This is truly the worst experience Ive had with an order. I placed an order on May 14, was told I would receive tonneau cover within 10days as it typically ships 3-5 days. Well, after numerous calls, which go to random numbers that change in real time, and texts and getting different information from everyone I spoke to, today is May 31, and the order is still pending. The problem with this company is they outright lie, advertise false lead times on their website, customer service is practically non existent, they put everyone to shipping only to give them an explanation thats untrue and they change their tune every time you are able to speak to someone. Blatantly they provide untrue deliver and shipping dates. They own about 9 different companies and just acquired *** in Dec. They may sell good products and may have good service at times, but the blatantly bad service and lies without accountability is unacceptable. They should be held accountable! You cant just lie to get an order and not stand behind lead times! Someone needs to step in or better yet, companies like RealTruck are why class action lawsuits happen. They cant keep getting away with this! Review after review, negative! Wish I knew this sooner. I spoke to a place in ** who can get the same cover delivered in 3-4 days from order placement. Ill be trying to cancel my order Monday along with contacting my Bank.RealTruck

We show that they issued your RMA within 5 business days and that your return/exchange is currently in process. ********, typical sales based organization. They will hold your hand to sell you anything, even if its the wrong product and then disappear when its time for a return or refund. The phone number doesnt work and they use a chat bot that is so problematic that i dont know where to start to list my complaints. Oh, and the products arrived scuffed and dirty and damaged. Stay FAR away for this s***** company.RealTruck

I ordered and paid for an $800 Armordillo brush/deer guard for my 2020 **** F250 in March. In late April I called to enquire where it was. I was a little bit irritated because sure enough--I hit a deer. Fortunately it didnt do much damage and after our collision it got up and ran off. I couldnt get a hold of a real human ay Real Truck, but the chat bot told me they would get right on it. It came yesterday May 28th. The necessary installation parts were a mess with some the wrong size and some missing. The instructions may as well been printed in Russian or Greek. What a total s***** experience. I worked on it 12 hours today and its still not done. I won't be doing business with Real Truck or Armorodilla ever again.RealTruck

Purchased a ****** Tent Link. The item is defective and leaks. They sent me a denial of return because we installed it. How the heck would we know it was defective if it wasnt installed.RealTruck

I originally ordered a particular make of running boards from a different supplier and got the "runaround" and no delivery! After 4 weeks, I cancelled the order and called "REAL TRUCK", who working in conjunction with N-FAB, actually make the model of running boards I wanted. I spoke with "**** *." in customer service who works out of *****, *******. **** was extremely helpful and informed me that the product I wanted was "unavailable" and "not in stock", plus the company had no plans in the future to make more, as they were "phasing out" that model. **** went further to search what inventory he might see available at various retailers in the country and actually found 3 sets at two separate dealers. **** offered to order me a set of those running boards through that retailer, which included a sale price and free shipping! Once he placed the order for me (late on a Saturday) the running boards were delivered the following Wednesday! I could not be more pleased with my purchase, but more important is the service I received from Real Truck, and especially customer service represetative; **** G, who I believe went "Above and Beyond"! Keep up the GREAT work and I will continue to recommend your company and products!RealTruck

When you order something that says its available once you pay for it they dont have it. Everything is Bot. I believe they are just being middleman and dont have nothing on their shelves or if they even have a shelf and when you call you get this were experiencing high call volume. I would not recommend using this company. I thought I would give them the chance instead of buying everything from ******. But the bottom line is its gonna be cheaper and you will get it from ****** and then they charged a nominal fee for something that you didnt order for protection plan. I dont know who its protected but a **** sure aint me. I will be calling my credit card company for a refund. I know whats gonna happen. I tried to cancel it on the website. But it does not want knowledge that either.Its gonna show up on my doorstep weeks from now and then Ill have to try to fight to send it back. Of course theres no place to put a review on their website or to read the ones that were there. My advice stay the h*** away. They got one star because I cant give it zeroRealTruck

In cases where they do not ship this is possibly due to the item being damaged when pulled from a shelf for shipping or an inventory discrepancy. REALTRUCK is terrible, they use a freight company to deliver and require signature. The freight company expects you to sit home all day and wait for delivery. Then they don't show and say they tried to call but they didn't. The Real truck want so keep some of your money for restocking, when its a failed delivery. It's a total scam company.RealTruck

We are sorry to hear of any issue with your delivery experience. We understand delivery delays of both standard ground and freight LTL deliveries can be frustrating but may also be common based on the volume of the carrier or the area in where you reside. We can confirm that the carrier overall for this order specifically is very consistent in their delivery attempts and communication however this once again is specific to each destination hub prior to delivery. Once a freight item has shipped it is not returnable. If an exception can be made, which varies by the vendor of the product purchased, freight charges and restock fees are the responsibility of the customer.Review fromDon S

Ordered Realtruck Undercover Swingout Toolbox, from ***** Accessories. Had toolbox installed before I noticed the lid was broken. Realtruck just passed the **** and told me to go contact ***** Accessories. The box was not damaged and it was damaged before it was shipped. Another issue, installation instructions were incorrect and I had to modify the striker bracket to made the toolbox latch. I wanted to get a new bracket and asked Realtruck for a part number, and the passed the **** again. Very poor customer service.RealTruck
