      After 2 weeks of my order showing "Pending Fulfillment", I contacted support for an update and was told it would be 7 days to "contact the warehouse and get back to me". My product was not listed as back order, so 2 week lead time was not expected. After another 2 days, I clicked the link to cancel my order. After 24 hours of my order showing "Pending Cancellation", I contacted them again and was told they would submit my cancellation review and it would be 7 days for them to get back to me.

      We apologize for any delay with your recent order. This item ships directly from one of our RealTruck divisions and not our distribution center. We show that at the time of order the site listed an estimated delivery date of 10 days however the item did not ship as expected. Your cancellation request is in process and once completed you will receive a confirmation to the email associated with your support request.

      Have the same problem as everyone else ordered a set ****** window vent visors for my truck ordered them in April still have not received yet. Called them around 6 times and they keep changing the delivery date was supposed to get a call from them never called me back to tell me about what was going on with my order.

      We appreciate your patience. Due to very high volume some of our Husky applications are taking longer than expected to ship. You should have received email updates pertaining to any delays with the latest providing an expected ship date of late July. We apologize for any inconvenience.

      Order number *******. They sold me an item not in stock. Charged my card, didn't tell me the item was unavailable. Now I've contacted them three times and can't get anyone to verify my refund is coming back. Total scam site. Do not order.

      Placed an order for a pickup bed cover and was immediately charged. Four weeks went by with no update. Called customer service and was hung up on 3 times. Web chat started an open case and never responded after it was opened. Cancelled my order 2 weeks ago online. I still have not received a refund and have disputed the charge with my credit card ********** not do business directly with this company. Not sure how they are going to remain in business. Horrible in every way. They take your money, do not ship items, and silo themselves in a non functional customer service h*** I ordered the same item from a third party website and had it in 5 days.

      placed order. bought accessories for a new truck which was a lemon.called them and they said no problem, nothing has shipped and will take a few days to process refund, well, they shipped everything anyway and their 30 day return policy is garbage. it appears they are refunding a couple small insignificant items, but the high cost items (bed cover 600 dollars and the seat covers 210 dollars) they won't refund even though they are covered on THEIR OWN POLICY. after 30 or 40 emails and phone time, now they say the order does not exist but I can get on their website and pull it up. this place is a total waste of time and money. I'm out 1200 dollars and probably no legal recourse. I'm still checking on that. If you read these reviews, many have the same issues....partial or no refund but they advertise top service. LOL. what a joke

      I had a partial order that was cancelled and part was returned. Going through customer service was ridiculous and very frustrating. I received part of the order satisfactorily. Was waiting almost 2 weeks for my refund with several attempts to find out the status ,to no avail. I just received an email saying that it is resolved. But I was only credited for 1/3 of what it should be. I have no idea how they came up with the amount they credited me.

      Order *******. Cancelled my order 2 weeks ago because it took to long to ship. I still have not got my refund after 2 weeks. Representative said they are waiting for the warehouse to cancel the pending order.

      Real Truck and was disappointed from the start. The first ******** service representative stopped returning my calls when I was ready to buy, which should have been a red flag. I was finally able to order (at a higher cost than was quoted by the first representative). The products arrived unmounted, which was not what I expected and wasnt mentioned to me by the ******** service representative. Also, the wrong size lug nuts were sent with the order. They were also mismatched colors. I ordered the correct lug nuts at an additional cost to me.After contacting ******** service, the representative I spoke with stopped returning my calls, which forced me to escalate the issue to management. Management did acknowledge the mistake, said it was a good coaching opportunity for his staff and promised to reimburse me for the cost of mounting the tires, which I had to do out of pocket due to their error. The lug nut issue was found when the tires were being installed on the vehicle, causing us to have to reschedule the installation until we could obtain the correct ones. I submitted my receipt weeks ago, and since then, Ive heard nothing. Despite multiple follow-up calls, I have received no response or reimbursement as promised.This has been a frustrating experience, and Im disappointed in the lack of accountability and communication from Real Truck. At this point, Im just looking for them to honor their word and reimburse the cost of the mounting.

      We apologize for any confusion regarding your original order and that it was not clearly explained that mount and balance for wheel and tire packages is not available for website orders but only through sales **** in order to verify the fitment of the package. Due to this we do see management approved your reimbursement which was processed back to your original form of payment last week.

      This is truly the worst experience Ive had with an order. I placed an order on May 14, was told I would receive tonneau cover within 10days as it typically ships 3-5 days. Well, after numerous calls, which go to random numbers that change in real time, and texts and getting different information from everyone I spoke to, today is May 31, and the order is still pending. The problem with this company is they outright lie, advertise false lead times on their website, customer service is practically non existent, they put everyone to shipping only to give them an explanation thats untrue and they change their tune every time you are able to speak to someone. Blatantly they provide untrue deliver and shipping dates. They own about 9 different companies and just acquired *** in Dec. They may sell good products and may have good service at times, but the blatantly bad service and lies without accountability is unacceptable. They should be held accountable! You cant just lie to get an order and not stand behind lead times! Someone needs to step in or better yet, companies like RealTruck are why class action lawsuits happen. They cant keep getting away with this! Review after review, negative! Wish I knew this sooner. I spoke to a place in ** who can get the same cover delivered in 3-4 days from order placement. Ill be trying to cancel my order Monday along with contacting my Bank.

BAK has been a RealTruck/****************** for many years and at this they time they are experiencing higher than usual lead times on items not currently in stock in our warehouse that ship directly from the factory floor. Per our records we did receive your cancellation request and have processed your refund back to your original form of payment.

      You should be honest from time of order placement and if you are unable to maintain the original timeframe promised, the customer should be contacted and offered an option to wait or receive immediate refund. The customer shouldnt have to chase down a product they paid for.. The customer shouldnt have to waste hours on the phone only to be told a different story than what was told to them at time of order placement. Your phone lines announce false wait times, I went from a 2 minute wait time to over an hour. Unacceptable. Everything about this was unacceptable. Consumers need to start recording on their end to protect themselves from companies like RealTruck. You may be a great company to many consumers but to the many consumers who have gone through this with RealTruck, I hope you will make some real changes to avoid these situations for the consumers sake.
