      I ordered dinner from them on the website for a large family, and spent 114 dollars. When I arrived the store announced they had closed early due to pwrson inside behind by themselves. I have been attempting to contact them for a refund since that day, this occured Wednesday June 12th at 10:20 PM.

      On 06/07/2024 at 10:39 AM, I placed an online order with Burger King for a total of $42.12. I received a notification saying that my order was on the way but it never arrived. I went into the Burger King ******* us page and reported that I never received my order and wanted a refund.I received a reply the next day, 06/08/2024, asking if I had tried *******ing the driver. I replied to them that on the tracking page, I tried to ******* the driver but the information was not there and had no other option that would allow me to. I *******ed them again on 06/13/2024 letting them know that I still had not gotten my issue with the order resolved. I am *******ing you to see if you can handle this situation for me because I've *******ed them but haven't received my refund.The Burger King ********** information is as follows:Burger ***************************************************************************************************** ************

      I live in ** and ordered a chicken Philly crispy wrap along with large fries, Hershey sundae pie and the birthday pie slice via the Burger King delivery **** When I received my delivery the chicken Philly wrap wasnt in my bag. I received the burger melt instead and I dont eat beef or pork. The burger melt had bacon on it! So, I immediately got on the app and chatted with the Burger King **** The Burger King *** offered a $5 coupon and ask if I was satisfied with that or did I want to escalate it. I chose to escalate it because I should receive a refund for not receiving what I originally ordered. When Burger King escalates it, they dont have a live chat agent, the escalate it for the customer to receive a email in 48 hours. I was upset at first because why does the customer have to wait 48 hours for a email about a delivery item missing that they originally ordered. Anyway, I received an immediate email from a ******* and she said that Burger King can only offer a coupon as a refund. Heres the thing as a customer I didnt mess up my order, the restaurant and the delivery driver messed up my order, so the customer shouldnt just be offered a coupon in this case. The refund should be put back on the customers original payment method like other restaurants do when they mess up a customers order. Or they could just redeliver my order for free and provide the chicken Philly crispy wrap like I originally ordered. Im very dissatisfied with burger kings customer service and delivery service. I wont be ordering from Burger King again! Just **** poor customer service! And my missing item wont be resolved because they chose to do things their way without any concern to the customer experience. Their only about making money and taking money from customers. I basically just got scammed. So, I wouldnt recommend anyone to order through the Burger King **** If you do and they mess up, all they want to do is give coupons so they can just keep customers money. No stars!

      I did receive a refund to my original payment for the missing item for my delivery. My review still stands because I had to wait a week to receive my refund when I shouldve received one when I reported it. I dont like the fact that I had to wait for them to process a refund for a mistake that the delivery driver and the Burger King store did. It wasnt my fault they messed up my delivery. And the initial email said I couldnt receive a refund! Why is that even a policy when I as the customer didnt receive my delivery correctly. Burger King **** about satisfying the customer, theyre all about making money. Thats it! 

      But thank you for sending me a follow up that Burger King never contacted the BBB regarding my complaint and review on your website.

      So, tonight, May 28, 2024 at 9:16 pm (central time) I ordered from the Burger King ****** App. I ordered a delivery, it was the Birthday Meal Which includes Whopper ** (plus cheese) Small Fries Small drink (****************) Birthday Pie Slice. Cost of meal $6.50 Delivery Fee $2.99 Service Fee $.98 Small Cart Fee $2.50 Tip: 2.00 Tax: $.84 Total: $15.81. So Missing from the order after it arrived was Drink and Fries. So, I called Burger King on ************ and spoke with the night manager. She told me she couldn't do anything for me and said I could pick up the missing items. I told her, I had things delivered, why would I come out and pick up their mistake? Besides, as you can see, I paid extra charges for a complete delivery. She then told me I'm hanging up now because you're yelling at me. I'm not a yeller. She just didn't want to answer or address their mistake. So now I'm requesting a refund.

      I ordered through door dash 6/4/2024 and I was not even sure how to file an issue so I did what any normal person would do and reached out to Burger King ******** service and no one responded to me until today 6/12/2024. I was told by the Burger King ******** service that I would need to contact Door Dash and when I did I was told it was too late to do anything. The food I received was not even able to be consumed. It was so sogged and drenched in mayo and the onion rings were over cooked and I was denied having this remade or refunded. Poor quality food was paid for and served. Its only right to make it right with the ********.

      I was in a local Burger King to order a meal using the code on the Burger King ****** in the ******s app. When I went in I gave them number of the meal I wanted showing it as displayed on my phone. Was refused because was told they needed the actual ******, which I didnt have. Thats nonsense. There is no place to get actual ******s unless they come thru post office mail. Urges king needs to get with the dsys needs. P,ease advise.

      The date of the transaction is: 06/03/2024 I order 3 times through the mobile app. Once I got there, I was told that the ice cream machine was broken. Since I had previously ordered 2 soft served cups. I asked for a refund but the staff refused to honor my request. Once I got to the window, the lady working at the window told me to go park at the parking lot because she was on a "timer". I politely refused considering the way I had been treated just minutes ago. She yelled at me and slammed the window when she was closing it. Situation that prompted me to start recording the whole situation in case of a possible escalation. At the end, she gave me small fries when I had ordered the large ones, no ice cream and no refund. The service was terrible, violent and aggravating.

      It's already been 3 times my food was wrong and missing items, then I come in today and they are upset it's a mobile order for breakfast since it's 10 minutes after, which I was not aware. The manager comes out being rude saying that they have no sausage. Which I had no choice but to get it because I was not offered a refund. The food was burnt and over cooked when I did get it. Then when I reach out on the app I'm told I can only complain once a year about my wrong order which is ridiculous considering ****************** are always getting them wrong. This is the only way I can file a complaint.

      Another order was cold (Order number 921 May 31, 2024) -- even though I ordered the cheeseburger without pickles and ketchup only and the chicken Jr plain. I contacted BK support and was told I could not receive a refund -- only a $3.00 coupon -- even though I made it clear I am done with BK. It's exhausting trying to get a simple burger or chicken sandwich actually hot. I don't want a $3.00 coupon because I don't want to eat at BK anymore. Why would I want a $3.00 coupon to get more cold food?? You'd think that an order that had to be cooked right as order would be hot. However, somehow it never is. To be fair, there was one time I had to pull forward and wait for a chicken Jr and it was hot. The rest of the time -- not hot.
