  Terrible place. They require a 10% deposit and I checked the reviews and the surgeons qualifications and they are not great to put it lightly. By the time I realized it was a scam they pocketed the deposit and told me they'd have to charge me again for canceling. Avoid this place like the plague

  I had a death in my family, and I couldnt continue with my surgery. After dealing with the death of a close family member I just didnt feel up to doing a surgery. I asked for my refund back or even half, they said no we cant. Never book with ****************************** The only reason they even got a star is because I had to in order to proceed.

  if you want to join a class action lawsuit contact smmsolis at *****. com BEWARE SCAM THIS COMPANY STEALS DEPOSITED MONEY after their **** deny surgery to the patients. Even if you pass all your requirements their doctors refuse to do surgery on you with no explanation you can write and write requests for weeks and months and no one will get back to you!! IF and when they do, they say you've met the requirements of their agreement and that they're keeping your money and they do not offer you any explanation as to why their doctors refused it. You can cancel 61 days in advance, and they still keep your money. You can fail your required tests from your doctors. And they keep your money. So to review you call this place on the phone for a consultation they trick you by saying in order to have a consultation you have to put a deposit down.... there's no paperwork there's nothing to sign. You can email their labs department AND their concierge department and never hear back for months. They refuse to give you your money back even though they do not perform the surgery with no written explanation... This is war!!! . I have multiple people from across the country that they have done this to. If you would like to be a part of this, please HELP BRING JUSTICE . There's absolutely no reason if you canceled 61 days in advance to not get your money back too there is no reason for if your medically denied and you're not able to have the surgery medically you should get your deposit back. They should have to provide you information as to why they're canceling your appointment last minute and they don't and they do it and they keep the money. Join us to get this ABSOLUTELY EVIL company of butcher ********************** I canceled in WRITING 61 days prior to surgery AND failed the tests...kept my deposit

  I had a surgery scheduled for April 15th. They requested additional blood work and test to be performed by my Dr. ***** completing all of it I was finally cleared. I went to my pre-op and was told we would be proceeding with the surgery. The morning of surgery i received a message to contact them. When I did they told me they were cancelling my surgery. I did everything they asked for. They cancelled the surgery but will not return my $600 deposit.

  Worst experience EVER! Concierge service is terrible. They try to collect payment without U meeting the doctor. I had to demand a in person consultation was told it would be 2 months before I could schedule in person consultation. I scheduled consultation. I was told by the concierge service the doctor couldn’t do the BBL based on the pictures only, but at my consultation, doctor said he could do the BBL. My pre-op was a day before surgery. Me & my husband went, we paid. We did everything they asked of us. Day of surgery, they wouldn’t allow my husband to come back & wait with me. It was freezing cold & I had on a paper gown and some compression socks they brought in. 10 minutes before my surgery they said they needed my husband’s physical care credit card & ID after we were just there the day before and already paid signed all the paperwork, now 10 minutes before they can’t do it without this stuff. I requested a refund, they came back in 1-2 hrs later & said they are taking me to surgery. The room was freezing, no blankets, table was metal. Next thing I know I wake up in excruciating pain, no blankets, freezing cold in recovery room. The nurse tells me to shut up before I could have pain meds. I didn’t have an IV hooked up. Nurse finally came over & gave me a shot in my arm. Have no idea what it was. It did nothing for the pain.. they take you out a back door beside dumpsters in wheel chair, no walking you or nothing first. Blood drops all over floor from other people. They shoved me into the back of my van, before I was all the way in she shut the door with my legs bent up. I was in excruciating pain. I couldn’t lay on my stomach from the lipo, I couldn’t lay on my back. My post-op was horrible waited 2hrs before finally getting my compression suits & stuff I paid for. Never saw doctor at Post-op. Never called me to follow up, until about 1 month after, they texted me for pictures, I said yes, saw a dip in my butt, texted about it, never heard from them again

  Im filing a complaint against because they took my deposit and I have a situation where Im not able to do the surgery. I asked them for a refund and they completely ignored me.

  I had a very bad experience here. After my surgery I spent 1.5 weeks in the hospital because Dr. ***** ********** left my incensions open after surgery and I was bleeding out and could have passed if not rushed to the hospital. I fainted 2 hours after surgery due to blood loss. I had to get 2-3 blood infusions, I woke up on the surgery table in excruciating pain and had to beg for something for pain because all I got after surgery was a *******. I am now requesting my medical records about 1.5 months ago and they are still stalling on sending them. I call them 3 times a week and they still have not sent me the invoice to get my medical records but lie on the phone and say theyre going to send it to my email. Yes overall I had a HORRIBLE experience, if it was not for the hospital stabilizing me I dont know how I would have healed or even could have died. So yes I do not recommend this place to anyone. They do give good money deals but you have to decide if thats worth it, I just never heard of your incisions being left open for you to bleed out after surgery in my life, the hospital said he was supposed to at least put drains in my incisions but not leave them open.

  MIA Aesthetics is not a professional practice. I booked a mommy makeover August 2024 but I wasn't certain about the breast augmentation. When I explained this to the coordinator she said it was fine to let them know once I decided. This was discussed as I was being persuaded into submitting my deposit of $1000 before the date I needed was booked. When I came to terms of not moving forward with the breast augmentation I was told that it would void their promotion price. I felt very blind sided by this information as it was not mentioned during my booking with the coordinator. I was rudely transferred several times and was assured that I would get a call back about a refund but never did until a few weeks ago when I called again. I lost all hope in MIA when they switched the prices and attitude. As a patient going through surgery I want full transparency, honesty, and respect from a practice and MIA Aesthetics does not hold those qualities. I encourage everyone to read the reviews on this office. They are not honest and only persuade people into making their deposit.

  I definitely want to encourage people to take time to read the reviews . I have been scammed out of my $532.00 deposit after I was persuaded to pay my deposit before the available date became full I Was Not told about the other out of pocket medical Expenses that were NOT included before my surgery (scheduled by the patient and the provider they may choose at the patients expense ) this Not shared until the patient pays their Deposit . I started fighting to get my deposit back when I received the email of pre op out of pocket requirements I was told deposit was non refundable I did not see or speak to the surgeon or a medical professional I met with a surgery scheduler who deliberately deceived me Beware Scammers comes in different forms and profession Scammed G K

  I am filing a complaint against Mia ********* due to their refusal to refund my deposit for a surgery that they canceled last minute.I was scheduled for surgery on March 5th, 2025. After completing all necessary steps, including blood work and obtaining clearance, they informed me multiple times that I was cleared for surgery. However, they then informed me on March 3rd that the doctor canceled the surgery due to concerns in my paperwork, despite offering other surgeries.They promised me a refund over the phone on several occasions, but now claim it's against their policy. I have been unable to reach them for further clarification.This has caused me financial and emotional distress, especially after arranging travel for family members. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue and obtaining my refund.Thank you.
