ZERO STARS!! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!! I ordered (Order #PF14382) almost 2 months ago and have not received my order. My credit card was charged, I received an order confirmation, and that is the last I heard from them. When I tried to contact the company (multiple times in multiple ways), I received no response. I was excited to order from them, especially with their guarantee and easy refund options, however I dont know how the product works because I spent over $30 and never received the product. All I wanted was my money back or a replacement and I got nothing. They told me it shows product was delivered. It never was. I have a locked mail box and it was never delivered. Theres no way it was stolen because you have to have a key for my mailbox. They refuse to work with me.Review from FELICIA K

I just got ripped off! I got a bottle of bad makeup. Chunks in it and they wouldnt refund! PayPal is letting them get away with this.It would cost ***** to send a ***** bottle back!Review from Pam J

Waited a long time for the product, they kept telling me it was on the way. In there response it showed the wrong product that I ordered, I told them multiple times it was wrong. Nothing happened.I finally got the product and it was the wrong one. I contacted them multiple times to tell them I wanted a refund, they refused. I would leave zero stars if I could. I placed an order with Phoera. I received an email about a week later stating they were running 4 weeks behind due to high volume. Email said I would receive a confirmation email once the items were shipped. I contacted customer service to cancel the item as the items had not been shipped yet and would not be going out for a few more weeks. I was sent an email back saying they would not refund or cancel my order. I reached out to them again stating I had not received a confirmation email so my order has not yet been shipped. I received another email saying they would not cancel my order. Do NOT ORDER from this company. You will never get a refund or an exchange from them. Please read the other reviews as everyone state the same thing. DO NOT BUY PHOERA!!!!!!!!!!!!!Review from Barbara L. O.

I have purchased three bottles of Phoera Foundation.All the wrong color.I had contacted **************** for help with color. They asked for a photo of my current foundation. Never heard back. Twice.There is no way to speak with a person.Their response letter is "canned."No returns even if you use one tiny spot of foundation to test color. But they push a Great 50% off offer, etc., etc.No chance of return for money back.They could easily offer sample packets (which I have suggested.) With no response.But they won't consider that, because they make so much money knowing customers won't pick the correct color.SCAM!Thank you.
