              We had several roof leaks that 5 different roofing companies all said were due to the roof being constructed improperly by Lennar. Not due to wear and tear but faulty construction. They would not even come look at the roof. Insurance would not cover replacement due to the poor quality of the roof from the builder.

              Lennar Homes is a complete disaster. Some of the staff are a complete joke. If youre a person of color beware. When closing the closing lady asked immediately before we sit down for the closing cost money!!! This new house gas stove hasnt worked since we moved in. The breaker keeps shutting down. The gas company came out and inspected it and tagged it and turned the gas off. As of today 7/10/24 were still waiting on the warranty people to come out. How did it pass inspection??? The entire process was a complete disaster when we were trying to buy this property.
