    Hello, my name is ******* *****. I was supposed to come to CG cosmetics December 3 2024. get a surgery done a BBL 360 J plasma i paid ***** but when I met with my doctor ****** on December ****** for my post op he told me as we were going over paperwork and documentation that I cannot do the surgery because I am on *******. I told my coordinator which is ***** nov 11 ************************************************ on two weeks. And is it okay to stilll have surgery due to pre diabetic Im supposed to take a shot once a week she told me that it was still OK for me to complete the surgery and go forward with the surgery so I drove all the way to ************* and got the hotel room and got everything situated I paid ***** just for my surgery to get canceled by my doctor that was supposed to perform the surgery I paid all the fees for the massages 450, just for my surgery to get Canceled I went over all the contracts before I signed them and I seen that if they cancel my surgery that I will get my full refund. -$1000 deductible. Which was okay with me I didnt cancel my doctor did I cant reschedule to come back and pay an extra ***** for fees of hotel, rental car, gas, food, and massages when the coordinator should advise me that I wasnt able to be on Olympic and I would have to be off of it for a total of three weeks before surgery I have been reaching out to the accounting at CG cosmetics over 20 messages to see about my refund and they keep sending me the thing over and over again theyre working on the refund and thank you for patiently waiting. Its been four months, the contract says 30 days the longestit says 60 days. Im just confused about everything and I just want my refund back so I can let everything go and move forward with life.

    Contacted CG cosmetics in January for evaluation of plastic surgery. I was confused because I saw two addresses for Dr. **** so I questioned CG cosmetics about this. They informed me that he only practiced "exclusively at CG cosmetics". Later was contacted by his other office and was told that was not true and that he had another clinic not with CG cosmetics. I had already agreed on a date and time of surgery with CG cosmetics so chose to stay with them. Paid half the amount for surgery 1/17/25 which was $3,750. The agreement stated that ***** was non-refundable. The surgery was scheduled for April. I had booked hotel, flights, rental car. Was called and February and told that the doctor could no longer do the date agreed on. I did not have another date that I could take off work for this year. Told them I could not do the surgery if the date was changed and that I needed a refund. A refund request was sent 2/25/25. Online the policy states 21 days but I was emailed back and told to allow 30 business days for processing. It has been past the 30 business days and I was told that the accounting department had a backlog and could not process the refund at this time. No timeline given for when it could be completed. No one answers when transferred to the accounting department.

    CG Cosmetic company policy on their website states refunds are to be processed within 21 days of request and it's now going on 8 months. First it was due to technical difficulties then it's because they were closed for the Christmas holidays. CG Cosmetic didn't have any problems receiving my money but has numerous excuses on refunding it back to me. I've been extremely patient but this is totally unacceptable.

    CG Cosmetics contacted me directly and I received my refund within 2 1/2 weeks. I appreciate your assistance because had I not made the complaint with BBB; I'm 100% certain that I would still be waiting on my refund. Thank you

    I had scheduled two surgeries in December 2024 to be preformed in January of 2025. I had the first on Monday and the second would be on Friday . I had the breast augmentation Monday and because of over dosing on anesthesia I ended up throwing up for 4 days straight, was in the emergency room in the area alone and with no English speaking providers and was a complete nightmare. They owe me a refund for the 5500! And still have not received and its the end of March. I was told 30 days and it is well passed that time frame. The office only answers through email and I have called and emailed almost daily. I keep being told sorry for the delay its in process but it seems this is just their practice. Not only did I get sick, I was flirted with by the anesthesiologist instead of listening to my history. If he had listened I wouldnt have the outcome. I want my full refund and I am owed it now!!!

    On 11/4/24 I submitted an information request in regard to a procedure I was interested in undergoing to ***. That same day I was contacted via text by Zadisley, Coordinator, I was quoted $4,500. She explained that there was a promotion for 18 months 0% interest from the DATE OF SURGERY. It took me a couple of days to process and during the course I was bombarded with calls and texts insisting I book. On 11/8/24 I agreed to move forward with booking my surgery and was told numerous times over the phone by the coordinator that at any time I was able to cancel/change the surgery date as I was not held accountable for the amount until the surgery date. The first week of December 2024 I received an invoice from ******** Credit with a balance of $4,500. Naturally, I was confused and contacted Alphaeon, I explained my surgery was scheduled for 1/28/25 and surly there had to be a mistake as to why I was being charged in advance for a procedure I HADNT received. They suggested I contact *** and have them reverse the transaction. I immediately contacted ***, to my surprise you cannot speak to anyone in accounting over the phone and all correspondence has to be via email. Since then I have been emailing CGC numerous times to reverse the transaction. In every email they have a different excuse as to why it hasnt been done so and my credit has gone down 75 points.Response 12/3/24: Please allow us up to 30 business days to process your refund and remember that a thousand dollars is a non refundable fee based on the company's reimbursement and cancellation policy. Response 1/28/25: We understand your concerns and frustration but there have been several reasons for the delay (we were closed for the Holidays, technical update of the network data system). We will do our best to deliver your refund as soon as we can.Response 3/31/25: Your reimbursement will be processed, although it is taking longer than expected due to circumstances outside of our control.

    I had scheduled an upper and lower eye Blepharoplasty with Cg cosmetics with Dr ***** *******. The surgery was paid in full and scheduled months before i went. On the day of my surgery while walking to the operating room I was informed that they couldnt perform the pinch because the laser needed was in a different building. The pinch is used to tighten the skin slightly after the fat removal and is part of the procedure that I paid for. He told me the skin should tighten up and for me to wait a year and if I wasnt happy I could always schedule the pinch then. I recently reached out to them and was told my procedure was complete and they would not perform the pinch. I paid for this service as part of the operation and it was not completed and they are refusing to complete the procedure.

    Paid for a breast augmentation Aug 27th, 2024 in sum of $3,000. As required by CG cosmetics I had mammogram imaging which detected extensive breast cancer throughout my entire left breast. CG will not perform an augmentation on a mammogram detecting cancer, I informed them along with the images from the mammogram showing the cancer, that I needed to unfortunately cancel & was seeking a refund on December 12, 2024.     This company has a policy that ensures refunds will be made within 30 business days. I submitted a request for my refund on 12/13/24 expecting a refund some time in January! It is now 3/20/25 and Ive got nothing but excuses and more missed timelines. I feel helpless and frustrated!

    1st transaction - 12/16/24 (lipo 360 plus fat transfer to buttocks) $4500 2nd transaction - 1/3/25 (jplasma) $1500 Total- $6000 Amount I am supposed to be refunded- $5000 Scheduled Surgery date: 2/7/25 While getting my medical clearance for my surgery ***** days prior per the instructions lab order, I received unexpected blood work back that told me I was pregnant. This lab work was forwarded over to CG cosmetics by my provider. Therefore, since this was an elective surgery and not medically required, I had to cancel my surgery which I did immediately after finding out my results (1/22/25). Contacted my patient care coordinator, who told me she was going to speak with her manager regarding refund since this was an obvious rare situation and I medically and ethically could not get the surgery. I was told that they would give me a refund of 5000$, and that they would keep $1000 that could be used in the future for other services such as filler, *****, etc. them keeping the 1000$ was per their contract and for anesthesia and operating room costs. I was ok with that, and with the 5000$ refund. Was told by ** accounting and my coordinator that my refund would take 30 business days. It has now been 43 days and I have not received any refunds. I have sent 3 follow up emails to CG accounting, and one text to my coordinator. CG accounting keeps saying they apologize for the delay, and that they experienced technical difficulties but that it is coming. I keep getting the same or similar response with every email I send. My coordinator has not responded yet. I have various emails that say I will be refunded. I had every intention of scheduling another surgery with CG post- pregnancy but now am skeptical. I just want my money back for the service I did not and could not get.

    On or around I spoke to a surgical **** *******, at CG Cosmetics in *****, **. She got me approved for ******** Credit for a cosmetic proceedure. We had scheduled that for *****, I had to change my proceedure date and I spoke to ******* to let her know that I could not have my surgery on a Monday, it needed to be later in the week for travel purposes. I told her I would have to look at my schedule and let her know a different date. I SPECIFICALLY asked at this time if I would be chargd anything to change my date and she said no, that I would not be charged until I had my surgery. Today I get a notification that my payment to ******** is due on ***** and I check my mail that was in my office and sure enough, I had a credit statement where I was charged $4500.00 which is complete bullshi* because how can I be charged for a service that I never received and upon looking them up further, they have many complaints for this deceptive practice. I will supply statements if needed.
