THIEVES! I booked with Bold Auto since they seemed to be a reliable and reputable business based on reviews, so I believed I could trust them with getting my vehicle to me from state to state. Well, I wait about 3 days to finally get my vehicle I finish paying the driver (********** from YMA EXPRESS) upon arrival as hes leaving I ask him for my second key fob and he tells me they were stolen from his truck but didnt file a police report or report it to his trucking company because its private property. I ask him where they were stolen and he told me somewhere in **. If he really got vandalized as he claimed and these companies were responsible parties, notifying their client as soon as this happens might ease up the situation a little bit. Nothing seemed to add up. People call police for absolutely every single thing there is no way you get vandalized especially with property that isnt your and you dont make a single report. First, he tells me all of the keys get stolen from his truck and he proceeds to tell me that he spent money out of pocket to replace all these keys with the exception of mine. So I ask him why hed supposedly make everyone elses keys but mine and he didnt have an answer. I hate to hold someone accountable, but he was the last person with my car and KEYS so he becomes responsible for that property. Ive been contacting the so called business phone number provided on the receipt and they send me straight to voicemail. Theyre a bunch of THIEVES. All employees are aware and they just do this to every single customer.
