      I paid $4500 for a BBL in January, 2023. My surgery was scheduled for May, 2023. In March of 2023 I called and cancelled my surgery due to medical issues Ive been having. I was told that I will receive a refund MINUS a $1000 cancellation fee. (I am perfectly fine with this. MONTHS LATER- still no refund. January 2024 I contacted them again about the refund and reached out to a supervisor. I got an email back telling me that I will receive the refund for $3500 within 30 business days. It is now February 2024- nearly March and still no refund. I have emailed them numerous times and they keep telling me the refund is coming- WHICH IS A LIE.

      I submitted a request for a breast consultation at Coral Gables Cosmetic Surgery on January 17th. After submitting the required documents, ******** reached out to me several times about scheduling an appointment and submitting payment. I told her I need to talk to my husband first and she said that even after submitting payment, I still had 24 hours to cancel. I believed her after doing my own research online and gave her my credit card. After this, she was unavailable to answer any questions so I started to question this procedure even more. I spoke with my doctor who also recommended against it and called **, as well as ********, to cancel the appointment and request a refund. This was several hours before the 24 hour ***** I then emailed the accounting department about the cancellation. ******** said she was going to email me a form that my doctor was to sign confirming this and my card would be refunded. I never received anything and I kept reaching out but there was no response. I was then contacted by text to confirm my appt, etc, even though I had told them again, I had cancelled a long time ago but ******** had not relayed this information or credited my card. I put a dispute in with Citi credit card and they started their investigation. Now, over a month later, the investigation was closed but in favor of Coral Gables. I feel this is wrong in every way possible. ******** said I would have 24 hours to confirm the final decision and my card would not be charged until then. I had canceled several times with her and the institution and this message was not communicated throughout. I did not have a service that was performed and was told my card would not be charged. Please let me know what information I can submit so I can get my refund in the amount of $4000.

      The procedure I was supposed to receive was an implant exchange/reduction. I was interested in the galaflex & per ****** the only way ****************** would do the galaflex was with a lift. The entire point of my choosing ****************** was because he said I didnt need a lift & could do the implant exchange without one. We decided I could do the implant exchange, galaflex & a crescent lift & in the future if I wanted a full lift we could discuss that at a later date. The game plan was to exchange my implants with implants that were a moderate profile & same size in diameter as the existing implants were very large. That is NOT what I received. The procedure performed was a full lift, smaller implants & a high profile. My ******* are not the same size, irregular & deformed. My scars are large & because ****************** didnt remove my entire ****** when moving its placement, I have left over areola underneath where my ******* were originally positioned which as you can imagine left me with not just the anchor scar but also the left over dark spots from my areola! I had serious complications from the lift that required me to pack holes the size of half dollars that again have left me with hideous scarring. You wont see your surgeon but another post op provider. I kept expressing my concerns & issues I was having & all I was told was nothing couldve been done at the ******** needed to wait a minimum of a year. Current day, the response received was you pay for the procedure not the outcome. They stated that I signed a consent form indicating I was satisfied with my procedure & not only did I not sign anything of the sort post operatively, but what they sent me was a form they made me sign during PRE OPP with the coordinator taking photos with no date on the form! This would have never happened if ****************** done what we discussed before surgery. The other response I received as to the Why behind what he did was because I was lacking upper pole fullness.

Nonetheless once surgery is completed you need to contact the follow up department and schedule a Consultation with the Doctor.       2-5-24 I flew to ***** from *******. From the finance department wanting an extra $500 because they said the owner isnt actually honoring the sale many of ** booked for, to being asked to switch doctors AT PRE OP CLOSING HOURS, to another doctor you did NOT want. So because you didnt want this random doctor you didnt pay for ** Cosmetics steals your $1,000 deposit even though the contract states they CAN NOT and only for select reasons. The Accounting email you need to get reimbursed for surgery is a joke as well. I will be attaching a screen shot of whoever runs accounting saying I need to talk to a supervisor but never getting me in contact with one and ignoring me ever since

      On August 12, 2022 I got arm liposuction and a BBL from ******************************. I expressed to my coordinator my main areas of concern during this process were my arms and this is the area I really want focus on. She acknowledged and said no problem. When arriving for preop I was told no one said anything about an arm procedure. I had to add it on, another 3k to my procedure. This was not an issue due to this being what I wanted done in the first place. After my surgery I noticed there was an immense amount of fat left over on both arms where it appears uneven lipo was done and some areas not even liposuctioned. When reaching out to CG they stated to wait 6 months to a year as results are final until then. After a year I reached out in regard to a revision with ******************* because my arms are completely botched, where they told me he says I need an arm lift. If this is what was needed to begin with this shouldve been stated instead of viewing me as nothing more then a dollar sign. This has created an immense amount of emotional distress for me as I wont wear dresses or short sleeves let along get in a bathing suit. Its highly unethical what they did and when I wrote to them in regard to them acting unethically I received no reply. I spent 9k on my total procedure and would like to get refunded for the arm liposuction which was only 3k due to this incident which will now need to be revised elsewhere.

      Good ******** services were rendered, when services are rendered unfortunately no refunds can be processed. You need to contact the follow up department to schedule a consultation with your surgeon to go over your post operative concerns. Also keep in mind that here is a limit on the amount of fat that can be extracted when doing liposuction, this is a  law. You also have the option of going thru a second procedure so more fat can be extracted. Please contact us and we will go over the different options you have.

      I am rejecting this response because Ive already reached out to the department youre telling me to reach out to and they told me a 6k procedure is now to be completed for an arm lift. While Im aware of the legal limits of fat that can be taken out, If the doctor saw me and knew there was too much fat or he wouldnt have been able to provide the desired results he should have been honest about this or recommended a different procedure to be completed for my desired results. I have proof Ive reached out and have not received a response about this unethical situation.

Because someone paid in full a refund cant be processed? Please explain that part about not being able to refund the arm liposuction portion. The expectation isnt a free service.

      I called them to ask about surgery and was pressured over the phone to secure my date at a locked in price by signing up for a credit card. I made the mistake of doing so before discussing with my doctor. Once I talked to them, *************** said I could not go through with the surgery. I called ** Cosmetics in June 2023 and requested a cancellation and was told that the money, minus $1000, would be refunded to the credit card within 30 days. I reached back out when this did not happen and was told that I failed to send an email to their accounting email and therefore it would be another 30 days. I emailed the accounting email that was given to me and they told me that it would be 30 days. Every single month since August, I have emailed them requesting my refund and they have not done it despite replying and apologizing. I have been stuck paying interest on the credit card they signed me up with for over 6 months at this point and have already paid $1600 towards a surgery I am not getting.

      On August 12, 2023 I had undergone surgery with CG Cosmetics (*****************) for Lipo 360 BBL, and arm Lipo. I expressed concerns to my coordinator prior to getting surgery stating my arms were my biggest area of concern and this is what I wanted to be focused on. When I went in for pre-op August 11 ** stated this wasnt on my paperwork and the surgery didnt have arm Lipo included. They charged me an additional 3k for my surgery for the arm Lipo when other places typically charge between $500-$1000. It was no problem, I paid it and expected to leave with great results as this was my main area of concern. left with botched arm liposuction and was told to wait 6months to a year when expressing my concerns. When I reached back out and asked for rectification for this issue I was told Id need to pay an additional 6k for an arm lift. This is highly unethical and unfair I wasted 3k. If the doctor did not believe he couldve done the job correct or believed I needed a different procedure, this shouldve been discussed. I paid ** a total of 9k and am looking for a refund for the arm liposuction. When emailing them back in regards to my poor results and how unethical theyve acted I received not response.

      ************, unfortunately when services have been rendered we can not process a refund because expenses were already paid to Surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses and medical team to be able to perform the procedure. We have our follow up department who is in charge of evaluating any patient not satisfied with the results and seek alternatives.  Please contact our follow up department and follow up on a revision appointment.       I had a breast augmentation booked for sept 7th with CG cosmetics. I wired them money from my bank and the surgery was paid off. I was travelling from ****** and was not let into the US ( I have no criminal record or pending charges) I called ** and let them know I had to cancel my surgery and the reason. They agreed to keep my deposit but refund me $2980 USD. It is now February 12th 2024 and I am still waiting for my refund and keep receiving the same response from the accounting department.

      I scheduled surgery and paid in full for my procedure. I decided to cancel due to bad reviews and I started getting feeling like the place was a chop shop where they just book a bunch of appointments and have everyone waiting around with no real personal care even though you can lose your life while there. I wouldnt be able to even meet my doctor until the day of surgery and no real answer if I would see him afterwards as well. I didnt want to have my surgery with them so I canceled in writing and over the phone. I followed all of their instructions for a refund and WAS even ok with losing the nonrefundable $1,000. I would just take that loss for letting them talk me into booking so fast. On November 13, 2023 I received an email stating my refund request was received and the refund would be processed within 30 business days. Just like many many others my refund was NOT processed. I sent a follow up email on January 12, **** stating that my refund was not received and I received a response same day stating that it was still being processed and should clear soon. Today is February 8, **** and I have yet to receive my refund nor have I received any follow up from their accounting department. At this point I want the ENTIRE amount refunded back. It has been three months and I have requested a refund twice. I dont see how this is not considered theft. I did not have my surgery. I canceled according to their guidelines. And they still have not done their part or followed through on their word and refund the money. This business has yet to learn their ****** from the many complaints. Its scary that they handle peoples lives on a daily basis and scam people all at the same time.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The business is giving me the run around. They have just sent me an email stating verbatim The truth of the matter is that we have been experiencing delays in the reimbursement process. However, clearly this is an ongoing problem for all who request refunds. A previous customer submitted a complain on this platform and they requested a refund and got an acknowledgment from the business on the same day as me (11/13/2023. Check recent complaints filed) but they filed their BBB complaint before me and have received their refund. How can you have delays when refunds processed on the same day to the same credit service get processed at different times? The only way to get your money back from these people is to beg! They are unethical and straight crooks! Process my refund ASAP! It does not take 3 months! And also, if you read the complaints they give everyone different expected times. Some they tell 25 days, most have been told 30 days, and some get told 45 days before the refund. They have no intention of refunding anyones money. They hope that we give up! This is theft by taking. Period!

      Again, another lie. I just got off the phone with the card company and only $1,500 was refunded. My card was charged $9,000 for a procedure that I never got and was cancelled according to the businesses rules and yet you think refunding $1,500 is acceptable? This company is crooks and I pray that everyone involved gets locked up. Im actively working with a group to start a class action suit for unprocessed refunds. Please stop playing with me and refund the money that is owed! Im not asking you to do anything other than what you should do as a business. This is theft by taking literally! You guys have never even seen my face in that office and you think its ok to not refund the full amount thats owed to me? This has got to stop.

      I contacted ** cosmetics to have a procedure done. I started the process of financing on January 9th, ****, My fiance and I both took out a cc through ** Cosmetics with a total of $9500. We set the surgery up for February 26th, ****. On January 11th, ****, I cancelled the surgery. We had things come to our attention that we needed to research further and we also decided we needed to do other things with that money. All of that is irrelevant but I wanted to cancel my surgery. So to get a refund my surgery coordinator said I had to call the accounting department. You cant call them, you have to email them. I have had zero response. They were quick to take my money but now will not respond about my refund. I also have made a dispute with the cc company. They have charged both of our credit cards for the full amount of the procedure that I never had and cancelled one day after all the financing went through. There has been no correspondence from them to my emails. Id like my refund.

      Good morning, refunds are processed thru the ********************** you need to send an email to *************************************** and include your Full Name, Date of Birth and accounting department will respond back to you with an email confirmation stating it was received. Please make sure that the right email address is used, since sometimes patients wrote to the wrong email address and then they claim nobody has responded. Please make sure cosmetic does not ends on an S.

      I sent another email to the accounting department. If I hear back from them before this 10 day period is up I will let you know. If not I will want to keep the complaint open until resolved.
