  We are very happy with both King and Queen ****** firm. I weigh 190lbs and share the king with three young children. We go straight to the edge with outstanding edge support. The bed has just the right amount of firmness with a little give. Really perfect feel for all of us! We can't comment in durability at this time, but it seems to be of high quality material and should outlast it's warranty

  I had been packing and unpacking, over and over the last week. Yesterday I finished assembling my bed frame and unpacked my mattress. I ordered the plus mattress, I am 261 pounds and a side sleeper. OMG, last night I had one of the best sleeps of my life. I normally get up about every two hours to go to the bathroom (sad reality of a 61-year old man). I woke up once ro turn over and slept almost 9 hours straight, no bathroom break. I woke feeling so refreshed. THANK YOU EVERYONE WHO HELPED MAKE MY FANTASTIC MATTRESS, I am so glad I splurged for my backs sake. It is worth it!!

  The mattress is very comfortable and has provided us with very restful sleep. My husband is a very light sleeper and has difficulties finding a mattress that will allow him sleep well. He believes he may have found it now with this one.

  Worst bed ever worst service ever I've been going back-and-forth for two years for a replacement. They sent me a soft when I wanted the luxury firm they sent me a replacement of a full size of 40 inches wide not 60 inches wide like a queen as ordered, I asked for the Firmer that's a 7.5 firmness.There's soft luxury firm the firmer & plus Fear of it sinking in the middle of big foot, naturally with nobody on it I went with the firmer replacement for fear of it happening again after spending $****!! They drop it off on the neighbors porch I live upstairs and I'm 57 bed back and I'm only 5 foot one and I got 2 feet plus standing over this bed!! From side to side and they're saying they sent me a queen and it measures only 42 inches rat I can't see a growing 2 feet!! Two years of absolute h*** getting it replaced and they sent me the wrong ******* one!! Pillow pills and two hard ***** that I have to make sure I have two mattress pads on it!! Worst F****** service ever! I spent hours and days on the phone with them before my purchase really asking questions making sure and they still screwed it up and then rescrewed it up!' Literally putting me in the hospital from almost died attack from the stress of going back-and-forth and emails!' Or Get response through a phone call!!! my mission across the world to inform people never to buy this ******* awful product. It is literally giving me a curve in my spine that I never had before exactly where the bed sank ! Not afford another $2000 purchase. I think it was about **** total purchased all the extra security.!!! And I mean literally putting me through h*** sending them pictures this that I did everything and they still didn't want to send it to me the replacement, and now the replacement they sent is completely wrong!!' to make my clear choice not to have a mistake or crappy, sinking bed again going with the FIRMER ! For extra security

  Our pillow top had a crescent-moon shaped tear, but we desperately needed the mattress so we sewed it shut. We did not notice any tearing when we used the cutter to open plastic seal. We let the mattress expand ************************************************************************ some ways the luxury firm feels more firm than our Temperpedic mattress did, but at the same time gave more relief to pressure points like shoulder and hip.

  It is a little hard when you first lay down but then you sleep all night and wake up in no pain and fully refreshed!
