Ryan was awesome. He did our house remodel gave us suggestions, explained everything in detail, unlike others. He didn't try to "sell me" things I didn't need or would be a waste of money. One of the best service guys I have ever had. He was responsive immediately when needed. Show up on time. Very happy with him and recommend him big time.

After suffering a LOT of damage from hurricane *** fall of 2023, **** really saved me. In a situation where both labor and supplies were impossible to obtain, he completed my work by the end of the year. I would call that nothing short of a miracle. Without his repairs to my home, that situation would have been a debilitating nightmare. Instead, it was mainly just a bad annoyance, and it was resolved very quickly, especially given the circumstances.

Not a reputable nor competent construction company. Don't fall for the owner's 'used-car-salesman' technique. He spent more time stroking his own ego, making promises, never took notes, and conveniently forgot. His workmen were handymen, not skilled tradesmen. They don't know order of construction. They built new walls for new pre-hung doors but made the rough openings the wrong size. Instead of correcting the openings they planed the brand new doors. Now the locksets won't work correctly. Drywall, mudding, finishing and trim work was juvenile and pathetic. Baseboards were to be paintable hardwood but instead were B-grade pine. Gutters weren't installed on areas discussed not to mention they were cut 1 foot short of the end of the roof. The "electrician" used 12 gauge wire for low-voltage under cabinet lighting and dangerously left power on to a stub out on the floor for an Island cabinet. The owner offers financing through a company that doesn't permit you to towards the principal. He was shady by asking me to lie to the finance company that the project was completed so he could get the funds before the job was even started. He could have saved himself many times if he would've accepted the gentle advice from my Master Carpenter friend. He warned me to tell my friend to leave my house or they would pack up and go. In the end he chose to sever the contract by using his attorney friend in trying to strong-arm me into signing an Hold Harmless document which would have prevented me in warning others of his sub-par work. No way; people need to run. I am so upset at myself for falling for his clean-cut appearance and sweet ******** especially since I am in the business. I am remorseful every time I look at my house. BTW- the house he showcases on his Facebook page? It's not his work- it belongs to an architect in London. SMH
