Amazing!! the employees helped me get my puppy in no time, they were closing but still offered to wash her and helped me chose items when I wasnt sure where to start.

My son and I have been searching for a dog almost a year. Visited many pet stores. This is the best one by far. The customer service was above 5 star. ***** runs a fantastic store.

#BoycottPetland especially #PetlandPlantation until they do what is right! They are simply in business to make money with no care for ethical responsibilities. I should have looked online at the many lawsuits before ever thinking about visiting the store. My wife and I recently stopped by to look for a new family member and fell in love with a miniature ********** *******. We told the sales team including the manager that we couldnt make a decision on the spot but had to bring our kids down to see their interactions since we hadnt had the allergy tests done. We came back the next day and spent hours with no issues. Excited, we began the purchasing process and was told we had 14 days to return the puppy. Within an hour after leaving the store one of my kids begin to breakout bad with her face swelling and hives everywhere. I called the store but was directed to an answering service who said they dont accept incoming calls and I would have to contact Petcare Solutions on Monday since they are closed. The next day both the sales reps and sales manager told me I could bring the puppy back while working out the refund with Petcare which I did around 7pm. The next day I get a call from **************************** indicating that the store called them claiming I abandoned the dog (which is a misdemeanor of the first degree). The officer called because he said it sounded unusual and asked me to join a three-way call with the manager. While on the call the manager apologized, acknowledged he said I could bring the dog back and added that he was just following orders from leadership by getting the police involved. Petcare solutions said they would exchange the dog but if I choose a dog that costs less, I would lose the difference and if I choose one that costs more, I would have to pay the difference. Petland is corrupt! Their social responsibility does not exist so they should not as well #boycottpetland until they do what is right!

I was told the Maltese dog was discounted 50% off, plus $100. off by making an appointment to see the dog and get the cost of the dog. I was told the dog sells for $6,000. Which was the 50% off. I never expected to hear that the cost of the dog is $12,000. I drove 80 miles to and from Naples, only to come home without a dog. Gas prices are $4.75 per gallon for regular. I would never recommend Petland in Naples. The dog was dirty and. caged with 5 other puppies. Stay away!!
