Absolute nightmare. Not on time, not as quoted, embarrassing level of communication from their team, and will not fulfill warranty repairs...I can go on, but I have wasted enough time on them.

Super happy with our pool. ***** and **** handled every issue with professionalism. The pool was completed before the date they originally stated. We would highly recommend this pool company.

We had the best experience with the Tropical escapes family. From **** to ***** to my favorite **** we had the best communication and real quality work done fast! Pool was done on time even with a screen hold up due to hurricane! As a OCD person I was super worried going in to project BUT I was a calmed quickly and project was so smooth! Thanks guys! Highly recommend this company!

We had our pool put in at the end of 2020. The communication between ** and the office were great, via the app and telephone. There were a minimal hiccups BUT they were quickly resolved by the owner himself. He even came out to look at our issue and provided us a solution that same day. They were more than generous with their time etc.Even months after, we noticed an issue with the pavers and got a quick resolution from **** (owner). We did extensive research prior to picking a pool company and Tropical Escapes was the ONLY company that we found with 5 star reviews. We were not disappointed.

**** and his team were prompt from beginning to end. Reliable contractors that give realistic expectations and timelines are few and far between these days. His team cleaned up everyday and left minimal signs of construction during the process. At the end they walked my family through all the features of our pool with a hands on tutorial. I have recommended them to many and will continue to do so! Thank you for your honesty and quality!

Super happy with Tropical Escapes!!A friend of ours recommended them after they built their pool. We had heard about some delays with the supply chain and were worried about the inflation affecting every industry in America; ultimately, we decided we were going to build now, even with the higher prices.We are very glad we did!While any project of this size and so much to coordinate is going to have some hiccups along the way, we were patient and understanding and TE really kept us up to speed on everything that was happening.**** basically ALWAYS answers the phone and that is very reassuring. She met or beat just about every time frame she ever gave out. She under promised and over delivered with every step which I really appreciated.We brought in one contractor for a custom job who was not affiliated with TE but had decades of experience with pool building and he commented every day at how impressed he was with the quality of their work... I see a lot of pools being built and a lot of corners cut and I can tell you I am REALLY impressed with these guys work!The extra steps they took to provide QUALITY work when they could have cut corners to save money was evident and appreciated. Some examples are the additional framework around the spa, using Shotcrete instead of gunite, using a second pump for the waterfall, etc.I had never built a pool so I had no idea what these things even were before this experience.When all was said and done we went from breaking ground in June to swimming in our pool in October!!We became worried when we saw neighbors posting in FB about delays but honestly, supply chain issues affected everyone and they were really great with *************** the project managers made sure that every single last loose end was completed.They all really felt like friends by the end of the process. We could not be happier with the quality of our new pool and spa and the kids LOVE it!!Sincere thank you to their whole team! ??**************

Tropical Escapes pool did an amazing job on our pool. I got my pool in over covid times and they did a great job with all the complications that covid brought on. They stayed in communication and made sure I was happy with every step of the process. **** the owner personally made sure I was happy with my pool and if something was off he made sure to correct it immediately. Yes there was times that were difficult because of material back order or what not, but **** and his guys always made sure to keep me informed. I am beyond happy with my pool and spa. **** has done amazing work to make his this company better and trust worthy than any other company. He knows his limits and limits how many pools he will do so the quality never slips. He gained my trust all along the way along with him right hand man *****.

Tropical Escapes was recommended to us by a friend and we were very pleased with the results. We loved the outcome of the pool and the process was seamless. Questions and/or concerns we had were promptly addressed and resolved. We've had two get togethers since, and have referred several friends who loved the work they did... This is the second pool that we have built. **** and ****** listened to our dream pool ideas and then delivered to us a pool that is better that what we had imagined. When we buy a new home again and need a pool Tropical Escapes will be our builder again. If you are in the market for a pool give them a call.
