  I was anxious because it was my first time living alone. The moving crew was very patient and arrived early. To ensure nothing was broken, they wrapped each dish and glass separately. They also helped me figure out the best way to arrange my belongings at the new place, and the move took about four hours.

  This company’s movers stayed organized the entire time. They split tasks among each other since we were on a time crunch during our move. Thanks to how coordinated they stayed, the move wrapped up earlier than the expected timeframe. Bravo to them!

  I had to coordinate this move while juggling work meetings, and I appreciated how self-sufficient this companys movers were. They confirmed the plan once, labeled everything clearly, and kept me updated without constantly needing direction. It ran smoothly with minimal interruption on my end!

  Our cross-town move involved 2 stops one to our new home, and another to drop a few things off at storage. The team from Moving Apt had the truck divided accordingly and managed both drop-offs efficiently. Nothing got mixed up, and both locations were handled with equal care. Recommended 100%!

  ***** them! APT is a moving broker, not a moving company. The sales guy, ***** *******, we dealt with gave us a low ball estimate so we would book and he would get his commission. I ask about other items to be added to the quote, he said they are smaller and not to worry. I pay deposit to secure my moving window.We before move I had a call with QC guy, *** *******, another person to upcharge us. He said ****** quote missed too many items. *** started to included many items ***** said not to worry about but the suggested to reserved an extra 25% of space incase it was needed on moving day. He said we wouldnt even need all the space and the cost would be adjusted. *** then stopped documenting additional items saying it will fit in the additional 25% ********** comes moving day. The 3rd party moving guy comes in and says items are not on the list for APT and disregards the extra 25% space we reserved and paid deposit on. Its moving day and we had to get out. The mover know its. On moving day we are charged over an additional $1,000. The cost of the move turned out to over over $3k more than quoted by ******************* day finally cameout XL Big Green Egg did not arrive. Only when I noticed was when I was told the guys moving it out of the house smashed it. They were not going to tell me, hoping I didnt notice I didnt receive my BGE grill. The driver at delivery said I get $.60/lb for the $1k plus grill. I receive. $135. The moving company doesnt care. Additional items are missing and or damaged. Nobody is accountable and they all blame the previous point of contact at each stage. Looking back, I feel like I was being scammed the entire time. Do not book with APT!!!!

  The best moving company! They helped us move from our apartment into our very first house. They were so quick and careful with all of our things. We will definitely be calling them again when we need movers.

  I hired them for a small move, and they handled everything professionally. The loading process was quick, and they placed my furniture exactly where I wanted in my new apartment. No damage, no issues.
