  This company is nothing but one HUGE SCAM!!! They have an inventory to fill out before the pick up and even though the person in the office goes over the list with you once the movers arrive they have a different definition of **************** room chairs suddenly become "single dining room chairs", platform beds suddenly become "just the frame, not including the head and foot board", etc, etc, etc. They have no one answering the office phone so there is no clarity and the movers threaten to only move part of your furniture if you don't agree to go along with their definitions. Once enroute to you destination there is no contact between customer service (they don't answer their phones or respond to emails) and they did not deliver until two days before the three week window they had to deliver. Instead of the contractual 3 day notice before delivery I received 2 days and then they were a no show on the second day. When they finally arrived the "complimentary" flight of stairs became 7 stairs NOT a true flight of stairs (mine is 20 steps but they charged more for the 13 additional stairs) because Moving APT's definition of a flight of stairs is 7!!!!! Finally opening the boxes I found dozens of broken glassware, dishes, etc which wasn't surprising considering the boxes were all squished on top of each other.THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT AND MISLEADING!!!!

  Heed to my advice PLEASE! Do not use Moving Apt///Eazy Movers. They are liars, scammers. My 65 in tv, glass shelves and door to my tv wall unit, suitcase, large pieces to an un assembled desk, also a moving box that has my entire wardrobe in it has NEVER ever been delivered! I have to replace everything!!!! I was lied to several times given delivery dates that came and went does not reply to emails voice mails left. Overcharged me took my money and did not fulfill their part of the contract. All of my items should been on ONE truck not two different trucks. Its messy unprofessional and what theyre doing is illegal. ****** of contract. From what Im reading here many victims no accountability. ***** on these companies. Dont deserve 1 star Im very serious!

  I wanted to give *** kudos for a job well done. This is the first time I employed cross country movers and I was impressed from beginning to end. Everyone I spoke with starting with my initial call until the delivery date was courteous and professional. Even though, I went the extra mile and numbered all my boxes, they all arrived within a week and none were damaged (that includes the outside as well as the contents).Thank you for your excellent service.

  I used Moving APT company. I will never use this Moving APT, and I dont recommend to anyone. It was friendly initially as soon as we agreed then price went up. I was moving from ******** to **********. Took 50% deposit and they hire worse Moon Moving Service. They ask for other 25% charge just load the boxes in the truck. The driver didnt speak English so it was difficult to communicate so he gave me phone for his boss, and he will talk to me after I gave him 25% of moving cash or check and they dont accept credit card. The truck driver didnt have any way to secure my goods in the truck. He was blaming his company for not providing the required tie down net or rope. My neighbor had few ropes that he gave to driver. Delivery was late for three days (it took 13 days instead of 10 days they promise) he will not deliver until all remaining money in cash he receives. I paid the cash. He unloads the boxes and goods were damage, boxes were open and broken. 30% boxes were missing. I asked him and he didnt have any answer. He pretends not to speak English. I was about to call police, but I was not able to stop him. I call their company next day and they told me they will, cover my damage and missing goods. He called claim company to send me the claim form. I filled out claim ******** send the claim company all the required documents and damage goods pictures. The claim company is finding excuse that damage goods pictures file is very big therefore it cannot add into their form. We call customer service that we cannot load all the pictures file, so he asked us to send via email. We did and few days after he called and said that they are not allowed to download the attached file. He asked us to mail all the documents and pictures, and we did mail the documents and pictures. Again, few days later he said he didnt receive our mail. We send certified mail, and we didnt get their response yet. They all liars and not trustable moving and claim company.

  I moved from a two-bedroom apartment into a townhome on a tight deadline. Moving Apt showed up right on time and got to work without needing much direction. They were fast but didnt throw stuff around, and they checked with me before loading anything that looked fragile. I liked how smooth it all went. Id definitely recommend them to anyone trying to move on a tight schedule.

  I was downsizing from a big home to a smaller apartment after retiring, and I didnt realize how much stuff Id accumulated over the years. The movers didnt rush me at all. They helped me sort out what was going on and what wasnt, and they packed everything with care. I thought it would be a long, emotional day, but it ended up being calm and productive thanks to how easy they made it.

  This is my first time using a moving company and I will never use a another one again. They recomended a 3 day pickup window because it was cheaper. I was ok with the three day window provided they gave several days advance notice when they would arrive. The salesman said they would give advance notice. There definition of an advance notice is 12 hours. Furthermore after giving me the notice they called back 9 hours later and pushed the date to one day later. This has caused a logistical nightmare for me with moving to a different state, signing a new lease and starting a new job. I cant count on them. I need information in advance and then I need them to stick to the schedule.

  I was moving into a basement unit with a narrow staircase, and I truly thought wed have to leave the couch behind. But the crew figured out the perfect angle, wrapped it carefully, and slid it in without a single scratch on the walls. I stood there amazed. They didnt rush or force anything. You could tell theyd done stuff like this before, and it really showed in how they worked.

  I helped my mom move out of the house shed lived in for nearly 40 years, and I knew it would be tough for her. ***** was incredibly gentle and made her feel comfortable the entire time. They didnt rush anything and took time with every piece she wanted to talk about. I expected this move to be stressful, but their calm attitude made it way easier than we imagined.

  Listen to ******* review do not touch or contact this company. It's a scam. Never returns calls doesn't honor pick up dates . phone numbers will be disconnected their addresses are different. Don't give them a dime.
