    My order was first placed on March 19 2023 for 4 different products (modern & long sleeve shirts) including a shipping protection fee. I was informed that there would be a 12 business day delay on fulfillment due to them moving warehouses.I made my 1st complaint to customer service on April 11, 2023, 15 business days after my order was placed. However, despite the wait, I was still not provided a tracking number. **************** informed me that I would be provided with it as soon as possible, as they were apparently still working on my order.I made my 2nd complaint, on May 2, 2023, 30 business days total after my order was placed. No further detail was provided about my order. **************** stated that they required further identification in order to go forward with my order. They requested that I send a copy of my government-issued ID (e.g. passport, driver's license, etc), in order to confirm my identity. This is an outrageous request, as it is an extremely high-risk request, to send official IDs over media, due to the risk of hacking. Ultimately, the company has my money (my part of the transaction has been completed) and they still have yet to provide me with the product I paid for.Our goal is to now be able to cancel my order and receive a refund of the money I had given for my order.

    On 12/1/22 I placed an order with Pologize (order #******). After multiple contacts I still have not received my order as of 4/24/23. I sent messages to Pologize on Jan 8, Jan 13, Feb 3, Feb 8, Feb 9. On Feb 10 I received notice of a partial refund. Just over $4 and my order was for $50. I never received this "partial refund." I contacted Pologize on Mar 19. Meanwhile I've been told since Feb that the order is being processed, that it's soon to be shipped, and to expect a shipping notice. Nothing. Never received refund, nor order. This "company" is illegitimate and an apparent scam. I first saw of this in an Instagram ad. I want a full refund for this order I placed on Dec 1, 2022. It's clear from the plethora of negative experiences similar to mine with Pologize that it should be shut down.

    My review is similar to the many of the reviews left by other customers. On Nov. 14, 2022 I ordered a winter coat for the season at a total cost of $100.98. I have yet to receive the coat or any satisfaction from this company. I emailed on Dec. 24, 2022 to check status and I was told that my order hadn't been processed because there was a problem in the warehouse. The very apologetic customer service rep said she would resubmit my order. I checked back again on Jan. 21, 2023 and I was given a pretty similar response about issues in the warehouse. This time though, they offered me a 10% refund because of the issues they were having with my order. I have yet to be sent a tracking number for the shipment and see a partial refund on my card. After reading the reviews here, I have come to the conclusion that this company is a total scam. I tried to file a complaint with the BBB (here) but for some reason I could only get so far with the BBB. I'm determined to have this company live up to their end of the deal. Anyone have any other thoughts on what recourse we have???

    This store is an absolute nightmare. I ordered shoes about 6 months ago from them. First of all, it said the order would be fulfilled within 12 business days. That did not happen, and the tracking website they used had little to no information. I received the order, and it was not the quality I had hoped for. The shoes didnt even have traction on the bottoms- theyre completely smooth. I reached out to customer service and had exchanges with them over the next couple of MONTHS. It took them an ungodly amount of time to respond to me, and each response seemed to be generic, instead of responding to my actual request to connect with someone who could get me a refund for a return. They list a phone number on their website, and its a complete hoax. No one ever answers. Eventually, I just gave up on them. Due to the quality of their products and their horrible customer service I will never be buying from them again. If I could give them 0 stars, I absolutely would- I have never had such a bad experience with a company. It is unfortunate that these companies can get away with something adjacent to a ****.

    I am experiencing the same issue as other Reviewers. I placed an order for clothing and Pologize has not delivered the order. I sent two emails asking for update on my order and I received a reply that I will receive a tracking number via email when my order is ready to be delivered. I have yet to receive a tracking number. In addition to writing this complaint, I filed a complaint with the ************************ and ******* Attorney General against Pologize.

    my question is how is it possible that a company of thieves is scamming consumers and nobody does anything with so many complaints I made an order with these a******* almost a month ago and I don't get a response to my order

    ************* The item you will receive from this company will not look anything like what they have posted online. They will not refund you even thought their website stated will refund back to original method of payment.

    Non existant customer service. NO one answers phone they either hang up on you or have you leave a message which no one responds to!Beware I am stuck with $170.00 of clothing that is sub par in manufacturing quality that they won't take back!!!!!

    **** **** **** Stay away from this store. Ordered a jacket and attempted to cancel on the same day once saw bad reviews but received an email that 1-hour cancellation window was closed. Received an oversized, extremely low-quality jacket and kept receiving excuses why they cannot do a normal refund according to their return policy and got offered the store credits instead. Stay away from this business!
