Used them once to fix drain and replace garbage disposal. About $800 but everything was working. Disposal stopped working after a month, of course they say it was user error. They thought it might be electrical but then it wasnt, $160 to fix. Not the worst company but there are better out there just my two ********* $89 service fee that is not taken off if they do the work like other places would do.Alternate Design Plumbing, Inc. ****, we understand your need to express your frustration and are always here to help you resolve your plumbing issues, whether they are unexpected, self-inflicted, or planned projects! We also understand the frustration of having to pay to get problems taken care of when they occur. We are sorry that you got your garbage disposal jammed and were happy to help resolve that for you; our warranty, when we installed the unit in September, does not include unjamming when foreign objects have been found in the unit, causing the jam. You may find other plumbing contractors that will work with how you think you should be able to do business but, we wish to be sure that everyone reading this review understands that we will always stand behind product that we provide and the work that we perform, as long as there is not user error involved.Review from Nancy D

I called Alternative Design Plumbing about a leak. They scheduled me for the next day and Nick, one of their licensed plumbers, arrived right on time. He repaired the leak, installed a new toilet, inspected the rest of my plumbing, and gave me written quotes on other recommended work. Nick went above and beyond by addressing questions I had and relating valuable information regarding my plumbing. Very professional. The plumbing in my house is in need of upgrading so I plan to have additional work done by them.Alternate Design Plumbing, Inc. Response
