First the company ran out of foam material half way through the roofing project at ****** ***** ********* After about 2 months they have returned with foam but with a 2-3 man crew. I'm assuming that have gotten another job and moved the main body crew there. With only half of the project completed. Not sure when they will complete this part of the project. I'm not sure they can be trusted to take on the job to perform the painting of our buildings. Who knows what excuse they will use to drag it out for months as they have with the roofing project. It started back in February of this year 2021. It now July 29th and they are half way through the project. When it was only to take a few months if that. We are now into our 6th month. During this time many residents have received flat tires. I have received 2 flat tires one in each of out 2 cars. My neighbor has received 4 flats. While having a discussion with my wife about our flat tires another neighbor stated her and her husband have had flat tires from screws from the roofing company. I'm sure there are others but aware that had become a problem with the crews not picking/cleaning up the debris that comes from tearing the cold roofing materials off. The company has also rejected to reimburse residents for tire repairs and replacement of tires. I'm sure there are many roofing companies out there that do great jobs and deliver great service. BUT BE WARE OF ELIAS BROTHERS GENERAL CONTRACTORS.
