I had my consultation and after I was ready to schedule surgery. I scheduled surgery for July 19th 2024. I was told I had to put 10% down which was $609. I was told everything was included and told there would be no extra charge. Once I got off phone I received several emails and 1 stated that I had to pay for preop virtual appt and lab work which was not told to me. I disputed it and then *** contacted me and convinced me that all was fine. I cancelled dispute. Then a week later I got an email stating they canceled my surgery and if I wanted to reschedule I would have to pay another $609 and no refund on previous down payment. This business is garbage and a bunch of scammers. I would not recommend them. When I called them they argued with me and kept going in circles telling me I would need to pay more. Then had enough nerve to say if I change my mind I can reschedule but have to pay cash. What a piece of c*** of a business. Scam alert.

I had my surgery with ********************** on 2/7/24 I had 360 lipo/BBL. When I went in for my surgery the anesthesiologist was extremely warm and friendly so was the front desk,my coordinator ***** was amazing. But here is were the problems started I was told by ********************** and his team that after the initial swelling in three months I should see my results however I look EXACTLY the same pre surgery my weight stayed at 224 my waist is STILL 36 inches and my hips went from 45 to 47 inches which hardly looks like anything. The only thing that happened was that I lost 4,600$. I am hoping to at least get a revision but Will have to pay an additional 3500$ for anesthesia.

There practices are deceptive. The company will take your deposit .It should be disclosed at the time of booking that it's non refunded and you will lose it even if the cancelation or problems occurs from the company it self.

This company is fraud. They advertise board certified surgeons, and most of them are not. When you find out the surgeon is in fact NOT, they refuse to give you back the deposit. They also have nonmedically educated individuals making the phone calls to complete medical info. The whole place is a complete joke. BEWARE!

I was asked to pay over five thousand dollars for a procedure. When I arrived at the clinic I they gave me a test after which they told me I had failed the test and would have to wait 30 days for a reschedule. I rescheduled and was charged an additional sum of $750.00 I asked what further tests are you going to give me after I had been told I would be charged an additional $500,00 for a blood saver. They said no further charges. So I turned up a second time a month later and was told I failed the test and that for a reschedule they would charge me an additional $1500.00. I declined to take any further tests as they had not given me the service I requested and the doctor said he didnt want to proceed with the surgery. That was the second time the same surgeon has said he did not want to complete the surgery. I do not want to be operated on by a surgeon who doesnt want to work. And I also do not want to model a plastic surgeons work and give free advertising to an elective industry that is high risk for major complications. As a model I didnt think it would be worth effecting the lives of people I dont know and giving like I wrote free advertising after paying several thousand dollars. I am seeking a full refund from the company.

It's not with a doctor or nurses, and all their phone reps barely speak English, can't answer any questions and read off a phone script. You also go through a 20 minute scripted list of the same questions each and every time you call before you're allowed to ask your one quick question. There is no receptionist, just a call center of random girls They take your deposit up front and promise you that you can meet with a doctor in person at some point to talk about realist expectations and results.I was told and have in writing what I wanted to address and my concerns were before my procedure, and told it would be no problem. Yet I was brushed off via multiple, like at least 8, phone calls to meet with the surgeon in person BEFORE my procedure, and when I met him the day of, he said that I would need a whole different procedure and he couldn't do it that day and I'd need to book a whole new surgery. He apologized saying that this happens often and he is aware that they are supposed to be booking in person consultations upon request of the patient and are not doing it. It's a common issue for them.They switched my doctor because the one I booked quit. Should have been a redflag.Their goal is to take your money and run.THE *** OF SURGERY I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER $800 OR I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET MY SURGERY!! So much more to write!

HORRIBLE COMPANY BEWARE!!!! I signed up for lipo360 8 weeks away. I was told my BMI needed to be under 40 , which would have been easy, losing 6 to 8 lbs. I figured it would be under sedation because it involves twelve different body parts and drainage tubes. I gave them my deposit and received an email 2 days later which said "AWAKE LIPO" below 40 BMI and any other procedure below 34. I emailed them back to clarify and they said I would have to be below 34 BMI to be sedated. I would have NEVER agreed to be awake , nor would I have agreed to kill myself to lose ************** to be under 34 in eight weeks. They never gave me an option if I wanted awake lipo or sedation, they are misleading and I am filing a complaint to attempt to get my deposit back. Do not use this company they are ******. You never get to speak to a doctor the customer service people set up all your stuff you're talking to ten different people It was a horrible experience.

Mia Aesthetics called me on January 17 2024, because I filled out a questionnaire on instagram the day before expressing interest in the 360 lipo. I sent pictures and the lady went over my pictures and asked my weight I told her 230 she said okay you have time to work on it, you just have a little ways to go so I said cool.i scheduled my appointment for May 20. She asked which location I planned on going to, I said the one I. Chicago. She said the Doctor will be **** ********* I said I want one of the best doctors. She also stated that they are running a special and book my appointment because it’s going fast. She said 10 percent down payment, she never said it was a 10 percent non refundable booking fee. I would never had booked it I would have waited a little longer. I recently found out that my weight needs to be down to 204 I am not trying to lose all of that weight . My weight is mostly all booty and I want to keep my but and lose my stomach. I found another plastic surgeon who’s bmi is not limited and called Mia Aesthetics to get my money back and cancel everything I think it was Thursday I told them that the lady never said anything to me about I can’t get a refund they haven’t even did anything yet. I want my money back I don’t want them to do anything for me now. This is my first time calling about plastic surgery of any kind . I just want my deposit back that’s all asap thanks

They basically steal your money. I paid my $500 deposit and they canceled my surgery 2 days before it was to occur because I found out I had a thyroid disorder. This IS NOT LISTED as something to prevent a procedure and I only mentioned it on the phone in small talk. THEY ALSO MISREPRESENT THEIR CAPABILITIES. I had NEVER, EVER heard of "multiple rounds" until I just so happened to join a social media group. The women in there are the only reason I found out that my desired results are not attainable with one round. Do you think the sales consultant said anything? Absolutely not. They looked at my pictures and detailed my desires as if they'd be completed with the surgery in question. I will be absolutely be suing them.
