Drain issue. ***** got up on the roof and ran a camera. Clog was 70 ft out. He ran a snake and went 90 ft just to be sure. Drains are now working. I have the service agreement so I get a discount.

5 starsI was hearing water dripping behind my ac filter and assumed I had ice setting in. I called Rainaldi right away and they sent *** here the same day. He was able to fix the problem and now everything is working properly again.Ive used Rainaldi several times in the past. Plumbing services, they replaced a water heater and a garbage disposal and now my ac unit. I have been happy with the service every time. 1 starBBB should investigate Rainaldi for their prices.. On12/23/2024 I called them to send some one to replace the3 water shut off valves under the sink it was very simple job because the kitchen cabinet and the sink were removed for renovation and the valves were very easy to reach and the job will not take more than 15 minutes the technician give me an estimate of $805 plus $39 dispatch fee this is$100 job.the technician was very nice excellent person.I think the BBB need to ask some questionsReview fromDavid/Sharon d

The technician did thorough testing of my HVAC system and found no issues with my one year old 5.0 ton Carrier heat pump. He recommended an AC surge protector. I will take this under advisement. Overall. U was happy with the ********** provided br Rainaldi Home Services.Rainaldi Home Services

******* ****** was my technician. He was very good and knowledgeable of what I needed to have done. He was on time and the job looked beautiful when he was finished I would definitely call them for any other plumbing needs that I would have. if I could give them 10 stars I would haveRainaldi Home Services

***** was great. He's extremely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. In speaking to him, he related to me on my level and explained anything and everything I asked about. He was very efficient and thorough. He had started work before **** and my job was after sunset and he cheerfully completed the job of clearing our main house drain and showing me the main clean out that was buried. Rainaldi sent someone out for a home issue within three hours of my call. The technician was very competent, friendly, and solved the issue within minutes. He was very thorough in his diagnosis. I would definitely call them again.Rainaldi Home Services
