Placed order on a sale item on 06/14/2025. Have been told order is still waiting fulfilment I have requested a return on the item and a credit back to my card and have had no reply in over a week now today is 08/05/2025 I feel this company has had ample time to send my order or look into why I have no received my purchase or estimated time of delivery. I placed an order from them on 7/15/25 and was told it would be delivered by 7/25. As of 7/24 it had not shipped. I contacted them and requested the order be cancelled. I was told it would be but they needed two business days to put the cancellation through and for the money to be refunded to the form of payment I used (pay pal). This has not happened to date and now they do not answer my contact request, nor do they provide any update. I already order and received the item from another vendor.Business Response

Placed an online order for a tonneau cover for my truck. Received order confirmation email immediately. About three hours later, I submitted an online cancellation for the order (after I read reviews of how horrible their company is). My Order still shows pending cancellation a week later. I did call their customer service number and got the run around on how my cancellation would take more than a week to ************** would be another 4-10 business days before I actually would be refunded my money. Shady shady shady. I filed a dispute with my credit card company because I truly do not believe that this company will refund the money on the order.Business Response

I bought a set of rims for my truck after waiting for almost 2 weeks for them to ship I finally decided to contact customer service via email multiple times with no response from them so after that I decided to cancel the order and request a refund its been a few days and its still pending but from what Ive read online about them the refund takes a while to come through, if they even give you a refund.Business Response

On July 3rd 2025, I ordered an MX4 Bakflip tonneau cover for my 2024 F-250. I was charged for the product and assured that it would ship immediately. After a week, I called and waited for a couple of hours to speak to someone. When I did get someone, they told me a shipping label had been created and it would ship in 48 hours. A week later, nothing. I called back and spoke to someone who could not tell me anything. Not if it was out of stock, nor if it was on back order. They opened a support ticket and then nothing. A week later, I called back and was told that they had no idea what was going on that the product was in stock and they would reach out to the wearhouse and email me with an update. A week later, no response and no product. I called again and now no one can tell me anything. No one has any idea. It has been almost a month and they have taken my money but have no idea where my item is or when it will ship or even if it exists at all. No communication.Business Response

When I ordered the product - on July 6th - the thumbnail for it stated it would be delivered by July 12th. I reached out on July 11th to get an update as the order had not shipped yet and was told it should ship between July 14th through July 18th. I then reached out again on July 18th because the order still had not shipped and was told lead times were out past 20 days. It is a bit ridiculous that someone can purchase something and not receive for almost a month when their thumbnail on the product indicated it would be delivered within 6 days. I would like a rush put on this order as I wanted to make sure I had it for upcoming travel plans. I believe they should have to discount the product and reimburse some of what was spent much like I do when I take a loan out - I pay for a product over time. With this affirm charges 52 dollars a month, so I believe that to be fair.Business Response

On 6-23-25 I purchased a mx 4 backflip truck bed cover from the site. I paid for the item on the same day. The item was never sent. I called to resolve the issue and the phone says more than 2.5 hrs wait on multiple occasions. I also chatted with someone by the name of ****** F who acknowledged the item was never sent. I have screen shots of that conversation. He opened a case review. I received an email today saying the case was closed but no information on resolution. At this point I just want my money back. This site has been a nightmare to deal with. I am also going to dispute the charge to my credit card.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: It is unacceptable to hold my money for 5 weeks and not reply to a single customer support ticket, your phone waiting time is 2 hours and nobody ever answers AND you have turned your "live chat" web feature from a human to a chat bot the just collects support tickets you never answer. There is no excuse for this "service" and I will ensure I tell as many people as possible to never purchase from your company.

I purchased a tonneau cover made by real truck, from real truck on their website. The product is supposedly top of the line and is expensive in comparison with other makes and models. I paid 2400 dollars for the cover for my truck and I was informed it had an unbeatable warranty. The cover has not performed well at all over the last half a year that I have had it. I barely use it, it remains closed majority of the time unless it is sliding open when I am driving. This happens frequently and has caused property damage and loss. At this point the cover is defective and wont stay closed unless I lock it fully closed. It is supposed to be able to be closed at any point down the length of my truck bed. It slammed open while driving and a dishwasher was damaged I was picking up and now upon further inspection it is missing one of the locking mechanisms on one side as it probably got knocked off when the cover slammed open and is now somewhere. The locking mechanism isnt really adjustable its either too tight or too lose so trying to adjust the mechanisms that keep the cover closed isnt satisfactory. Now the latch that opens and closes to adjust where you want the cover wont stay down and latch unless I fully lock the latch with a key. Overall the fit and finish want worth 2400 but I tried to live with the cover but the fact that it is just opening while driving and has not only caused damage to cargo but also the cover itself is unacceptable . I have tried notifying them through customer service twice over the last two weeks and have heard nothing. When I reached out initially to purchase the cover they were immediately to get back to me. I either want a new cover or my money back. I provided them with the receipt of purchase last August.Business Response

Went to order a bed cover for my truck on June 6th and was told i would have it by the following week by Tuesday June 10th, never recieved it so i went online check the status kept saying pending order i called and waited over an hour to speak to someone and was told they don't know why its pending and they need to contact their warehouse and they would get back to me in 24-48hrs, Never called me back so i called them again waited again for over an hour and same thing not sure why but have to contact their warehouse, so after waiting two weeks with no results i cancled my order and now its been saying Pending cancellation for over two weeks. i have called them back waiting for over an hour again and asked them where is my refund and asked why was i asking for that and i told them i never recieved it and nobody knew what was going on with it for shipping out to me, and the *** said oh i see why its on back order, and i asked well why couldn't someone just tell me that in the first place when i was told it was in stock when i 1st bought it, he apoligized and said that he would look into the refund and again i waited week later called again asking where my refund was ? and now again they were going to escalate and still no refund to my credit card. Due to an inventory discrepancy the item was no longer in stock following processing and was queued for the next stock shipment. The warehouse confirmed this would not ship. That is Correct i had to call my ******************* to file a disbute because Realtruck kept saying they were going to escalate my refund which they never did. Update 7-16-2025 I have spoken to my credit card company again and they have advised me again that they have reached out to Realtruck but RealTruck has not responded to my credit card company to process the refund. My credit card company stated all RealTruck has to do is respond to my credit card company to process my refund. Why is RealTruck not responding to my ******************** Why am i still waiting for this refund ?

The issue has not been resolved i did send a message on here to RealTruck that they still have not refunded me. I don't understand why it is taking them so long to refund my money back to me! My credit card company has sent them letters to respond to them and my credit card company is telling me that RealTruck is not responding to their letters. So this issue is NOT Resolved!
