      On 7/19/2024 I purchased a meal from Burger King for $12.74. Unfortunately, my order was forgotten about and I was not able to receive my food due to being required to return to my place of employment before my lunch ended. After leaving the receipt and not collecting the food, I reached out to Burger King who informed me they could refund me. I no longer possessed the receipt but did provide them with a copy of my bank statement indicating that the transaction had in fact gone through and the exchange of good did not occur. They informed me that their computer was not able to see the resolution of the photo. Upon checking, the transaction was clearly legible and decipherable via the image I had sent. The customer service agent was not opening the document correctly and/or could have zoomed in/out. They then informed me they wouldnt be providing me a refund.

      I just visited the location ****************************************. I ordered 2 whopper meals and presented the ** Code at the window for the cashier to scan. The cashier , who was Hispanic female, was sarcastic and nasty the entire interactions. It went from $22 to $38. I asked for the manager, who was a black female, came over and said she would fix it. Just for her to be huffing and puffing saying i shouldve done it before. I can explain more when I am contacted. I am driving now and too furious to wait until i get home. I was called a *** for using a coupon. The window slammed shut on me! Without any food. Absolutely disgusting and repolsive behavior! Nasty attitudes. Demeaning people for a coupon? Really? Insults and racists.

      I PLACED AN ORDER AT BURGER KING AND THEIR SITE CHARGED ME FOR 2 ORDERS THEY REFUNDED ME FOR 1 BUT THEY CHARGED ME BUT THE FOOD WAS OF POOR QUALITY POORLY PREPARED THE FRENCH FRIES WITHOUT SALT OR FLAVOR THE BURNT BURGER MEAT THE CHICKEN NUGGET WERE OLD AND HARD AND THEIR OIL IS ALREADY RANDOM AND THEY DON'T WANT TO REFUND THE ***** DOLLARS FOR THE POOR QUALITY FOOD THAT WENT IN THE ***** BECAUSE THEY DID NOT ALLOW ME TO GO AND RETURN THEM. I EXPLAIN TO THEM THOUSANDS OF TIMES THAT THEY ONLY REFUNDED THE ORDER THAT WAS GENERATED EXTRA BUT THEY DID NOT REFUND THE ORDER THAT THEY SENT OF POOR QUALITY AND THEY TELL ME ONE THING THEN ANOTHER AND ANOTHER THEY TALK TO ME ABOUT REFUNDS THAT DO NOT CORRESPOND TO THE ORDER WHICH IS IN THE IMAGES THAT I AM MAKING THE CLAIM I EXPLAIN TO THEM AGAIN AND THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND OR THEY DON'T WANT TO UNDERSTAND THEY TELL ME THEY WILL GIVE ME A COUPON FOR 15 THEN A COUPON FOR 30 AFTER THEY REFUNDED ME FOR THE ORDER AND IT'S A LIE THEY HAVE ONLY REFUNDED THE DUPLICATE ORDER BUT NOT THE DAMAGED ORDER

      They are liars, they say that they gave me 2 coupons of 15 dollars and it is a lie, I never received them in any email. This is the code, not even in an image or written. Nothing, they just say that they give them but they don't give them, such a dishonesty company.

      Missing item chicken nuggets this is the second time I've had an issue with this Burger King the food is not worth the money I do not want rewards points I want my money back I was not given the item so I do not expect to be charged for it.

      I ordered burger king through Uber eats/Postmates and I didn't get my 8 piece nuggets and medium fruit punch hi ci and the food I did get was cold and poorly packed. I told **** eats and they did not want compensate for the missing items and other issues with my order. I order from burger king on victory drive in ******** ,** the order number I got from Uber eats was #3CC74. I will show order number at the end of this inquiry. I would like a supervisor to step in this situation and I would like my money back in full to my debit card I would like a supervisor to let Uber eats know I prefer a refund. It doesn't make sense to have everything on the receipt I order but it doesn't get fulfilled.

      I wa looking online for good between Burger King and door dash I thought I was on door dash and my phone glitched and I click Burger King *** and it said I had drive through orders I didnt mean to click it they took money off my card I been calling for three days no answer on phones the online support ask me question thats not to my problem they are not giving my money back

      I had about 1200 points supposed to expire today at midnight tonight, I goto use my points today before they expire and it said they expired at 9:01 today? WTH why!!??? Thats not fair or right!!! I want to use my points!!!

      I ordered 6 croissant sandwiches and received 4 croissant sandwiches and 2 biscuit sandwiches. In addition, the food was cold, old and inedible. I contacted Burger King through their online complaint form and was contacted by ******* and ****** who refused to refund my order. I want a full refund.

      Ill ordered food for delivery via the Burger King website on 6/21/2024 and the food was delivered very late. When received it was ice cold. I contacted Burger Kings customer service as soon as I received it with no response. I contacted Burger King again on 6/24/2024 and they finally responded via email and could only offer me a 5$ coupon for over 30$ of ice cold nasty food! Im sorry but that is ridiculous. That food was for 4 people what is 5$ going to do for me for 4 people?!
