If you need any more help please reach out to ********************************* In addition if you want to further unsubscribe from emails in general, regardless of who is sending them to you, there is an unsubscribe link in each email which is a requirement by law. From there you should be able to opt-out and adjust email preferences.

      I provided sensitive personal data over the phone to a Healthcare Inc representative in order to obtain an insurance quote. In order to gain any quote details or the written terms and conditions, the representative demanded my credit card information. He could not tell me why they need my credit card and kept arguing for it.Based on my experience it appears that Healthcare Inc is a scam company and that other people may be lured into giving private medical information, personal data AND credit card numbers to a sham company. I request the BBB investigate this inappropriate business practice.

      APRIL 26TH, 2024 FOR YEARS THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN HARASSING ME IN THE MAIL. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES TELLING THEM TO REMOVE MY NAME AND ADDRESS FROM THEIR MAILING SYSTEM THEY STATED THEY DID REMOVE ME BUT I CONTINUE TO GET MAILINGS FROM THEM. IM ASKING THE BBB TO TELL THEM TO REMOVE ME FROM THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM AND TO STOP ALL CONTACT WITH ME. IM A DISABLED SENIOR. THANK YOU.

      I filled out a health care form to get a quote as the ad I clicked on offered bare minimum coverage for less than $100. After I filled out the form, I did not receive the quote as advertised, nor an email with a quote. What I did receive is over 12+ calls in one day asking if I needed a quote. I answered the first call and was quoted higher than my state's minimum coverage provider so their ad was deceptive and a lie. I have sent an email to remove my phone number from the list as directed on their website. That was about 5 sales calls ago. This should be considered harassment from the amount of sales calls and deceptive as the advertisement that lead to the form was a lie. I want them to stop contacting me.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      It's been months since this complaint was filed. I spent about 2 weeks dealing with calls. You state I am on your do not call list now, which is well after I needed it done, however have I been removed off all the call list and email list of the companies you sold my contact info to? Once the health care marketplace opens back up to enrollment, will I be once again be bombarded by calls from those companies?

      Company advertised on social media as a health insurance option, but once you provide them brief information which includes your phone number you start to receive nonstop phone calls about every 15 minutes everyday. I know I was called at least 50 times a day.

      I received 4 spam emails from this organization this morning. When I tried to unsubscribe, the process wouldn't finish, even after letting it run for over 5 minutes. I hunted down the phone number of the organization, and can't talk to a human to get off the email list.

      I gave my contact information in a general inquiry. I was not aware doing so would cause incessant contact. I gave my phone number and Ive been called by them upwards of 10 times per hour. I told their customer service to stop contacting me but it hasnt worked. I would like them to cease all contact with me, forever, by all means - by phone email mail etc.

      This company will not stop harrassing me I explained to the company I was not interested in there product and to remove me from there calling list and I was informed by their representatives on the phone that They Would not remove me from their calling list and will continue to call daily until I make a purchase because I inquired about there product. they call every day more then 5 times a day from all different numbers and continue to harass me about buying their product

      A representative from this company called me on what looked like a local number. When I found out this company does the phone number masking thing a lot of the scammers do, I said I was not interested in talking to them about health insurance, their representative said, f*** you **** my d*** you son of a b**** then repeatedly called my phone from dozens of different numbers. I had to cut my phone off to make them stop and spend almost an hour blocking all of the numbers. Please check out my screen shots from yesterday.

      I AM BEING HOUNDED WITH EMAILS FROM THESE PEOPLE. I HAVE NO IDEA IF THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS OR ARE A THIRD PARTY THAT IS HARASSING ME FOR THESE PEOPLE. I DO NOT NEED HEALTHCARE! I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THESE PEOPLE AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM. I DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHO THEY ARE OR HOW THEY GOT MY EMAIL ADDRESS. THE UNSUBSCRIBE BUTTON ON THESE EMAILS DOES NOT WORK!! I HAVE TRIED COUNTLESS TIMES TO RESPOND TO THESE EMAILS TELLING THESE PEOPLE WHOEVER THEY ARE TO REMOVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS FROM THEIR LIST AND NO RESPONSE. THE EMAILS NEVER STOP FROM THEM AND I AM ABSOLUTELY SICK AND TIRED OF DEALING WITH THEM AND HAVING TO DELETE THEM EVERY DAY. BELOW IS THE ADDRESS FROM WHERE THESE EMAILS ARE ORIGINATING.       We have researched **************' complaint.  Our company's records do not have ************** on our contact list and we did not have any record of any emails having been sent to her from us.  Given the absence of any record of contact with ************** and the fact that we would never send the high volume of emails she described in her complaint, we suspect she has been receiving emails from a scammer who is trying to spoof and mimic our company's marketing.  This is likely why she had no success with the opt-out mechanism in the emails (as she noted in her BBB complaint).

      Our IT team did find an opt-out request email to our company from ************************* that was received on or about August 7, 2023.  While **************' email mentioned "*********************", the contact information in the email did not match the information that ************** provided in her BBB complaint. 

      Based on ************** BBB complaint, we have manually added her name [and the contact information she provided in her BBB complaint] to our opt-out list. More information regarding opting out of marketing communications from us may be found in the online Privacy Policy published on our website at *********************************************** under the header, "How to Exercise Your Opt-Out Rights."

      As a follow up on our previous response, we are uploading a pdf file that shows how scammers try to spoof other companies to trick consumers into supply their personal information.  The pdf file is a print of an email where someone has tried to send a spoof email purporting to be from HealthCare.com.  However, the actual sender's email address is "************************************".  Most email programs will allow the user to place their mouse cursor over the sender name and the actual sender name will then be displayed.  Similarly, when the consumer places their mouse cursor over the unsubscribe link or any other hyperlink in the email, the consumer is taken to a completely different URL/website that is not at all related to or controlled by HealthCare.com . 

    Some consumers may elect to not publish the details of their complaints, some complaints may not meet BBB's standards for publication, or BBB may display a portion of complaints when a high volume is received for a particular business.
