      Selling overpriced, poorly made furniture and refusing to accept returns. This is my second bad experience with them, and this time, Im reporting their subpar products to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). My wife and I purchased four bar stools from ************************* in ****************, **. Within two days, the leg supports started coming loose, and we discovered a tear in one of the armrests.We contacted the store to request an exchange for a different set of stools, as the ones we bought were clearly of low quality. However, they refused, claiming they do not have a return policy. The same thing happened two years ago, but we decided to give them another chance. After this experience, well never shop there again.Its unacceptable for a business to operate this way, and I hope the authorities take action. This store is robbing hardworking Americans of their money and shouldnt be allowed to continue

      Do Not Buy Here!!! Bought a leather double recliner for almost $3000 along with a 3 year extended warantee. After less than a year a metal piece popped out of the back and ripped thru the leather. *************** came and said it was normal wear and tear and wouldnt cover it. Really? On the back? After less than a year? What a rip off. From my pictures they ordered the parts( prepaid in full and nonreturnable if they are wrong) paid over $300. Now have to have a furniture repair company come and see if the parts are correct and if so we have to pay them to fix it. The warante is a waste of $ and a fraud! El Dorado does Not stand behind their merchandise. If attorneys werent so expensive I would sue them. Dont ever purchase anything at ************************!!!!

      Very unhappy with El Dorado We purchased a dinning set they delivered on 11/16/24. One the chair had a rip even though, the delivery person took his pictures but missed the rip. I had to call right away to inform of the rip. In addition, to that the glass table has a cloudy haze over it , I tried cleaning it and still did not come off. When My husband came home the same day of the delivery but later on, he tried himself to take out cloudy haze of the glass table. He was also unsuccessful. As he was trying to clean the glass, he noticed scratches embedded in the glass located under the table. So, my husband called Eldorado right away to informed them of this matter. REMEMBER, this is the same day of the delivery. We received nothing but the run around from the Eldorado staff. This is the Eldorado in WPB on ***************. The salesman name ***** disappeared and did not return any of our phone calls, Once he found out that there were issues. He made his money of the sale. We asked to speak a manager, My husband spoke to the manager regarding our delivery and the issues and he stated that there were no refund. I just read the return policy and the merchandise has a one year warranty that he fail to tell us. The dinning set has been in our home 5 days. Unable to use it. We would never buy there again. It is clear to us that they just took our money and just disregarded our complaint. This is supposed to be a brand new dinning set with scratches embedded in the glass table and a ripped chair, That is unexceptable. We are really thinking about conatcting an attorney. Today in 11/21/24 we have yet uses the table, this merchandise as been in our home not even a week. Very unhappy with this furniture company. Their presentation is deceiving.

      Mi experiencia no ha sido buena, en menos de un *** tuve que llamar para reparacion tres veces. El trato al cliente por la Sra ****** ********* fue muy poco Profesional y su falta de cortesia deja mucho que desear. Muy por el contrario la Sra ****** ***** todo un modelo en comunicacion y mi experiencia con **** ha sido magnifica.

      If I can leave zero stars I would. After furniture being delivered I have noticed the installer removing one of the two coupling brackets to couple each section as he was having problems. I went to the bathroom and saw it was installed had a phone call and the left. As soon as as I sat on sofa it lurch forward. Called the warehouse immediately and they said someone will call me immediately. Yeah right, a week goes by with us calling everyday and no one has called us back even the salesman. Worse customer service ever. Do not buy from this once ************ has now join the ranks of horrible customer. The sad part I always try to use local business and they will never get any of business and I will let my neighbors know if this horrible experience. They want your money but give you zero customer service. Not a good thing to do in this economy. I should of went somewhere else. I am truly regretting of buying from them.

      Not good... $400?Last November I purchased a 5-piece bedroom, and a dinette set from the ************************* store in *************************. After the purchase was made, close to *****, I realized there was a special sale going on and we were entitled to receive a discount. I talked to the salesgirl (who was great) and she talk to her manager. He agreed, we should have received a $400.00 discount. Rather than credit my account with the funds, she said youll have store ********* this past weekend we visited the store looking for a new chandelier and some other items. My wife found some pillows she wanted, so I said use my $400.00 credit. To my surprise, the credit was only good for 90-days. Had I known that credit came with expiration date on the credit - I would have RETURNED the entire $***** order and have them ring it up again with the discount applied. The manger called his office to see if they would extend our credit another 90-days for us to come back and use it. Corporate said, NO too bad. They can keep the $400.00.. they just lost a customer and another potential 4 or ***** sales on a new living room. Their Loss. I took my business else ware.

      I had a terrible experience with El Dorado Furniture. I paid for my order over a month ago, but they never shipped the product. Despite numerous attempts to contact their customer service, Ive been met with excuses and a complete lack of assistance. It's been impossible to get a straight answer or a refund. The whole process has been incredibly frustrating, and its clear that their customer service is non-existent. I wouldnt recommend El Dorado Furniture to anyone based on my experience. buyer be ware!!!

      I have purchased back in July 2022 a master bedroom with 2 night stands and a dresser with a mirror.Also we added a dining table and chairs but we changed our mind on them and kept The master bedroom set. We qualified for 10000$ and 24 months no interest as weve been told at the store.Then we called and canceled the table and the chairs and that made us a huge problem in this moment.At that time we knew that we have 24 months no interes so we did make an automated payment for the amount that we had calculated in 24 months.I few days ago I checked online to see how much balance we have left since we signed up for autopay and automated payments we did not get the statements in mail.And I was really unpleasant surprised when I saw that I got a charge of Interest fee on purchases of the amount of (1400$) . I tried to speak with a store manager from the store(**************)also(Plantation)also with the bank and with a person from the corporate.And no one was able to help.Awful customer service

      *****. They do not issue refunds they keep saying that they will, but they never do. I purchased something it was wrong sent it back for over six months. I have emails back-and-forth that they are going to credit my credit card and as recently say that theyre going to mail the check but they never did and every month for six months I have to reach out to them. At this point I just want my money.
