It seems that this restaurant is constantly sending out old food to **** eats customers anytime a discount promo is used. The food quality my daughter and her friends received was horrible and incorrect. I reached out to **** to no avail but the responsibility for packing and sending out horrible inedible food lies solely with this franchise location and with the burger king corporation for disregarding the numerous complaints about this location and allowing it to continue to operate in a predominantly people of black and Latino neighborhood. We deserve better and franchises need to be made aware that anything less than top class quality food will not be tolerate and allow to serve any community using the name BURGER KINGInitial Complaint

On 4/3/25 at approximately 8:20 am I went to the above described Burger King, used my BK App to register points, and decided to order the advertised 2 for $5 Double Croissantwhiches off the board. The manager and employee said the price was wrong. But it was advertised on the board. The manager is responsible for fixing those issues on her board and with price issues. Very unprofessional over a dollar and their fault to not correct the issue on spot and then worse to tell me of thousands of customers complaining the same way. Fix the issue and the complaints stop. I placed an order for delivery on the app December ******* once for $26.96 and another for $20.48 neither were delivered and I was charged. I had tried several times to contact store and could not, app was unhelpful as well. In March I tried to order again on the app for delivery and each time I hit pay it would switch to pick up. I never got food and once again was charged twice on March ****** for $22.90. I contacted store and they did nothing. Sent messages on app and I finally got response and they did refund 3/9/25 charges but refuse to refund December charges. Order #** Pineville, ** @ 3:07pm central time Me and my family were traveling and ordered from the ** online. After arriving we waited 32 minutes on our food. 3 double bacon whoppers, fries, drink, and a kids meal. Most of the cokes were flat coming out of the machine. The staff, which consisted mostly of men where in a daze. They had so many tickets printing they didnt know what order to make. After recieving our food *** heading home, we bite in the buger and omg. I never tasted c*** like this. The brown part on top of the bread was falling all over clothes, there was one ***** instead of two, fries were cold, It was just horrible. Bread was stale and the buger wasn't hot. Me and my family were sick afterwards. I tried replying on the app and it is rigged where you can't submit a complaint. I want my money back, time, and pain and suffering. I ordered food from this business on 03/20/2025. I was located on *************************. The delivery driver came to my work with my order late, then proceeded to drop my order all over my place of business. The drink exploded, food touched the floor, and the remaining food was ice cold. I contacted customer service several times, they refused to answer me about my claim. Only answered once saying I couldnt make changes to my order once its received by them, which was irrelevant to the situation. The customer service robot on the app claimed to have submitted a ticket and also claimed someone would reach out within ***** hours, which was a lie. I have not been contacted by them about this AT ALL. I finally emailed them today letting them know Id be complaining here and disputed the charge with my bank because I shouldnt have to pay for a service that was damaged right in front of me. Burger King has no corporate phone number or any way that you can reach a live person to speak to. On the app I placed an order at the wrong Burger King location. I went to the contact us option and explained the issue and was given an automated response that I would get an email within 24 hours. I did not get that email. It has been a week and I tried to contact the app again. This time I was told that the case has been closed. Again I was charged for an order that I never received. I've tried calling the local location in which my order was placed. They never answered the phone. I have been charged and it shouldn't be this difficult to speak to someone to reach a resolution.Customer Answer

Constantly isssies everytime I go to this Burger King the last time I ordered 2 melts in the all showed up was told they didnt have the ingredients and that I could not get a refund or make a new order was told I could hey something comparable which I felt like is not right and has no chicory tug to take it when filing a complaint on your app several times I would check to see a response and said tickets was closed and starless and never even got a responses from anyone. I placed a mobile order. When I arrived they said they didnt have the order. After finally finding it I get my food. The onion rings were cold, I paid for bacon on one of my sandwiches and it wasnt on there, I asked for EXTRA onion and received ONE ring of onion, there were hardly any topping on either one of my whoppers, I ordered a hamburger with only ketchup and there was mustard on it and I was missing two orders of fries.Initial Complaint

I bought Burger King gift card for $100. Used it once in at Burger KIng ************************************************************************************ for $3.79 on 12/29/2024. On 12/30/2024 Burger System deducted $96.21 and reduced the gift card down to $0. I want Burger King to return the $96.21 onto a gift card or reimburse me at their option. The only other information is I called a couple different customer service numbers but they have no real person to talk to and they defer you to their WEB Site Burger KIng had a place to respond for customer concerns but again you were only dealing with an automated system.
