    We stayed at the Floating Sea Cove Resort and ****** on January 19+20. First, nothing floats, it's not a resort and there is no ******* The mattress sounds bad when you sit down and springs poke you in the back when you lay down. No coffee maker. The night stand is a filing cabinet. The medicine cabinet is held together with duct tape. The refrigerator is *****. The fan has no fan blades and is missing a light bulb. No hand towels. No ****** rack . No toilet paper holder. Blood smear in the hallway. The room is 25 feet from U. S. 1. So, it's very noisy and not safe if someone drives off the road. It is so bad we left even though the next night was paid for. I have pictures. I've stayed in rooms for $50 that were nicer.

    I booked this place through Expedia. They should not recommend this place. And I think Expedia owes me a refund, since it is such a horrible place.

    We were supposed to vacation to the keys this week, but due to a hurricane and the whole state being under a state of emergency, we refused to take the risk with our family. The company refused to call back for 4 days, and has finally sent an email saying that the owner refused to allow the date change that the manager had requested on Friday.

    WE have a house reserved thru ******* KEYS VACTION RENTAILS *** salesperson ************************** phone number ************ ON Oct 1 to Oct 8 but it is a major hurricane going on now. We cannot travel to Florida from ** so we called her and explained and we asked if we could reschedule and she said no and no refund at all. Our total money spent was $2778.13 she said she would give us our security deposit and cleaning fee only. We are still owed $2103.13.The national weather is calling for major flooding along interstate 95 which is the way we would be coming. With all the power outages and disruptions to the supply chain we do not feel safe traveling to get there. We want to come but are not going to put our life in danger. The whole state of Florida is under a state of emergency .I have all the paper work i can fax or mail for this COMPLANT. Thanks you, *************************** ************
