    I ordered a polo shirt (order #******) on 12/21/2023. I paid $66.98 on my credit card. I made several attempts to contact the company to update me on the status of my order and in April they informed me that they dont have that particular item in stock and offered me a gift card to purchase any other item for the same amount $66.98. I accepted and on 04/11/2024 I ordered an other polo shirt (order # ******). I contacted them and asked them as to why the order is not fulfilled I found their answer unsatisfactory talking something about their warehouse. I have requested a refund so far nothing happened. At this point I am tired and do not want to deal with their excuses. Please feel free to contact me if there is any questions I can answer. I thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide regarding this matter.

    My order was first placed on March 19 2023 for 4 different products (modern & long sleeve shirts) including a shipping protection fee. I was informed that there would be a 12 business day delay on fulfillment due to them moving warehouses.I made my 1st complaint to customer service on April 11, 2023, 15 business days after my order was placed. However, despite the wait, I was still not provided a tracking number. **************** informed me that I would be provided with it as soon as possible, as they were apparently still working on my order.I made my 2nd complaint, on May 2, 2023, 30 business days total after my order was placed. No further detail was provided about my order. **************** stated that they required further identification in order to go forward with my order. They requested that I send a copy of my government-issued ID (e.g. passport, driver's license, etc), in order to confirm my identity. This is an outrageous request, as it is an extremely high-risk request, to send official IDs over media, due to the risk of hacking. Ultimately, the company has my money (my part of the transaction has been completed) and they still have yet to provide me with the product I paid for.Our goal is to now be able to cancel my order and receive a refund of the money I had given for my order.
