This store is totally deceptive sales practices with fraudulences. My daughter and I were looking for a puppy Hypoallergenic. They showed us a puppy that my daughter had a large reaction to. They told us we should wash up, after lunch come back and they would show us another. Once the allergic reaction was gone we returned to the store, they brought out another puppy. This time there was only a small reaction on her mouth. The sales lady said that was due to the puppy chewing on the toys that a non hypoallergenic puppy had chewed on. She said if there was any problems that they had a return policy for a refund. With her telling us this we decided to purchase the puppy. My daughter had a little bit of a runny nose that evening. On 12/22/2023 she still had a runny nose and the eyes were watering. On 12/23/2023 her face and neck were swollen and she was having a difficulty breathing. We put the puppy in another room. On 12/24/2023, we call the store but they had closed early. The store was closed on Christmas day so an email was sent to the store letting them know that the puppy would need to be return. On 12/26/2023 we took the puppy in and they explained that for us to return the puppy they would need to pay them $1500.00 in CASH for them to credit us back. I spoke to them that was not what was told to us. By verbally stating that they have a return policy for a refund and not explaining their entire policy. The Puppy was then left with management and we called the ***********************. Two officers stated that they confirmed the store had the puppy and that we would not be in trouble for animal abandonment. They mislead us about this puppy being hypoallergenic but it is not. They mislead us on the return policy by verbally telling us only part of it without fully explaining The puppy was returned to the store at 12:45PM on 12/26/2023. We requested a refund based on our conversations that we had with the floor sales lead on 12/21/2023.So far no refund anything!

On 10/04/2023 My husband and I traveled the half hour to Ocee to look at a puppy we had seen on their website. Upon our arrival I questioned them about the puppy in question the employee asked for my ID and said someone will be with us in a moment. I explained to her that my dog of 12 years had passed in May 2023 and that my mother whom I care for has stage four Lung cancer she gave me her condolences and I excused myself and went to view the puppies when we ca.e across the one we were interested in. It was cuteness over load. The employee showed us to the greeting room and excused herself to go get the puppy. When she came back and handed him to me I cried as then and there I knew it was ti.e to get a new puppy. The employee explained how they ha e all his paperwork including his pedigree chart. I voiced my concerns on what if my mother didn't like him and the employee stated I have three days to return the puppy she asked for 850.00 for the deposit and we had no problem. She then asked for our cell phone numbers and said that we would receive a code in which we both did and gave them to her not knowing what they were for and when we asked we were told that we could just delete them. Another employee was at the counter and told me to keep tapping the screen that it was everything about the puppy and also asked for personal information. Upon returning home with the puppy I handed him to my mother and within minutes she was having medical emergency come to find out one of the drugs she is on for chemo caused a very bad reaction so for the safety of my mom I called the following morning to arrange the puppy's return because the employee told me the night before that we had three days to return him if we needed to when I called I explained the situation with a broken heart but Mims life what she has left is more important we were told to bring the puppy and 4000.00 cash for a return. Wtf this is not what was told to us

ZERO STARS ACTUALLY. This establishment is quite literally a scam. Careless & money hungry. After reading lots of HIDDEN reviews and doing some research I can definitely say this business is a cold scam. If they can sell you a puppy at 8000$ they will even if the puppy is actually 800 at most . The veterinary care that they claim to just "give" you has been said by numerous reviews to have loop holes and people have been stuck with SICK PUPPIES and GIANT VET BILLS. They only have a 48 hour return policy (another scam). These heartless salespeople will pray on your families vulnerability and desire for a loving pet. They don't actually care if these pups go to loving homes they just want to make sure they get their money. I want to also put out there the manager I assume named Lindsey, said she will be just a call away if we needed anything or had any questions.. this was a lie. If you call after getting a puppy the phone-line will literally send you to a separate company to deal with you. THEY DONT EVEN WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU AFTER YOU LEAVE THE STORE. They may have gotten my family with their scam but if I could save even just one family from this company with this honest review I know something good has come from my mistakes. Here are ways they hide their scam. They will bribe people to do reviews for a 5 star to get a free items or toy. They will let you bond and play with the puppies to pray on your emotions. They will pressure you with these high prices and call it NORMAL (nothing normal about that) when breeders don't even cost as much. They will tell you tell you they have LIFETIME VET POLICY but don't forget all the loopholes it has. They will let you finance the pup with APR's interest rates as high 29% and going up so even after you agree to pay thousands they tax those thousands for more. This company will not ever get a recommendation from me as a customer. This establishment literally has shocked and disgusted me.

This place will absolutely waste your time. They have very cute dogs some are mixed few full breed and you have to fill out a lot of paperwork before they will tell you the price of the dog. We were very disappointed that online advertised dogs starting at $399, we called and advised that we were interested in a certain price range and told the lady we didn’t want to come if they didn’t have any in that range. We were encouraged to come visit. We left immediately 15-20 min drive just to discover once we arrived that although they don’t have an exact price on the dogs that all of the dogs they currently have was $2000 or more. (Why didn’t they just say this on the phone). Very poor sales technics. They try to convince you to finance a dog once you arrive. They may not be around for long in my opinion. We will deal with more honest and upfront companies.

I drove all the way down from Jacksonville fl. I called the night before and was told that they receive a lot of pugs in that day. Drove 3 hours down got down there was one pug and when I questioned about what I was told the night before was told oh we sold them all ready. Plus for saying they have a bunch of dogs 8 to 10 that's not a lot. Very unhappy with this business ask about the dog for $399. No such dogs. I left very unhappy with this business and I believe the people who work there is a bunch of scammers.

I purchased a puppy for my grandchildren birthday from this place. They used what I can only describe as coercion techniques like insisting they can not tell you the price of the pup until you spend sometime with the pup. Then they ask you how much you are willing to pay and barter back and forth before they tell you the actual price of the puppy. For me the price quoted was close to $6,000. I told them that was ridiculous then the Sales person went down to 5,000 then 4000. I finally told "Stephanie" that I was expecting under 1,000. Each time she went to speak with the Manager. They concluded that because the puppy was a "purebred" they could not sell him for so low. They showed Pedigree charts and insinuated that the pet came with two Complimentary Vet Visits but that also was not true. When I called the Pedigree Organization listed they could NOT confirm pup status. When I returned to store they were very unfriendly . This was opposite of purchase day. I feel they are misrepresenting for sale purposes and everything they tell you is under pressure to force you into going above "reasonable" cost. I am going strictly "Breeder grown" pet next time at least they are state regulated. I am very disappointed with this company's sales method. It is clearly deceptive!
