      I REQUESTED TO CANCEL MY SURGERY AND RECEIVE A REFUND ON 5/5/22, AND 5/9/22. THE SURGERY SCHEDULED 7/25/22 HASBEEN CANCELLED. HOWEVER, NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALLS , MESSAGES ,OR EMAILS REGARDING MY REFUND. I AM ENTITLED TO A REFUND DUE TO CANCELLING MY SURGERY AND REQUESTING THE REFUND PRIOR TO 60 DAYS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED SURGERY THAT HAS BEEN CANCELLED. I HAVE PAID A TOTAL OF $ ********. I UNDERSTAND THAT I WON'T GET MY DEPOSIT OF $984.00 BACK , AND I MAY NOT GET THE RESCHEDULING FEE OF $500.00 OR THE CONTRACT EXTENSION FEE OF $600.00 BACK., WHICH IS FINE.       This is for *** ****************** I was supposed to have surgery April 1st 2022 I gave *** aesthetic the ******************************************************************************************************************************************************** the day of surgery after I met my surgeon in after he drew on me waiting to go through my surgery he asked me questions that I already answered before having surgery he asked me how many times do you take your asthma pump I inform them twice a day or sometimes none he asked me again for my sleep apnea do I have my machine and I informed him you guys never told me to bring my machine for my sleep apnea that y'all knew a month in ahead of time that I got cleared for so when already I saw his face that he was kind of spectacle about working with me which they knew about my medical history and because I tested positive for nicotine which I told them I smoke weed marijuana I don't smoke cigarettes and I smoke weed either with joint papers or blunt wrappers and iPhone the nurse of my pre-op that was March 31st ************************************************************************************************************** back I always informed him I smoke weed is that a problem no I hear no no no good fine so then the day of surgery when they stay test I test positive or negative ion formula I told you guys I smoke weed and it was no problem with the other representative the nurse I'll talk to the other day so when the anesthesia saw me he didn't want to work on me and told me that I cannot work on you this time I have already took time off for my new job I let them know before I started this job I had Affair to go to that I needed this time out I didn't have this time off from March 31st into April 14th I've been off with no pay because of this and they could have for me before I gave me an extended all my money the day before they could have let me know they didn't feel comfortable with having surgery and I felt really distraught about this situation because *** never never called and never check up on you and this is not the first time I did have surgery for a b b l i didn't have surgery 2 years ago 4 Jolly surgery in ******* ************* with the same health problems with no problem they was on point calling me checking up on me the month before surgery everything went fine dealing with *** I went through too much now that I need my money back they playing games with me I'm a single parent that I worked hard to get this certain another surgery for you guys to tell me cuz of my nicotine and I'm telling you guys I cannot reschedule. I have no time I just started this job and I'm not going to lose my job and be homeless to be off to have a BBL you have to be off for a couple of weeks I had my weeks off I can't do it anymore no time no time soon. If I cannot have surgery I need my money back as fast as I gave it to *** ****************** and they study telling me that they going to call me I need my money I need my $7,000 and I'm a single parent and I've been going back and forth with them since April the 1st since I didn't had my was supposed to have my surgery I need help asap I also recommend people in ******* ******** about *** instead of going to ******* to get surgery and for me to go through this thing with me and I'm very disappointed how they do things they don't try to contact you they don't try to follow up with you you get clear for medical in everything they still cancel your surgery which left me with no money days off that I couldn't work that I had to provide for my family and I need help with getting my money back in a timely manner during this time trying to have surgery with *** ****************** when *** did call me back to confirm they got my lab work I was very distraught about when they call me to verify I'm all my lab work and blood test was fine one of the representatives verified my information and after I verified my information she informed me 00 we see that you are h i v positive and I say how is that Mam and I'm the one that's text you my information and I see my blood work for myself and my bloodwork says negative and so she proceeded to say well you got to check with the lab that you went to such and such and I informed her mail I'm reading the same thing I just sent you where do you get that I have hiv-positive and mine says I'm negative that right there should they had let me know I should have turned my back on *** ****************** but trying to call and scare me maybe a little more money from a different ref presented to him I don't know but why would somebody tell me that even if I did have it you not in a position to tell me that I have AIDS which was not true that the straw to be for not having surgery at first but I still proceed it to want to have my surgery and when I called the number that called me to complain about the representative letting me know trying to tell me that I'm hiv-positive which was negative I left a message and complained about it never received the call back I left my number my name and my address cuz I was very disappointed and distraught that why would you tell me something like that and I'm the one that have my results that I faxed over to you personally so why wouldn't I see that for myself that right there I did not like how *** did they business and after that I never received a call every time I had questions always had to call them and never follow up with me with any thing at all and I'm very very disappointed in *** and I don't understand how they trying to not give me my money back I understand if it's a fee for a little something of that nature but you think that they going to just keep my $7,000 that I work for I'm not having it that's not right and it's not cool at all for a big-name company to even do anything of that nature and I really want you guys to help me settle this situation because I really need my money back in a timely manner I'm so single parent I got two kids and I'm working in trying to maintain with all these have prices and food on my own that would have been a gift for me to have that I worked hard for now they trying to hold my money in like it's a prisoner and it's not right *** has a lot of different couple different locations and they making money why are you guys trying to keep my money that's what I don't understand about *** and I would really like for you guys to help me through this is very stressful situation I've been going through a lot of stress depression I just going back to work on the 14th with my day going back to work after being off since March 31st I ******************* because of them thinking I need to be off and they trying to tell me where we you can reschedule if I'm study telling you I cannot reschedule I have kids and go to school I have a new job I cannot just take off like that and having a BBL you need at least three to four weeks off to not sit on your **** and I know that because I had it 2019 December and I had to go through the same thing with being off for almost a month and I cannot afford to be off again like I told her so how if I'm telling you I still can't be off you still trying to hold my money I don't think that's fair and I don't think that's right and for them to be a big business they should know better than that. I need my money like everybody else be theirs and I think it's wrong that the day of surgery after I met my sorry **** and he gave me the okay to have surgery and then I meant meet the anesthesia nurse you have some problem with working on me cuz I got a split sleep apnea which you guys do that already I informed you of it I got paperwork still not cleared for everything everything was approved for me to have surgery what was the problem with it and it seemed like the guy was kind of young and he wasn't sure about if he should work or at work on me if that's the case y'all should have told me that the day before I was in surgery getting

      I purchased 3 massages from the company, I was scheduled to receive one that day and a concierge would call and scheduled my other two. Over my stay in ******* I reached out numerous times via email and by phone to recieve my last 2 massages. I was unsuccessful. I was then told I had to email the refunds department for a refund. I did that over three weeksvago with no response. I want my money back

      My surgery was cancelled by Mia ****************** ******* after paying in full, submitting their medical questionnaire, submitting excellent labs and an approved medical clearance from my PCP...supposedly due to my "medical history". I was previously approved and had a successful cosmetic procedure completed in ******* by a reputable board certified surgeon approximately 6 months ago, therefore I'm uncertain as to why Mia ****************** was unable to approve me. They informed me that they will refund my money ($6,800) minus the booking fee ($600). All of my money should be refunded INCLUDING the booking fee. I'm beginning to believe that they are in the business of profiting on potential clients deposits (booking fees). I can't wait to see how long it takes for them to refund my money; seriously thinking that this will be a problem also.Update: I e-mailed *********************************************...awaiting a favorable outcome or at the very least...a response.

      I am rejecting this response because If the business cancelled my surgery for whatever HIPPA related reason and refused to do the surgery, then EVERYTHING that I paid should be refunded; my deposit should be refunded. I do not agree with their policy of no refund on deposit under any circumstances, ESPECIALLY if they are refusing to do the surgery.

      I made an apt for lipo 360 about 3 months ahead of the scheduled date. A little more than One month before, I got sick so I wanted to reschedule. Theyre going to charge me $1,000 for a rescheduling!!! Are you serious? For what? Clicking a button? Its not like I canceled the day before! I think Im going somewhere else for my surgery. The consultants take forever to answer their emails and they dont even read the your questions, they just send pre written scripts back to you.

      I was scheduled for surgery May 2021. I had to reschedule my surgery for January 2022. Fist off let me say the lab department did not send the things I required until 2 weeks before my surgery. I turned in all requested documents. Well they had been faxed in by the doctor. Then after calling *** multiple times regarding my labs a lady goes off on me saying my labs are fake but all information had been sent in through doctor. She stated there had been old labs included with that information. I explained I didnt know how and it must have been added in with the new documents by mistake. Then proceeded to tell me my surgery was canceled because my hemoglobin was too low anyway and there wouldnt be time to fix it. And also stated you better be glad I didnt band you from booking. Which should be on a recoded line. Then ran into several issues when trying to reschedule. They have been giving me the run around about someone calling me back. Now after I have requested a refund someone has called me back stating I have been banned from booking and my money has been forfeited but Ive already paid over ***** of my ***** dollars. All I want is a refund back because Im so over ***. Now I have no surgery and out of money. That is the only resolution I want because the whole time they gave me a run around and no one would even reschedule my surgery.

      On 11/16/2021 I contacted *** Aesthetics regarding possible procedures. I stated several times that I would need an in person consultation because this was a complex revision case. *************************** responded letting me know that the doctor that I chose would be reviewing the photos and would make a decision. I was hesitant to pay for a date without reassurance that the doctor could handle a revision case. On 11/18/2021, I was in contact with *****************************. ******* worked hard to get me in contact with someone who would get me in contact with the doctor to again, make sure that the procedure was safe and doable. On 11/22/2021 I was contacted by *************************. He reassured me that he was working hard to contact the doctor for an answer on whether or not he could perform the revision. Several months went by and I got a call from Libriana G. whom stated that the doctor did not feel comfortable performing the procedure and that my surgery was cancelled. I asked about a refund and on a recorded call, she stated to contact ********************* and that she was the refund supervisor and that she would process the refund since the doctor cancelled the surgery. On 2-1-2022 ************************* escalated the case to the refunds department. On 2-8-2022 ***************************** emailed me and denied a refund. I am not in agreement with this decision and I am seeking a refund due to the fact the contract was voided by the surgeon and not the patient.

We did not adjust or lower her  booking fee after she signed the second contract, because the surgery date  booked was still secured, though there was an adjustment in  surgery package with us. As previously advised, the booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances and the denial of your refund request will be sustained.

      I placed a deposit of $500 with Mia ****************** with a surgery date of 5/10/21. They denied me for the surgery stating that my test results were positive for amphetamines. I have been a Respiratory Therapist for 30 years and dont take any prescribed medications and could not understand how I could be positive for amphetamines. They explained that my energy drink could have caused the problem, however I accepted the explanation and decided to reschedule. I called continuously 3-4 times a week and it took me 8 months to get a hold of the ***************************, the surgery scheduler. Destiny requested a new deposit on 11/14/21 of $500 to reschedule the surgery, which I paid on 11/14/21. It took Destiny almost 2 weeks to email me a copy of the receipt, which I received on 12/1/21 after daily calls requesting a confirmation of the deposit received and my new surgery date. So finally I receive my new surgery date which I was told would be 4/4/22. On 1/6/22 I received a email from *************************** stating that my surgery had been canceled due to a refund inquiry made back in May 2021. She also informed me that the total balance paid that had been paid would be completely forfeited. Destiny stated that to reschedule my surgery again, I would have to pay $1500 in addition to the total amount of the surgery. This is fraudulent because the refund inquiry occurred 8 months prior to the new deposit of $500 given on 11/14/21. I should have not been allowed to reschedule a surgery if that was their policy, *** should not have asked for another $500 deposit if, due to their policy, they were not going to perform a surgery on me.*** continues to email me and call regarding the surgery date of 4/4/22. This company is fraudulent and preys on low income people that sacrifice to pay money for a chance to have a dream body. Most of Mias' clients are low income and young and *** ****************** takes advantage of the fact that most of us cant afford an Attorney.

      This company stole my money from me because I paid debit/cash versus a credit card. I had up until January 20 to have my lab work done and they canceled my surgery that is scheduled on February 21 because I did not submit my lab work in time? They canceled my surgery on January 5 two weeks prior to when my lab work was due so that they could keep my money. I was well within my timeframe to have my lab work done and I've been hearing from hundreds of women that they are notorious of robbing individuals who pay cash or debit because they can't get the funds returned back to them unless it's credit complaints. They stole $730 deposit from me and canceled my surgery and will not return any phone calls or emails
