      We rented a house in ********. when we got there there was no hot water. One of the bathroom sinks. The water was not going down in the shower and one of the bathrooms had no water pressure at all. It took four days for someone to come out and look at it, the house had bugs above the stove and in the light fixture, broken lamp many broken items in the house. The Internet didnt work for three days. When the maintenance man finally showed up, we showed him everything that was broken. He said maybe next year when you come it will be fixed. What kind of answer is that the first time in **************************** the keys that are property. Was that unmaintained the grill was so *****. You couldve never cooked on it , you have a problem with the house you rent maintenance should be there the next day fixing everything thats wrong with it I emailed the owner and the realtor and all the owner could say was thanks. Im on it the Realtor never even emailed me back. I called her and then I upset her with my complaints. I got no apologies. No nothing. I didnt ask for any money back but something toward the next vacation wouldve been a little nice for all the issues that we incurred. I will never use that company again to rent a house thats not good business and I paid $250 for house cleaning, when we got there, the house wasnt cleaned properly. Last year when we run it through them, the house was beautiful and properly clean to maintain this year far from it And not to even say Im sorry thats wrong Thats not how you run a realty business. The only thing that was taken care of immediately was the cleaning of the pool that was disgusting when we got there they came out the next day and cleaned it Renters beware

      I rented from Florida Keys Vacation Rentals and they retained a part of my security deposit. When I emailed as to why my deposit was not refunded in full, the agent said she had sent me a message to my email as soon as the agent gave her the information. I asked her (Lindsey) to send me a copy of the email she had sent since I did not have an email as she indicated. She did NOT send me a copy of the email as requested but rather replied: the email she had sent just stated what she had in the sent email. I can only guess that she did not want to forward me the email she stated she sent because she did not send it as she stated. We did have a clogged sink which I reported and I was charged $225 for the clog which was stated as on overtime fee. The plumber did not come out while we were there to unclog the sink (so we were unable to use it (it would have been nice if I had to pay an overtime fee to have it unclogged while we were still at the property) but rather the plumber came out after we checked out of the property. We did rinse our dishes and the line did clog (which I immediately reported) but I've never had a clogged issue in my life so don't believe it was a result of me. In addition, we payed for pool heat and arrived to a dirty pool. I did ask several times about having the pool cleaned and received a response they were contacting the agent and the agent did not respond. We paid for a week's pool heat & checked in on Saturday and finally they sent a maintenance man on Wednesday to clean the pool. We were unable to use the dirty pool Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & part of Wednesday. Pretty dissappointed that I'm charged for an overtime plumbing fee when I was more than patient in waiting for the pool to be cleaned. We rented a house with a pool & paid for pool heat but couldn't use the pool.
