I ordered a tonneau cover due to it advertising a $150 rebate. I selected to receive the rebate via virtual card to speed up the process and make sure I receive the card. I submitted the rebate form on 11/5/2024. It states clearly on the rebate form "Your Virtual Mastercard will be paid to your Email address provided and received within four to six weeks from the approval date.". My rebate was approved 11/21/2024. I should have received the virtual rebate by 1/2/25 at the latest (6 weeks from approval). It has now been almost 18 weeks from approval and I have yet to receive it. I feel like I was bait and switched as I only purchased this exact product for the rebate. I purchased RNL-448E-XT - *********** E-Series XT Tonneau Cover on 8/4/2024 because of the rebate offered for REALTRUCK *********** CARGO MANAGER. I was approved for the rebate on 10/23/2024 - and the rebate states the item would be delivered in 14 weeks. As of writing this - more than 20 weeks have passed - and multiple calls to their rebate department and customer service. This company falsely advertised this rebate - has not met the delivery date and continues to make not commitment to when or if they will fulfill the rebate.Business Response

Ordered rain guards for vehicle windows on 2024 ******* Santa Fe, order ******* on 25 February 2025. The wrong part was sent. The part number on the order in the email is correct, but the physical part that arrived is wrong. After multiple email attempts to resolve, communication on RealTrucks end has stopped. I purchased RetraxPRO XR - T-80861 on October 4th, 2024 because of the rebate offered for Go Rhino XRS cross bars. Per ABC rebates this was mailed on out 2/21. As these are shipped **** we do not have any tracking provided from the rebate company to provide.
As for the warranty we do not see any warranty requests for ******. However, while investigating the rebate inquiry, we do see you mentioned an issue during an email to our ************ division. Browsed online about getting vehicle floor liners and a cargo liner.I called to enquire about a specific fit for my vehicle.I dealt with a man named *****. He was very helpful and I trusted ***** that the cargo liner he recommended for my vehicle would fit the rear seats when the seats where folded up as he stated. ***** told me to earn his commission i had to order over the phone, which I did because I thought he was being helpful. He told me to review it after we got off the phone and I could make changes if I didn't like it. I reviewed the product immediately. The cargo liner is completely unusable with the seats up. I called back immediately after reviewing the product and I could not get a hold of *****. I spoke with another women who assured me that the cargo liner would be cancled immediately.Two days later I was furious. They charged my credit card and where sending the liner anyway. They had plenty of notice but decided to ship it out and not work with me. The request to cancel was within 10 minutes of intial order. The merchadise did not ship until 48 hours after the request was made to cancel. All modern companies have better systems in place, such as ******, *******, and ******. RealTruck get real.

We did receive your request as noted and requested the manufacturer cancel who then responded letting us know they had already processed the order for shipment and that it was not able to be cancelled. We did send the prepaid label for return and refund once they let us know it was in transit. We can assure you we are not shifting any blame to the consumer. Cancellations are received as requests as noted and sent to the shipping company to cancel so that we may process a refund. The processing time may vary amongst the hundreds of vendors that ship for us. In this instance the manufacturer had already shipped the item prior to them processing the request we had submitted.This is why if an item is shipped out we send the prepaid label to get the item returned or submit a call tag to have the item picked up at the customer's convenience. I purchased a set or AMP Research PowerStep Extreme running boards on 9/24/2024. Cost was $2119.99 (including Tax). The wiring harness that was provided was not compatible with the running board motors. I sent an email with photos showing the problem with the harness connectors on 9/28/2024. I was told the correct harness was not available for 4-6 weeks. I have yet to receive the new harness. It is hard for me to believe that a company this large cannot fulfil their orders. If they were legitimate they would have offered an alternative solution since they have not performed. I recently purchased a set of running boards from Real Truck online, the purchase was made on 12/26/24. As of today the company as failed to provide a status of shipment for the product. I have attempted to contact their customer service department both online and on the phone. I have not received any contact back and feel that I have reached a dead end. Not sure if the BBB can assist with this ongoing issue, but I definitely wanted to start the process of placing this company on your radar. I am rejecting this response because:No communication was ever sent to me on 12/27, on 1/03 I contacted Real Truck via phone and spoke to ***** he stated that the issue was with his supplier and told me he would have a solution on the following day. No call back from ***** ever came, on 1/08 I contacted Real Truck again being at this point I was still not notified that the item had been delivered, I spoke with ** and he stated that if a solution was not in place in 2 days that I should request a refund for my product. The simple fact that all the while the item had already shipped and Real Truck was unaware of it's current status is the evidence of my complaint, it appears that Real Truck is not organized and needs to create a better internal process. I finally received notice that the item was delivered on 1/19 this was 18 days after the fact.

I ordered nerf bars for my husband for Christmas on 12/17/2024. On 12/23/2024 I received an e-mail saying they were delivered. I immediately looked on our front area. There was nothing there. I had to wait till 12/25/24 to call them about the situation. They apologized and said they would sent out a new set. Today is 1/9/2025 and I still have not received them. I called to get a new front bumper for my 2017 Silverado, I wanted the cube lights and shackles for the bumper. I talked to customer service to BE SURE THESE ALL FIT. They assumed me they did. Of course I get the parts and everything besides the bumper DID NOT FIT. I called back and told the customer service **** to double check these part numbers and they said they all fit. LIE. Then I emailed them and get an email saying that the parts don't fit, and its been over 30 days so NO REFUND NO REPLACEMENTS. I am currently on hold again for over 22 minutes and the recording switches from 15 minutes to 30 minutes to 45 minute wait. WHY ARE THESE PEOPLE ALLOWED TO BE IN BUSINESS!!!!!
