  Terrible company we booked a Christmas vacation for a family of 13 in October ,they called the day before we were supposed to leave saying our flight had been canceled due to weather . I contacted the Airline itself their was no weather cancellation ,we weren't even on an itinerary , the Airline said it looked like they canceled back in October. When I finally got a hold of look by fare they said the air line canceled it took 2days of me calling them to get rebooked ,we had to change everything hotel accommodations ground transportation and cut our vacation short . Also 4of the 13 tickets that were rebooked were only 1 way ,the new airline we were on was nice enough to turn them into round trip. We also had to check all of our luggage which had been included in the original booking . This is a horrible company never never use them for anything

  Absolutely horrible service. I booked round trip flights from ******* to *************** with them, only to get to the airport and find out THAT I WASNT EVEN ON THE FLIGHT MANIFEST. I contacted their support, and all they sent me were screenshots showing confirmations and telling me the tickets were non-refundable. Atrocious company from top to bottom.

  This travel agency is very unethical and you cannot trust them. I purchased a ticket from them for travel to *******. My flight was booked and confirmed. Travel date is December 17 , 2022 returning January 7th, 2023. After confirmation, they called me an hour later that the date they confirmed on my ticket was wrong and asked me to change my date to December 18th. I agreed and they sent me a form to sign and confirmed by flight. The ticket price was $2641.5 Days later they called me and told me that my flight that was confirmed is no longer open and that I have to buy a new ticket for a different day and asked me to pay $3860. At first they tried to tell me that Delta is cancelling their flights to ******* and that I can buy a ticket from Ethiopia airlines for $3860.This is pure dishonesty, unethical and fraudulent behavior

  Thank you for sharing your bringing this issue to our attention. We apologize that your experience didnt match your expectations. We set a high standard for ourselves, and were sorry to hear this was not met when you booked your reservation. We had been working on not only this case but the issue all through, as your reservation was rejected by the airline. In accordance to why your reservation was rejected, we now got to know that it was an error in coding for the airline system.
  
  Unfortunately, that resulted in the reservation not confirmed for you then and this negative review for us. With the above said, we would like to mention that no amount was ever charged for this booking. We apologize that we were not able to confirm this booking for you then, but that issue has now been taken care of and we would always love to have you as our guest again.
