. Waste Pro clearly has failed here. I will be sending my complaint to the city and/or county as well.Business Response

Called waste pro to get trash service on March 28, 2022. Established account to start pick up. Paid $103.59 to have trash containers delivered and the 3 month bill. Trash was picked up a few times. Have contacted waste pro monthly to try to get containers, their response is containers are on backorder. It has been 5 months and no containers. Trash has not been picked up in two weeks. I call waste pro and let them know that trash was not picked up and ask for containers. 2 more weeks is the response. I have requested bag tags to ensure pick up, but have been ignored the last 3 requests. I also contacted Buncombe county website for missed pick up. Waste pro will contact me but nothing is being done. I am paying for the service and would like to receive it. If I can't get the service and containers from them as they are to provide, then they need to refund my money from the first of April thru November 30, 2022.Business Response

I have had services with Waste Pro regrettably going on 2 years. They consistently skip my trash can. This has been happening since I started my services with them. I have called, my husband has called in the past. No matter what I can not get them to come back out, no matter how many times we call. They wait until the next week and by then we have to travel to dispose our trash, which is costing us more money! Im being charged for a service I'm not getting 2x weekly per Waste Pro agreement, as a paying customer it's very infuriating and frustrating.Business Response

I have run this route many times myself and familiar with the address. When we come into their area the street is divided by a wooded island with her house being on the right, most of the time that can isn't out and I feel that they bring it out behind us, then after completing the neighborhood and we are on the way out the can is blocked by shrubs and trees on the left, on the other side of the island. I will make it a point to ask the driver to take a picture and send to dispatch going forth. We turn all carts sideways after dumping to try and prevent this and if we see a cart not turned on the way out we dump it because it has been brought out after the truck has passed. I purchased property on **************, Lake City, FL (the *** address is**** **************, Lake City, FL) which we are getting ready to put a house on. There is a dumpster on my land which doesn't belong to me. I contacted Waste Pro in September of 2021 to remove the dumpster from my land. This dumpster is rented and contracted with the people located at ******************** Lake CIty, FL but they don't want it on their land because they dump old RV toilets which ooze human waste. There is also chemicals, paints, oil and such being put in the dumpster because they own an RV repair business. My culvert has a chemical slick which runs into the river. I have had numerous conversations with Waste Pro and they know that I DO NOT have a contract with them but they still refuse to move the dumpster that is contaminating my land. I have also sent a cease and desist letter, which included numerous pictures to back up my facts, to the CEO of the company and have never received a response, a phone call or an email. I know it is against the law for them to just put a dumpster wherever they want because these people they are contracted with don't want it on their property contaminating their land. I don't want to pick up the trash and debri left on my property either. This is just not right what they are doing to us. If we go down there to take pictures we are accosted by these neighbor's and they try to run us down with their car. Waste Pro has also torn up my land where they pick up the dumpster and tear out our survey markers placed by our survey company. This is the most ridiculous situation, and we shouldn't have to live like this. Our next step is taking them to court or obtain an injunction against them. I don't feel like it is fair to us that we occur court costs because they are leaving their dumpsters wherever they want. I have also attached some of the evidence sent to the CEO of Waste Pro with my cease and desist letter.Business Response

Per the County, based on everything that we have reviewed this is on County ROW and not on her property. She should contact the County and they will need to authorize and instruct us to move the container. First of all, the county has no legal authority to tell Waste Pro that they are allowed to place a dumpster on anyone's personal property that doesn't have a contract with Waste Pro. The county doesn't own the dumpster, Waste Pro does. Waste Pro is the one that is illegally dumping on my property by placing a rented dumpster that belongs to someone else on another street, not the county. The county does not own any part of my property. The only thing that the county has is an easement which I grant them for utilities and road work. You cannot just dump a dumpster on someone else's property because the people who rent it don't want it messing up their property. Like that's not the law. Waste Pro knows that they are in the wrong and just need to rectify this issue before we have to take it to court. Second, the Florida law states that the easement nor any other part of anyone's property can be used for personal gain 9f anyone not owning the property. This is the most ridiculous argument over and over. This is considered illegal dumping by Waste Pro. This is WASTE PRO's problem and not mine and I want the dumpster removed from my property IMMEDIATELY. This situation has gone on long enough. The dumpster needs to be put on the 20+ acres which is owned by the renter's of the dumpster and not mine. There is 20+ acres over there and plenty of areas to choose to put it on. IT IS NOT MINE!!! This is on my property and I choose to have no dumpster and choose to use trash cans instead. The Contracting Party chooses a dumpster so they get the dumpster, not us. I have the legal right to enjoy my property. If they choose to have an unsightly maggot oozing, human waste oozing dumpster then that's on them and they have to have it on their own property. I have obtained a survey and as you can see by my survey markers, it is clearly on my property. If Waste Pro has a problem with the county that's their issue and not mine. I purchased this land free and clear which DIDN'T include a dumpster. Waste Pro has a legal obligation to move this dumpster from my property. Let me also mention that it is illegally blocking my ingress and egress to my own property. I shouldn't even be arguing about a dumpster that is rented by a private citizen that doesn't even live on **************. I want the dumpster removed from my property or I will consider it abandoned and remove it myself. I have again attached some pictures where Waste Pro has plenty of spaces to place the dumpster on the RENTER's property. My property actually crosses over the street and in front of the renter's property to the survey marker on the side of the dumpster. Please have this moved immediately. I pay automatically every month for trash pickup. Wastepro collected my money this month and did not pick up my trash. I called and was told they would pick it up today since they did not fulfill their service on my regular day on Wednesday. I called today and verified they would pick it up today and they lied over the phone and told me they would pick it up by 7pm tonight. Every time I put my trash out they require me to use their container, that is not bear proof, because they did not have near proof containers available for over a year while I was trying to get one. So, every time I put my trash out I have to remove it from the bear proof container I had to purchase myself to put in their required container, which I have done. Every time they don't pick it up I have to move the trash back to the bear proof container. This is very inconvenient and I have now had to do this 4 times in 3 days. They lied and collected my money under false pretenses of offering a service they have not fulfilled. I will have to pay to take the trash myself which is costing money I have already paid for this service. They owe me money for not providing the service I paid for as well as the cost I am incurring for taking it myself.Business Response

On March 28,2022 I called Waste Pro to cancel my services due to poor pick up practices. They spoke to both me and my wife since she originated the services. I personally took my garbage bin to the Waste Pro office in Baton Rouge where I obtained a receipt for the drop off. I was the last person in my subdivision to cancel their service due to poor pick up service. Each month I receive a bill for service of April thru June. Each month I have called to tell them I no longer have service. I have spoke to the same person each time. They will not connect me to a supervisor. I have written a letter and sent with my bill twice to tell them I no longer have service. That address is*************************************. Now they are threatening to turn me in to a collection agency. They told me they have suspended my services. They did NOT suspend my services, I cancelled it! The bill even changes amounts slightly each month. I just want them to cancel my service as of March 28, 2022.Business Response

This account was never turned over to a collection company. I am calling the customer today to advise the balances and an explanation of what took place and also offering a 1 month retention credit if he chooses to return to us in the future allowing him a chance to try us out before he has to provide a financial risk and allow us the opportunity to redeem ourselves.
