I had Breast augmentation done on 01/05/2021 with *****************. I am now having complications so I reached out to the warranty company to see if I could get them removed free of cost since they are causing health issues and I was informed that this is life time warranty. When I contacted the warranty company which is the picture I uploaded they said I didnt qualify to make a claim since i wasnt 22 at the time of surgery, they advised me that I was supposed to be 22 to receive silicone implants. This was my first time hearing of this being that the surgery clinic never informed me that I wasnt of age to be operated on I was 20 years old at the time of surgery from my knowledge I only had to be 18 to receive the surgery. After this I reached out to the surgery clinic multiple times last week trying to get a resolution. The last call I had with the follow up department they took down my information but never returned my call as they said they would. This is no surprise to me being that they operated on me when they shouldnt have and didnt follow any laws I knew they would not return the call as soon as I said that they operated on me when they were not supposed to. I assume this is malpractice and theyll probably try to do something shady like delete files since they asked for me info but acted like they couldnt look at it while we were on the phone. So hopefully you guys can help me and any future people from going through this.Business response

Please contact us at the follow up department. Once patient had services rendered we can not refund any funds. Fees charged are for services rendered not for results. Nonetheless we can have the patient come and have a consultation with the Surgeon. Patient might be eligible for a revision.

January of 2023 I used momnt financing to finance both my daughter and I surgery for October 2023. I decided to cancel my surgery in April of 2023 and Returned my portion of the surgery back to momnt. My daughter Canceled her surgery also before her surgery date and has been emailing them to return her portion of the loan since November 2023 it is now MAY 2024 and no one has helped us with a resolution. CGC has been lying saying they are in contact with momnt and working on it but thats not true I called momnt and they said no one from CGC has reached out to them. I just want the money returned can you please help me.Business response

I had pre paid $8000 for a breast lift. The day of surgery the dr decided I didnt need a breast lift and I just needed an implant exchange. So we redid the paperwork and final about was $7000 for the procedure. I had already prepaid. They still owe me $1000 and have not refunded me in 3 months. I have sent dozens of emails and not one helps me.Business response

I paid in full for a surgery and decided not to get it. Per the companies refund policy they would refund me in 30 days and have yet to refund me and told me to dispute it with my card company which was not their policy.Business response

Scheduled a procedure and never received an invoice of the procedure and did not meet with the plastic surgeon in person or virtually, for assessment and normally a deposit is needed after consultation and before procedure. I needed to cancel since I did not even meet with the provider and had a family issue but I was told I still have to pay $1000 and I am canceling 2 weeks before procedure .Business response

I scheduled a surgery which I was pushed by being pressured o putting down the deposit. Less than a month later k cancelled as I found to be pregnant. I cancelled it in February and was told my refund would be processed in 30 days. 2 weeks ago I inquired again and was told there was a system delay. Today I was told the refund wasn't yet processed. This is $7000 I owe on a credit card and they don't care about any situation they said I would get a refund except 1000. I had no choice so from 8000 I was to get refunded to the credit card the 7000. I can't keep paying that monthly interest and payments. No one is able to let me talk to anyone about e over the phone they say it has to be by email. I need my refund to be returned.Business response

The sale and offering of the service is easy, and friendly. They will even apply for the credit for you. After they got my approval, schedule my surgery quickly and efficiently! Again so friendly. She described how everything was going to be easy the day of my procedure and no time! Doctor was going to see me acomode of times prior and spend 2 outs with me while in the ***Nothing was as described. Its unorganized, no one can tell you nothing. They just tell you sit and wait.The doctor saw me, I addressed what I wanted to accomplished. He assure me it was just a little pull here and there and that I was going to look completely like a NEW PERSON AND 10 years younger. He asked me if he could record my procedure and I agreed to it. I would love to see my before and after. Because the after is not what he told me I was going to accomplish.I agreed to a $4500 surgery, I ended up paying $6000 which was my approved credit, and it was for some fillers that were going to be added to my face. I was awake while the procedure was taking place, I know there was no fillers just Botox and proof is I still have the same holes under my eyes. Im just $6000 in debt for something didnt change my appearance. I could have paid less for just fillers and have a better result.I attached a before and after. I still Reality is I didnt get what I paid for, my issue was not addressed and they charged me for it.I also have uncontrolled muscle movement that starts without me knowing while Im with clients. Their follow up department does not answer, return calls or emails. *** tried to contact the lady ****** who sold me the procedure and now Im an inconvenience, keep calling and leave messages I cant help you.I will look for medical attention for my issues, because they are not answering to even schedule a follow up appointment. Good morning, Services were rendered patient does not qualify for any refund. If patient is not satisfied with the services rendered patient needs to contact our follow up office and request a Doctors Consultation. Fees paid are for services rendered, not for results. Patient may qualify for a revision but Doctor needs to see the patient.

I am rejecting this response because:
Service rendered is offered and advertised as cero time down. Non of the side effects or issues I have had were lasted in their 1 page post surgery care.i have nerve pain in the right side of my face, involuntary face movement that comes unannounced while Im at work. I will go to a doctor to get a diagnosis and prognosis at this point. My complaint is not for just rendered service.
they charged me $6000 for a $4500 quote accepted by me. They added fillers to my service, something was not discussed with me. I was approved for a $6000 credit and they used it all without my consent. I was supposed to be charged $4500 for a PET as advertised on their instagram, website everywhere.
I already contacted the post op department, they scheduled me to visit the doctor but I cant travel after missing a week of work due to the extreme nerve pain I had last week, for a procedure it was not supposed to have any downtime. Im making up work time back, due to missing time.I contacted their post op to schedule the app via zoom, and see what the doctor is going to provide as an after care for the side effects I have going.

06/21/2023 I went to CG cosmetics to get a surgery. I got a BBL with JPLASMA. When I originally called to get a BBL they tried to force me into getting liposuction, but I had already been to 2 other doctors for opinions on what is right for my body. I denied there services and they didnt want to operate on me until I told them 2 other doctors already said I am a good candidate for JPLASMA instead of ****. Well they agreed to give me a BBL with J PLASMA. A week lated I called them letting know my **** was crooked and my stomach does not look like it has J Plasma. I also questioned why there was no insicions where the DR ****** the fat removal on my body. They xaid give it 6 months, I gave it 6 months, they had me fly back down to ***** thinking they were going to fix their mess, only to tell me they want me to get LIPO. They fooled me out of my money anyway. They made it where I WOULD HAVE TO COME BACK FOR THAT LIPO no matter what. My body is uneven, they did not do surgery on the agreed places of my body. Good afternoon, unfortunately refund can not be processed because services were rendered. Nonetheless, you can qualify for a revision or a second round surgery. Based on Florida laws there is a maximum of fat that can be extracted per procedure. Therefore there are instances where two rounds are required to obtain the desired results. Please contact the follow up department to explore the different options you can qualify for.

Back in February 2023 I went to CG cosmetics for consultation for a tummy tuck. They explain the procedure and how much it will cost. I decided to finance it to momnt bank we set a date for September 2023 before the surgery. I had to come up with the lab results which I did .THEY CANCEL THE SUGERY DUE TO ABNORMAL RESULTS I was aware that if any reason that a surgery was canceled on my part, I still will be responsible for the thousand dollars, however, the remaining money will get refunded back to the bank. However that isnt the case they are still holding onto funds that needs to be relinquish back to the bank. *** reached out to them since October 23 phone calls, and emails that I have record of stating they are working on it and the matter will be resolved, gave them another month reach back out. They are still working on it every time I call they are still working on it. We are now in April and still they have not relinquished the funds back to the bank. This is my only resolution to help me reverse the funds back to the bank. all before they was answering my emails now they are not responding to None of the emails is very frustrating. When I call and ask to speak to a manager or office manager, they claim they will give me a call back the next day by the end of the day of course the day comes however, the call never comes. I am rejecting this response because: with the supporting documents that I HAVE attached to the original complaint THEY HAVE BEEN TELLING ME THIS SINCE OCT 9 2023 AND STILL NO RESLOUTION I STRONGLY BELIEVE THATS A TACTIC THEY USE TO BRUSH YOU OFF SO I NEED A QUICKER RESOLUTION WE BEEN DOING THIS SAME OL DANCE FOR 6 MONTHS.
