I bought a Land Rover. Returned it based on the 3-day no questions asked policy. There wasn't any terms listed online with the aterisk attached at the time. My husband returned the car within 2 days and the dealership wouldn't take it back. **** was very rude. Basically threatening. ****** was unresponsive until later. (Sales Person). ***** (GM) didn't get involved until after we returned car. We returned the car at 837pm, (They were already closed) when the dealership closes at 9pm. That was interesting. We were able to buy a car elsewhere, (******* has A credit at a ****% interest rate). This dealership conveniently charged ****%. Not sure if they got a kickback on the points or not? Buyers beware.....

Florida Fine Cars received a phone call from *************** at 2pm on 12/13 requesting to speak to the Finance manager in regard to the interest rate provided by the bank with no money down. *************** was advised that the finance manager was off that day and if she wished she could speak to him the following day as he could address all her questions and concerns. The customer refused and demanded if she didn't see the finance person, she would return the vehicle. She stated she was on her way to the dealership to speak to someone and return the car if we did not change the interest rate. *********************** the ** was waiting for the customers to come in and address the situation. She did not come in. Since the Pandemic the *************** store has been closing at 8pm. The customer left the vehicle outside of the dealership while the dealership was closed. The following morning the finance manager called the customer and explained that the vehicle could not be returned as the bank had already placed a lien on it.  The deal was submitted to the bank on 12/11/22 and it was Lien on 12/12/22 at 9:47am by TD Bank.  Please see the attached documents from the bank. This is also advertised on our website under the "About" tab where it states, "A vehicle returned for refund must be in the same condition as purchased with no more than 300 additional miles from the mileage at purchase and have no added liens". This information was given to the customer but unfortunately a mutual agreement has not been met.

On July 17 I went to Florida Fine Cars in ******* Florida to purchase a vehicle. ***************************** was my sales rep. ***** test driving, looking at price etc. I went on to ****** the financial guy. He did all the paperwork and told me the car was approved to be financed through ********** My payments would be $600 a month. ****** informed me that he will set me up with ***********. He did. However, I was unable to get the $5000 cash down payment and did not purchase the Dodge Charger or any vehicle. I told them I would return the next day if I got the money. I never did. I never purchased the vehicle or had a bill of sale. On July 29, 2022 $300.58 was drafted from my bank account from ***********. I called Florida *********** and messaged the sales rep about this. He later told me when I went to the property that later day that he was busy and it was my fault because I did not return to purchase the car. The sales manager, ******************* (****) told me that I would be reimbursed my money the next day. He told me to call ********** He gave me his business card and told me to follow up with him after I call them so he can make sure it is canceled. I called ********* that day and of course they could not find me in this system because I never purchased the vehicle. I followed up with ******************** the next day. He told me someone will call me in 5 minutes and reassured me that I would receive the funds in 30 minutes. I did not and no one called. Finally, I was give autopayplus number to call them to cancel it. I called and waited an hour on the line. No one ever answered. The next two days I received phone messages from ***** and ****** of autopayplus that they understand that I want to cancel that service for my Dodge Charger. Again, I never bought the vehicle, dont have a bill of sale or the vehicle in my possession. It is August 6th and I still am unable to make contact with *********** and have not been given my $300.58 back. The ** at FFM told me it is my fault.

I bought and finance a car at Florida Fine Cars back in the end of 2019 when dealer sold me the Gap Wise coverage. I paid off the car in May 27th, 2021 and after several emails with the bank, the dealer and GapWise, Florida Fine Cars filled the request to end the Gap Wise contract, and request my refund. After the 4 to 6 weeks timeframe, I still haven't received the check. Asked dealer about the status and the amount, and was informed I would have to contact GapWise. When contacting GapWise, GapWise told me to contact the dealer. Also, amount seems to be lower than I should receive, but dealer cannot answer how calculation was made (but they are the ones selling the product). Apparently, the refund was miscalculated. Communication with the dealer is very poor. Please, help getting the calculation and the proper refund check. This is the person I got an email from: ******* ******** - Warranty Accounting ClerkP (XXX) XXX-XXXX XXXXX ** *** **** Miami, FL, XXXXX.

Florida fine cars in margate Florida sold me a car that hasn't been service. Five months into owning the car the 12 volt battery needed to be change I spent 458.00 dollars but the code is still in my system so I took the car back to the mechanic they hook another machine up in the car to see what is the problem now another code came up the alternator needs to be replace and that is going to cost me 807.00 dollars. My vehicle make 2017 Volvo S90 T6 inscription when I purchase the car online with 17395 miles on the car March of this year the last time this car been service back in July of 2020 ever since the car hasn't been service. I talk to the dealership yesterday they refuse to help me or answer the correct questions,I asked them why hasn't the car been service before selling it to me. I'm the third owner of this car, I pulled the report this vehicle been in a accident with moderate damage which could had effect my 12 volt battery and the alternator.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/08/26) */ When purchasing a vehicle at Florida Fine Cars we give every customer the opportunity to have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic of their choice for peace of mind especially out of state customers since they do purchase site unseen. We also make the Carfax report readily available at no charge for every vehicle offered for sale. Carfax vehicle history and products and services are based only on information supplied to them by purchasing this data from third-party sources. As such, Carfax whom has never physically inspected any vehicle in person nor do they have the complete history of every vehicle. The Carfax report should be used as one important tool, along with a vehicle inspection and test drive, to make a better decision. Carfax bases their reports when information is reported and not everyone reports to them. While data updates *** be provided to Carfax on a regular basis, the reports *** not include very recent activity. This was explained to the customer along with the multiple disclaimers Carfax has on their reports. The customer states the vehicle has not been serviced since July 2020, but we purchased the vehicle in February 2021 so any work done on the vehicle prior to us purchasing it is not our responsibility. When the vehicle arrived here we did our inspection and battery and alternator had no issues. The signed Carfax report Signed We Owe Form Signed Purchase agreement Signed Buyers guide with AS IS Form Thank you, Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/08/26) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I don't accept it Florida fine cars didn't I service that car upon selling it to me especially using that car for unknown purposes. I ask **** who put extra 50 miles on that car before selling it to me. When they got the car it had only XXXXX miles on it but someone put an extra 50 miles on that car and she has no answer. **** and some of her staff refuse to take responsibility of a error on their behalf I read some not so great reviews especially the one about Florida fine cars sold the customer a Mercedes that was a lemon but **** response to that customer was the same way as mines. When are these places are going to take ownership of a mistake on their behalf instead of blaming the customer. Through this whole ordeal including the sale, I was treated like **** by some of her staff after the sale was made. Finance rep tried to rip me off 200 dollars and he lied to his manager but the sale person ******** had to pay the missing 200 dollar that suppose had went to my 4800 down payment . BBB this was my first time ever doing something like this and my last never again, I learn from my mistakes sales person told me this car was still under warranty that was prove to be a lie, Anna told me that car never had any alternator or battery proble, she told the truth but their were problems with that car electrical if I'm correct A/C compressor was replace and Engine power train computer/ module reprogrammed not once but three times so this car had it share of problems including the accident and I still wanted the car. Florida fine cars should had made sure that car was fit to sell not just the normal routine but inspect that car inside and out also her staff needs to be train better dealing with customers out of state and not tell them half truth just to get commission now look what , I had to pay a little over a thousand dollars, I shouldn't have to pay anything if Florida fine cars did their job properly. I turned down a extended warranty because of the sale person telling me my car still has a warranty on it five months later look what just happened. And Florida fine card fault me for it. If you want to see the car fax I have I'll send it also two receipts of the work done on the car by replacing the battery and the alternator. That car should nothing be wrong with it low miles and it was taken care of. Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2021/09/03) */ Florida Fine Cars shares all past history with our customers via our site and advertising sites thru the Carfax report to which i have attached previously. Mr ******* acknowledged receiving and reviewing such report as he did sign the report. Any past history on the vehicle prior to our purchase is not our responsibility. This gives the customer the ability of researching the vehicle and alone with a vehicle inspection can be used as a good tool to determine if the vehicle is a good fit. If they feel the vehicle is not a good fit we have over 2k more to chose from. We also have a 5 day exchange policy for even more peace of mind. We have discussed the mentioned with the customer via phone, and thru this media. If the customer does not feel the vehicle is a good fit, we invite him to trade out of the vehicle if he so wishes. Thank you! Consumer Response /* (4200, 12, 2021/09/04) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I agree Florida fine cars has nothing to do with past issues of that vehicle but you all have to be aware of those issues just in case something else happens to the car under you all. All I want is to be reimbursed for replacing the battery and the alternator. **** told me over the phone that the car has been service and, I should had ask to see a copy of the service form, if that's the case the service on that car should had been reported to carfax since **** base everything on carfax including past and current service on their cars. But fail to report the last service records to carfax because the car was sold as is someone also put extra 50 miles on that car before selling it to me.I refuse to return the car after spending a little over a thousand dollars in this short period of time to get the car restored to its normal self. I shouldn't have to go through this Florida fine cars should take some responsibility error on their behalf. That car wasn't properly service and check. Again all I want is to be reimbursed I'm not giving this up, I refuse to be cheated, I sign papers because the sales person told me the car was in perfect shape and the vehicle was still under warranty that wasn't the truth. No matter what BBB **** is going to take up for her co workers and put the blame on the customer knowing it is their fault in order to make things right do the right thing by taking care of the customer who took nearly a month to get that vehicle. I'm not giving up because it's the right thing to do.
